The aim of this research is to examine the effect of team characteristic and trust on job performance. The Research has been implemented by using path analysis, after all variables put into a matrix of correlation. In this research, employees had been choosen as a unit analysis and 104 samples selected by randomly. The result of research indicates : (1) there is direct effect of team characteristic on job performance, (2) there is direct effect of trust on job performance, (3) there is direct effect of team characteristic on trust. Based on those finding it could be concluded that any changing or variation wich occured to the job performance of administration employees of  State Senior High School at Bone Regency in South Sulawesi Province had been effected by team characteristic and trust.

The research objective is to study the effect of the effect of work climate, job satisfaction and job dicipline toward teacher performance at Public Senior High School in Bekasi District. This research used quantitative approach. The sample of this research were 175 teachers selected randomly. The method used is survey method with path analysis. The research on the analysis it is conclude that: (1) work climate has direct effect on performance, (2) job satisfaction has direct effect on performance, (3) Job dicipline has direct effect on performance, (4) work climate has direct effect on job dicipline, (5) job satisfaction has direct effect on job dicipline, (6) work climate has direct effect on job satisfaction.   Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan mencari pengaruh iklim kerja, kepuasan kerja, dan disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja guru SMA Negeri se-Kota Bekasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian sebanyak 175 guru yang diambil secara acak. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan analisis jalur (path analysis). Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: (1) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (2) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (3) disiplin kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kinerja, (4) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (5) kepuasan kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada disiplin kerja, (6) iklim kerja berpengaruh langsung positif pada kepuasan kerja. The objective of research is to obtain information about the effect of organizational communication and distributive justice on job performance on honorer teachers. It was a quantitative research with survey method in senior high school in Bekasi. The research was conducted to all of state senior high school teachers at Bekasi regency by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 86 teacers as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The research conclude: (1) there is direct effect of organizational communication on job performance. (2) there is direct effect of distributive justice on job performance, and (3) there is direct effect of organizational communication on distributive justice. Therefore to enhance teacher's job performance can be carried out by organizational communication and distributive justice.

The objective of this research is to study the effect of the personality, work procedure, and organization climate towards the leader effectiveness of senior high school principals in DKI Jakarta Province. This research used quantitative approach through survey. The research involved 91 principals as sample by random sampling. The research was conducted on leader effectiveness of principals involving 91 principals as the sample whom had been selected from the target population as many as 117 principals by using quantitative approach with path analysis method. The data were obtained by distributing questionnaire and analyzed by using path analysis. The result of the research can be concluded: (1) the personality, work procedure, and organization climate had a positive direct effect on leader effectiveness; (2) the personality and work procedure had a positive direct effect on organization climate. Thus, the stakeholders on senior high school of DKI Jakarta Province need to take concrete steps to ensure that in a senior high school environment with a personality and work procedure that guarantee the existence of the senior high school in the future. The objective of the research is to obtain information about the influence of work life balance and employee engagementon employees job performance onFaculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Indonesia .The research was conducted to all of employees onFaculty of Social and Political Sciences of the University of Indonesia by using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. The number 67 employees as sample was selected by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: (1) there is direct effect of work life balance on job performance. (2) there isdirect effect of employee engagement on job performance. (3) there is direct effect of work life balance on employee engagement. Therefore to enhance employee’s job performance can be carried out by work life balance, and employee engagement.

The objective of this research is to examine the effect of compensation, achievement motivation, and working ethic towards employee performance of Taufiqurrahman Foundation in Bekasi. The research was conducted using quantitative approach and method of survey. The size of population in this research is 100 employees at Taufiqurrahman Foundation. Reseach sample were selected as 66 employees using sample random sampling technique. The data obtained with questionaires and tests. The analiytical method used in data analyzing is path analysis technique.The result shows that compensation, achievement motivation, and working ethos have positif direct effect toward the employees performance of Taufiqurrahman Foundation in Bekasi. The findings lead to recommendation that in order to build compensation, achievement motivation and working ethic should be considered seriously.

The objective of the research is to obtain information about the influence of leadership, organization culture and motivation on the job performance of the principals of the state primary schools in South Tangerang, Banten. The research was conducted to all state primary school principals in South Tangerang, Banten province, a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis. Seventy out of one hundred fifty nine principals was selected randomly as sample by using Slovin formula. The result of the study reveals that: (1) there is direct effect of leadership on job performance. (2) there is direct effect of organization culture on job performance. (3) there is direct effect of motivation on job performance. (4) there is direct effect of leadership on motivation. (5) there is direct effect of organization culture on motivation. Therefore, the principals’ job performance can be enhanced by leadership, organization culture and motivation.

Studi ini bertujuan untuk: (1) mengembangkan model evaluasi kompetensi guru bahasa Inggris SMA yang dapat digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi kelebihan dan kekurangan guru dalam proses pemelajaran dan (2) mengetahui efektivitas implementasi evaluasi internal kompetensi guru bahasa Inggris SMA. Studi ini menggunakan metode penelitian dan pengembangan yang dikembangkan oleh Borg & Gall (1983, p.775). Subjek penelitian berjumlah 17 guru yang berasal dari 7 SMA di Sulawesi Selatan. Konstruk instrumen terdiri atas instrumen untuk mengevaluasi kompetensi guru bahasa Inggris dalam merencanakan pemelajaran, instrumen untuk mengevaluasi kompetensi guru dalam melaksanaan proses pemelajaran, dan instrumen untuk mengevaluai kompetensi guru dalam mengevaluasi hasil proses pemelajaran. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa instrumen yang dikembangkan dapat digunakan untuk mengevaluasi kompetensi guru bahasa Inggris. Untuk mengetahui sejauh mana tingkat efektivitas Model Evaluasi Internal Kompetensi Guru Bahasa Inggris SMA, model ini kemudian dievaluasi oleh teman sejawat guru bahasa Inggris dan guru bahasa Inggris itu sendiri. Mereka menyimpulkan bahwa komponen dari model tersebut adalah komprehensip, praktis, ekonomis, dan telah didukung oleh instrumen yang valid dan reliabel. Kata kunci: evaluasi internal, model evaluasi, kompetensi guru   INTERNAL EVALUATION MODEL OF ENGLISH TEACHERS’ COMPETENCY (IEMET) FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL Abstract High School that can be used to identify the teacher’s strengths and weaknesses in learning and teaching processes and (2) find out the implementation effectiveness of the Internal Evaluation Model of English Teachers’ Competency for Senior High School. This study used research & development methods by following the pattern of phases developed by Borg & Gall (1983, p.775).  The subjects of this study were seventeen English teachers from seven Senior High Schools in South Sulawesi. The constructs of instruments consist of the instrument to evaluate English teachers’ competency in planning the materials, teachers’ competency in teaching and learning processes, and teachers’ competency in evaluating the result of teaching and learning processes. An Exploratory Factor Analysis (EFA)was used to analyze he instrument. The result showed the score of  KMO- MSA (Kaiser-Meyer-Olkin Measure of Sampling Adequacy) > 0.5,  Bartlett’s Test of  Sphericity ≤ 0.05, and the score of items total correlation rit<0.3. Meanwhile, the analysis of rater agreement used was Generalizability  of Variants (GENOVA). The interrater correlation showed that the score of G study was > 0.70. This result shows the instruments have fulfilled the requirement to evaluate the English teacher’s competency. In order to know to what extent the effectiveness of the Internal Evaluation Model of English teachers’ competency for Senior High School, the model was then evaluated by peer and the English teacher itself. They concluded that the components of the model were comprehensive, practical, economical, and were supported by instruments that valid and reliable. The objective of the research is to find out the effect of personality and teamwork on instructor’s job performance. This research was conducted at Teaching Hospital in East Jakarta. This research was using a survey method with path analysis applied in testing hypothesis and 67 samples selected by simple random sampling. The research technique is analysis with quantitative research approaches by using causal analysis. The finding of the research are: (1) there is a positive direct effect of personality on job performance; (2)  ) there is a positive direct effect of teamwork on job performance; (3) ) there is a positive direct effect of personality on teamwork.

<p><em>Purpose of this study to analyze the effects of leadership style, organizational culture on motivation and performance of senior high school techers in Wonogiri.  Job performance is very necessary for any profession. Job performance of teacher increasingly organizational performance so that purpose of company or organization can be reachable. Many factors which can increase job/activity such as leadership style, organizational culture, and motivation.How far leadership style and organizational culture influence to job performance is tested in this research, by insert motivation as intervening variables.</em></p><p><em>Test utilized to analyze leadership style and organizational culture influence to job performance that is path analysis,R<sup>2</sup>test, as well as statistic T test, and direct and inderct effect. Research data obtained from questionary answer propagated to the teacher of senior high school in Wonogiri. Result of research analysis express that leadership style and organizational culture has positive influence and significant to teachers job performance. And Motivation proof to be intervening variabel in relationship beetwen leadership style and organizational culture to teachers job performance.</em></p>
