The purpose of this research is to evaluate the data shown by Corporate Social Responsibility atshareea banks in Indonesia, which analyzed by ISR index. This research used a sampling method.The samples which are used for the purpose of this research are the purposive sampling takenfrom shareea banks at Indonesia which already registered on 2015 and 2016. The result of thisresearch showed that Indonesia Muamalat Bank scored the highest at CSR at 86% and disclosed consistently, while Victoria Bank of Indonesia scored the lowest at 54%. The data alsoshowed that there were four shareea banks which ranked as very informative, they were: Indonesia Muamalat Bank, Shareea Bank of Indonesia Nation, Mandiri Shareea Bank, and CentralAsia Bank. There were also five shareea banks which simply ranked informative, they were:Mega Shareea Bank, Shareea Bank of Indonesia Citizen, Bukopin Shareea Bank, Shareea Bankof Banten of West Java and Panin Shareea Bank. Last, there were two banks which are evaluated as less informative namely Shareea Bank of Maybank Indonesia and Victoria ShareeaBank.Keywords: Corporate Social Responsibility, ISR index, Shareea Banks

Corporate Social Responsibility or Corporate social responsibility is a form of action that departs from the company's ethical engagement which is directed at improving the economy. The purpose of this study is to find out how the company's process in carrying out community empowerment through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs in Cangkuang Village, the method used is a qualitative method using interactive model data analysis consisting of four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and Conclusion Withdrawal. The results of the study stated that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program Implementation Process in Empowering Communities included 8 stages, namely: (1) Human Resources (HR). (2) Availability of Funds. (3) Education and skills. (4) Reduced Number of Poor People. (5) Public awareness of efforts to improve welfare. (6) Company Performance in Implementing Empowerment Programs. (7) Social interaction between the community and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). (8) Evaluation and Sustainability of the Empowerment Program.

The purpose of this research is to determined whether the evaluation corporate social responsibility program implementation in Bogor PDAM Tirta Pakuan has been implemented in accordance with the vision, mission, and objectives of the company. PDAM Tirta Pakuan has a vision of CSR as a pioneer in the implementation of social responsibility in Bogor city especially and Indonesia in generally. Through this vision, PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor city, would really seriously on the implementation of the CSR programs. Based on these purposes, this research is done by evaluating the CSR programs which implemented by PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor city and use CIPP evaluation model to conduct an evaluation of the program. The type which used on this research is evaluation research with use qualitative approach. The source of information used is the Chief Executive of CSR PDAM Tirta Pakuan Bogor. Data collected by the observation, interview and documentation. Test validity of this research by using triangulation technique, while data analysis is done by reducing the data, presenting and concluding . The result shows that the program Tirta Pakuan care as the company’s strategy goes according to the purposes and plans that have been made by the company.Keywords: evaluation, corporate social responsibility, CIPP Model

ABSTRACTResearch has been conducted which aims to find out how the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Policy of Mining and Its Influence on Community Welfare in Koeono Village, South Palangga Subdistrict of South Konawe Regency. The data used in this research is qualitative. Determination of the number of samples taken from 110 head of household with an error rate of 5%, so gets 87 respondents. The variables used in this research are CSR fund transfer mechanism, target accuracy, community involvement in CSR program planning implementation, CSR value transparency, transaction cost and monitoring and community welfare.The results of the analysis show that the mining CSR program simultaneously has an influence on the welfare of the community. Partially, however, only CSR fund transfer mechanism variables affect the level of community welfare, while the accuracy of targets, community involvement in the implementation of CSR program planning, CSR value transparency, transaction costs and supervision does not affect the level of community welfare. Based on the determinant coefficient of percentage of influence of CSR policy on mining where CSR fund transfer mechanism, target accuracy, community involvement in CSR program implementation, transparency of CSR value, transaction cost and supervision on community welfare of Koeono Village, South Palangga Subdistrict of South Konawe Regency is 34.4 %, the remaining 65.6% influenced by other variables not examined in this research.

Artikel ini menunjukkan bagaimana inisiatif keberlanjutan perusahaan pada program Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) PT Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning, yaitu Budidaya Madu Hutan Gambut yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap perubahan sosial, ekonomi, dan lingkungan di tingkat masyarakat. Data mengenai pelaksanaan program dan bentuk perubahan yang dirasakan diperoleh melalui laporan implementasi perusahaan dan wawancara via telepon dengan perusahaan serta penerima manfaat yang diolah dengan menggunakan metode Laba Sosial atas Investasi atau Social Return on Investment (SROI). Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa praktik usaha pencarian madu hutan yang minim risiko kebakaran lahan terbukti meningkatkan kesejahteraan penerima manfaat dan pemangku kepentingan lain yang dibuktikan dengan hasil SROI sebesar 1,1. Rutinitas penerima manfaat dalam menjalankan pekerjaan utama menghasilkan madu dan kapasitas penerima manfaat dalam menindaklanjuti program berperan penting dalam proses pembentukan nilai dampak. Hasil ini tidak terlepas dari model intervensi CSR yang mengarah pada produk ramah lingkungan, inovasi teknologi, sertifikasi, dan penciptaan lapangan kerja. Studi ini mengkonfirmasi teori doughnut economics dan modal manusia. Kata kunci: corporate social responsibility, doughnut economics, human capital, pemberdayaan masyarakat, laba sosial atas investasi   This article shows how corporate-based sustainability initiatives in Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) of PT Pertamina RU II Sungai Pakning, namely Peat Forest Honey Cultivation generated significant impact on social, economic, and environmental changes at the community level. Data on program implementation and outcome which were obtained through company implementation reports as well as telephone interviews with companies and beneficiaries are processed using Social Returns On Investment (SROI) method. The practice of forest beekeeping that minimizes the risk of land fires has succeeded in increasing livelihood of the beneficiaries and other stakeholders, as evidenced by the SROI result of 1.1. Beneficiaries’ routines in carrying out the main job of producing honey and the capacity of beneficiaries to follow up on programs play an important role in the process of establishing impact values. This condition is created by the CSR intervention model that leads to environmentally friendly products, technological innovation, certification, and job creation. This study confirm the theory of doughnut economics and human capital.
