Physical punishment is a form of discipline for children who have become a part of Malay’s culture.  Even the physical punishment is considered as irrelevant due to the negative effect that received by children, there are still a segment of community who practiced the culture till today. The objective of the discussions is to observe the acceptance of children towards physical and to analyze the implications of the practice of physical punishment of children in the Malay community in Johor. This qualitative study using ethnographic research methods and data was collected by the pen-paper method and finally the data is analyzed by Discovering Cultural Themes Analysis. The studied were started on July 2015 to January 2016. The study found that acceptance of Physical Punishment among children are depends on the family surrounding. Children will agree about the culture of physical punishment if their family already practiced the culture and they will not agree if their family does not practice the physical punishment toward them at all. Physical punishment was found to have a positive impact on immediately behavior change and resolve the problem of child stubbornness. There are also the negative effects of physical punishment such as the child will misunderstand the messages, assume physical punishment as parent’s attention and children will rebel. In conclusion, the implications of physical punishment are depends on the acceptance attitude of children towards physical punishment.

Study Design This study is being used in a descriptive method derives Researchers want to describe give elaborate on how the implementation of waste management policy in East Timor Dili District Government of the State, with the face of data collection is done by interview give documentation. This is Reported in Research Vice Regent Regent give Dili, Head 5 (five), Head 4 (empathy) give the Community. Results showed realization give waste management program in Timor Leste Dili State in 2015 in 4 (empathy) District of running properly, Environmental cleanliness program's budget from the central government, namely the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Timor-Leste. Implementation of policy initiatives dominated give more initiative from the Central Government (Top Down). Dili District Government, giving it more community empowerment practicing general education as well as specialized as well as an evaluation of the implementation of the policy of the Government in the implementation of the waste management program. Then, in order to obtain the existence of political support from all elements of society and the social party political.

English is one of the basic general subjects that students must study in higher education. Outside the general basic courses, the Faculty of Social and Political Sciences of the Sunan Gunung Djati State Islamic University Bandung held an English language practicum program for 4th semester students. During a period of 4 years, the implementation of the English practicum seemed to be ineffective. This can be seen from the percentage of the attendance of students who actively participate in practicum, only 20% of the total 40 students in the group. The design of this study uses quantitative research with a pre-experimental approach. The final results of this study indicate that of the five components of the English practicum the objectives, methods, materials, time and facilities and infrastructure showed ineffective results.

Corporate Social Responsibility or Corporate social responsibility is a form of action that departs from the company's ethical engagement which is directed at improving the economy. The purpose of this study is to find out how the company's process in carrying out community empowerment through corporate social responsibility (CSR) programs in Cangkuang Village, the method used is a qualitative method using interactive model data analysis consisting of four components, namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation and Conclusion Withdrawal. The results of the study stated that the Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) Program Implementation Process in Empowering Communities included 8 stages, namely: (1) Human Resources (HR). (2) Availability of Funds. (3) Education and skills. (4) Reduced Number of Poor People. (5) Public awareness of efforts to improve welfare. (6) Company Performance in Implementing Empowerment Programs. (7) Social interaction between the community and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). (8) Evaluation and Sustainability of the Empowerment Program.

This study aims to obtain an explanation of policy implementation and attainment minimum standards service in the field of domestic governance types of basic services maintenance of public order, public tranquility and the protection of society in DKI Jakarta Province by taking the respondents implementing the policy in the civil service police force of Jakarta and society. Problem faced by Jakarta Provincial Government in this case the police force agencies civil service especially on the two indicators that do not reach the target: a). Complaint can be made online via the website or send an email, causing an increasing number of reports on complaints regarding violations of local laws that do not followed, b). Theres no an optimalitation for the offenders of local regulations and a misdemeanor, due to the lack of municipal police investigators in the neighborhood of Jakarta that is not a deterrent effect for offenders, c). The existence of a residential area that use the services of private security, so that when the inventory of community protection officers, Civil Service Police Unit of Jakarta does not include the private security officer to the criteria of public protection officer.

Based on the results of the study, the authors obtained several research conclusions as follows: First, through silk business which has been carried out by the Sabilulungan Silk Fabric Company (PKSS) including silkworm cultivation, spinning silk cocoons, weaving silk thread, and utilizing damaged silk cocoons. PKSS has played a minimum role in carrying out 2 (two) forms of community empowerment work programs from the Basyariah side, namely economic empowerment which has implications for economic prosperity for the community and social empowerment that produces social welfare for the surrounding community. The form of the community empowerment work program at the Sabilulungan Silk Fabric Factory, namely economic empowerment with the opening of new jobs and social empowerment with socialization to residents in the business of silkworm cultivation and fabric and silk scarves. Through economic empowerment and social empowerment carried out by the Sabilulungan Silk Fabric Factory, it has at least an impact on economic welfare and social welfare

This study examines the areas of asset management at the Department of Revenue Financial Management and Regional Asset West Seram Regency. Based on data from the First Semester Examination Results Summary In 2012, accountability reports Budget West Seram Regency received a disclaimer opinion by the Supreme Audit Agency from 2006 to 2010. Based on the results, it can be concluded that the asset management DPPKAD West Seram Regency has not gone well, judging from the aspects of asset management is an inventory of assets that have not been going well, legal audit has not been performed optimally, the valuation of assets that have not been completed, asset optimization is not maximal, and weak supervision and control of assets.

The Joint Business Group Program (KUBE) is a program issued by the Ministry of Social Affairs through the Social Service aimed at improving or reducing poverty in Indonesia. Ministry of Social Affairs Regulation Number 25 of 2015 Joint Business Groups, hereinafter referred to as KUBE, is a group of poor families that are formed, grow and develop on their initiative in carrying out productive economic enterprises to increase family income. KUBE has succeeded in improving poverty in Central Cimahi Subdistrict, approximately 50%. However, from all the KUBE programs in Cimahi Tengah District, guidance must still be given by the subdistrict facilitators and village facilitators because there are still obstacles in difficult marketing and raw materials.

Communication is very important in human life. Every time people communicate, with anyone, anywhere and anytime. In communicating, humans cannot be separated from verbal and nonverbal behavior. In the digital era like now, communication is becoming increasingly sophisticated with the creation of "contemporary" technology known as Information and Communication Technology (ICT). Technological advances have had a huge influence on human life, especially tenagers active gadget users. In the hands of teenagers, gadgets that basically have a function as a tool that can facilitate people in communicating can actually be the cause of the emergence of things that are not good.

This research motivate by the implementation of KPU West Sumatra communication in the 2015 West Sumatra Pilgub socialization which did not reach the voter participation target of 77,5%. The research objective are to describe and analyze arrangement process, delivery and acceptance the socialization message, found obstacles and model of communication process in socialization. This research used a qualitative metho, analyze by Boove and Thil Model with the glamour theory. The research found that communication activities in socialization not maximal yet because the message not distribute broadly and accepted by public. The communication process on the 2015 West Sumatera Governor and Vice Governor Election consist of 8 (eight) phase. There are some obstacles found within communication process; obstacles in the process, semantic, physical and psychological. The others are delays in regulation and improper planning. Evaluation phase is model of communication process which is added on communication phase of West Sumatera Election Commission. The research propose that West Sumatera Election Commission have to plan qualified arrangement, cooperate with democratic volunteers which are provided with proper electoral information, then the evaluation should be performed in every process of communication.
