IPB is consistently becoming the Top 4 Best Universities based on the result of The Ministry of Research and Higher-Education Assessment Score for three years. Meanwhile, IPB still has the lowest assessment score on student affairs among other three universities. One of the significant components is the student achievements. This research aim (1) to identify the characteristics of the excellent students, (2) to analyze the perceptions about factors that significantly affect student achievement and student achievement itself, (3) to analyze the factors that significantly affect student achievement and student achievement itself, (4) to determine the result of Net Promoter Score of alumni to IPB. This research focused on a case of Department of Management Alumni Graduates of 2009 - 2013 FEM IPB that was conducted in Bogor Agricultural University from January to April 2018. This research used both primary and secondary data. The data analysis of this research was conducted by descriptive analysis, SEM-PLS, and Net Promoter Score. This research resulted that the environmental, physiological, psychological and instrumental factors had a t-statistic as orderly followed by 2.053, 2.031, 2.701, 0.033, whereas these factors were concluded to significantly affect the students` achievement.   References BAN-PT. Education is improving human power. Education is divided into three level namely primary, secondary and high level education. High level education can be obtained from University. University as one of high level education, is a formal education place for all studying and teaching activities, research, community service and develop scientific student to become qualified workforce. Student achievement in universities is influenced by various factors that cannot be measured both direct and indirect. The method that is used to determine those factors is structural equation modeling (PPS) with partial least square (PLS) method. PPS with PLS method used when there are some assumptions on diverse PPS which is not fullfiled, like binormal distribution and the big ammount of examples. The results showed that the six exogenous latent variables (family background, motivation, environment, visual learning style, auditory learning style, and kinesthetic learning style) did not have a significant influence on endogenous variables (student achievement). The model used in this study has a R2 value 14.1%. This values indicates that the model built is still weak in explaining the diversity of student achievement.

Promotion and condition of tourist destination components are needed to attract visitors. This research aimed to determine the effect of the promotion mix and tourist destination components on the decision to visit Baluran National Park. Primary data was taken by observation, interview with managers and also offline and online surveys. Purposive sampling with criteria minimal come in the last 2 years was used and taken of 100 respondents. The analytical method used descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) method with the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach. The results of the study showed that from variable promotion mix (advertising, promotion selling, direct marketing, public relation) and tourist destination components (Attraction, Accessibility, Ancillary, Amenities), only 3 variables; promotion selling, Attraction and Amenities were significant affect on visitors decision to come Baluran National Park.

The method to determine the respondent is done by using purposive sampling with sample of 200 respondents, X Generation that had already used e-commerce. The result are then analyzed by descriptive analysis and Structural Equation Modeling with Partial Least Square. Result of this research shows that consumer protection awareness affected by access to information and experience. The information and experience that consumer have will be a lesson for the next online transaction.

This research aims to specify the influence of knowledge competence, skills, and attitudes on employee performance at PT. Nikomas Gemilang. The Data were collected using the method of survey, interviews, a questionnaire with 100 respondents. The data were analyzed using quantitative descriptive analysis and Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM). The analyzed model of the equation is the outer model, the inner model, and the hypothesis testing. Based on the results of the calculations using software SmartPLS version 3.3.2 for Windows has a significant influence on the employee's performance with the value of 2.545 significance of 0.011, the value of significance is less than 0.05. Knowledge has no significant effect on the employee's performance with a value of 1.705 in its significance of 0.089 more than 0.05. Attitudes have a significant influence on the performance of employees with the statistical value of 3.313 significance value 0.001, a significant value is less than 0.05. Conclusion Skills and attitudes have a positive influence on employee performance and knowledge does not influence employee performance

A total of 400 respondents participated in this study, 200 respondents filled in the Tokopedia online questionnaire, and 200 respondents filled the Shopee questionnaire. Data analysis was performed using descriptive analysis, pivot tables, and statistical analysis using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) - Partial Least Square method and processed using Smart PLS 3.0. The results showed that e-Service Quality, Website Quality and Mobile apps quality had a positive and significant effect on Customer Satisfaction, both in the Shopee marketplace and the Tokopedia marketplace.

This study discussed employee turnover as one of the crucial problems faced by every organization. This study sought to analyze the determinants of turnover intention, such as job insecurity, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction. The objects of this study were newcomer lecturers of private Islamic universities in East Java Province, Indonesia. To analyze the relationship among independent variables and dependent variable; this study employed a correlation path model. To build the structural formulation of the correlation path model, this study used the variance-based Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) as a Partial Least Square (PLS) analysis. The study found that job insecurity influenced job satisfaction and organizational commitment. Moreover, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had positive impacts on the turnover intention. In contrast, job insecurity did not have a direct significant impact on the turnover intention, but it had indirect effect that influences job satisfaction and organizational commitment.

This study aims to investigate destination brand prestige, and to explore the mediating effects of destination brand worldness between destination brand prestige and intention to revisit. Research is designed to collect primary data from the Taiwanese tourists. Partial least squares structural equation modeling is used to test the effects. The research model is appropriately implemented in Smart PLS 3 and a full mediation has existed through the empirical findings. The study shows how destination brand worldness mediates the relationship between destination brand prestige and intention to revisit.

This study aims to explore the influence of Natural Resources and Environment (NRE), Politico-Economic Conditions (PEC) on Tourist Behavioral Intension (TBI) in Hunza, Pakistan. The study further investigates the mediating role of Tourist Satisfaction (TS) on the given variables. Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) technique has been applied to conceptualize the research frame and to test the proposed hypotheses. Primary data was collected by using convenient sampling technique for analysis from 220 tourists who visited tourism nucleus sites of Hunza. The finding of the study reveals that Natural resources and Environment, Politico-and Economic Conditions have a significant positive impact on Tourist’s Behavioral Intensions. Moreover, Tourist’s Satisfaction partially mediates the positive relationships among Natural Resources and Environment, Political & Economic Conditions and Tourist’s Behavioral Intensions. The findings of the study extend the understanding that presence of natural resources along with healthy environment and stable political & economic conditions of a destination are the key determinants for sustainable tourism development.
