<p>Marketing has always been a major thrust area for the Pharmaceutical industry. Pharma firms usually bear a huge expenditure on marketing, especially sales efforts. Marketing in the Pharmaceutical industry is mainly done through personal selling techniques of promotion through MRs.Marketing of pharmaceutical products to doctors takes place through relationship marketing. Company representatives called medical reps meet the doctors in their specific geographic territory and promote their products to them. The doctors, in turn, prescribe the products to the patients who buy them from the chemist shop. Factors influencing doctor’s prescription behaviour can be classified into three categories: Socio-cultural factors, Personal-Psychological factors, Pharma Marketing factors. Now a day’s companies give a major thrust to the CRM aspect of their marketing strategies. Customer relationship management (CRM) is the strategic process of shaping the interaction between a company and its customers with the goal of maximizing current and lifetime value of customers for the company as well as maximizing, satisfaction for customers.CRM helps Pharma companies to generate revenue from shelf life by reaching more new prescribers (doctors) and patients (end customer) thereby keeping them loyal by increasing their well- being.</p>

Because of the almost-instant connection with the welfare and well-being of individuals, pharmaceutical industry stands prominently as a very important factor for the improvement and progress of a healthy productive nation. These days, pharmaceutical industry thrives as one of the largest and exponentially expanding global industries. Nonetheless, millions of people in low income developing countries, have to suffer from the fatal consequences of the inaccessibility and non-availability of essential drugs. This is also happening in Yemen, where the pharmaceutical manufacturers sector have to face up to many challenges. The Yemen Drug Company (YEDCO) was founded in 1964 by the Yemeni government as it collaborated with private investors. It was endorsed as a company with the expertise in the medicinal drug marketing. YEDCO started its work by taking in drugs from foreign companies and then locally marketing and distributing them. In 1982, YEDCO built the first medicinal factory for drugs in Sana’a. Since then, seven companies were set up to manufacture medicines in Yemen. The expanding population has led to the need to have more pharmaceutical products. It may be understandable that pharmaceutical manufacturer companies are also hit by the political crisis in the country. Inadequate amount of fuel and raw material as well as low security status were some of the underlying factors behind these ill-effects in Yemen. Imported drugs make up about nearly 90% % of the pharmaceutical market compared to 10% drugs from the domestic market. This situation has led to an additional burden being shouldered by the national economy, where Yemen spends about US$263 million annually on pharmaceutical drugs, in reference to the national Supreme Drugs Authority. Although there is a very quick growth in the population and drugs consumption, the pharmaceutical industry has not been very active, where global pharmaceutical products play their role dominantly on the domestic market. The pharmaceutical production necessitates skilled human resources like university graduates. By contrast, the government and the private sector should also motivate the pharmaceutical industry and make use of the local employment

Understand how the strategist formulates the organizational strategy is a key part to better understand how organizations achieve and maintain their competitive advantage. The aim of this study is to identify how the process of formulating the strategy from the individual's perspective is on a pharmaceutical industry franchises. Therefore, was considered the three dimensions of the strategy formulation process of De Witt and Meyer. The results confirm the existence of paradoxes in the strategic process, and suggest, for this sample, that executives formulate predominantly creative strategies, emerging and that there is a balance between evolutionary and revolutionary changes strategies. This article may, by identifying how franchisor and franchisees formulate their strategies, help to determining the appropriate strategies in the context of franchise networks.

Indian pharmaceutical industry is growing with leaps and bound. The growth in Indian pharmaceutical companies is not only in terms of market capitalization but its affordability and availability is also appreciable. Modern day’s pharmaceutical businesses are very complex. Earlier the businesses were using easy marketing tactics to meet the needs of market. Medical products could easily build their brand status. Building brand trust, attracting purchase, creating brand affect and brand loyalty was easier. Marketing and branding revolve around media, message repetitions, recall value and creativity.  In present study the Indian pharmaceuticals companies’ branding techniques have been studied. It is never possible to observe the impact in general and about all the branding techniques used by companies. The study is based on a survey of 500 respondents. We have taken four hypotheses related to the issue. For the testing of hypothesis correlation (r) and multiple correlation coefficient(R) is calculated. Further we have mentioned the other findings that we came across while study that can contribute to the marketing of pharmaceutical products.

Hence, one of the most important objectives of a company is to satisfy its customers as they are the backbone and keep a business running. Moreover, it is being witnessed that customer's needs and buying behaviour have changed considerably. In order to meet ever changing demands, organisations need to adopt customer oriented marketing strategies to gain competitive advantage. Since customers nowadays are becoming more price sensitive and shift loyalty frequently in terms of selecting products and services of any company, it has become very difficult to retain them. As a result, emphasis on long term relationships with customers has gained momentum in businesses. The goal of the present study is to expand the study of customer relationship management (CRM) by investigating the association of dimensions of CRM and organizational performance. The study extends customer relationship management to the hotel industry context. It explores a set of CRM dimensions or constructs that are important for implementing CRM in hotel industry in Indian perspective.

Marketing strategies can include forms of chosen marketing communications and marketing mix strategy. A company should maintain its consumer loyalty in a long term to prevent its product being “lost” due to lack of after-sales service. Thus, a concept of customer relationship management appears to improve customer satisfaction. Furthermore, for the company, implementing a strong customer relationship management will support other business units so that the corporate goal to gain profit will be achieved, considering the function of CRM is part of marketing unit the as spearhead of the company. CRM development cannot beseparated from technology. Therefore the use of CRM combined with web-based technology will result in a line of the target of a company, especially a telecommunication company, to face competition.

Financial Planning and Forecasting is the estimation of value of a variable or set of variables at some future point. A Financial forecasting exercise is usually carried out in order to provide an aid to decision – making and planning of any line of business for future developments. This paper focuses insurance segments and tailored all the key areas of attention are such as assets, liabilities, marketing, human resources, expenditures, digitalization and technology inclusion, etc., all in one term called as wealth maximization. Financial planning and forecasting represents a blueprint of what a firm proposes to do in the future. So, naturally planning over such horizon tends to be fairly in aggregative terms. We need to focus on common elements which include economic assumptions, target forecast, proforma statements, asset requirements and the mode of financing the investments and so on. A financial plan can also be an investment plan, which allocates savings to various assets or projects expected to produce future income, such as a new business or product line, shares in an existing business. Financial forecast and financial plan can also refer to an annual projection of income and expenses for a company, division or department. This can also be an estimation of cash needs and a decision on how to raise the funds, such as through borrowing or issuing additional shares in a company. Forecasting is also used by outsiders to value companies and their securities. This is the aggregative perspective of the whole firm, rather than looking at individual projects. Growth is a key theme behind financial forecasting, so growth should not be the underlying goal of corporation – creating shareholder value is enabled through corporate growth.

This study analyzes the marketing strategies of Pakan in PS SatwaUnggulBlitar views of the concept of the marketing mix.This case study research using descriptive analytic method with purposive sampling technique.Marketing mix strategy being conducted by PS Satwa Unggul are strategies related products (such as brand awareness on brand), pricing strategy (in the form of rebates), the distribution strategy (in the form of three patterns of distribution), and promotion strategies (in the form of veterinary inspection and a free counseling service) can be considered to have successfully accommodate the needs of customers with a variety of facilities and corporate excellence. Based on the research it was concluded that the strategy used in the form of improved relationships with customers through personal selling, promotion price, free inspection, extension livestock and other facilities. Suggestions for the company should maintain an edge marketing strategies implemented in the form of personal selling and promotional strategies, but it is also the company should conduct regular research on consumer behavior animal drugs that strategy actually implemented in accordance with market conditions.

Introduction. The working conditions of pharmaceutical industry workers are characterized by the combined effect of unfavorable factors of the production environment, among which the leading one is chemical. The aim of study is to substantiate the basic principles and criteria for hygienic regulation of pharmaceutical products in their production to ensure safe working conditions for employees based on the results of their own research and existing requirements of technical regulations. Materials and methods. Analysis of working conditions and the prevalence of health disorders in pharmaceutical workers (according to literature data), toxicological studies of pharmaceutical substances on laboratory animals, scientific justification of hygiene standards in the air of the working area. Results. Among employees of the pharmaceutical industry, the predominant forms of production-related health disorders are diseases of the respiratory system, as well as skin dermatitis of allergic origin, liver and biliary tract diseases. Based on the results of experimental studies of domestic pharmaceutical products for the treatment of cardiovascular, oncological and mental diseases that have priority socio-economic significance, the basic principles and features of the practice of justifying the hygienic standards of medicines in the air of the working area are developed and systematized. Conclusions. During hygienic rationing of medicines, it is necessary to use a differentiated approach that allows, based on the analysis of information about the chemical structure, physical and chemical characteristics, production conditions, pharmacotherapeutic activity, and the results of studying the toxic effect in an experiment on laboratory animals, to determine the maximum permissible content in the air of the working area of medicines or to justify the prohibition of isolation with reasoned recommendations for their safe production.
