Muhammadiyah education is a learning system in fostering and developing human personality through science and Islam as well as Muhammadiyah organizations. The purpose of this study was to determine the cadre activities of Muhammadiyah students during the Covid-19 pandemic. In the framework of preparing competent cadres as successors to the Muhammadiyah syarikat which was carried out by the Muhammadiyah Student Association (IPM) Tulangan sub-district. Through the Muhammadiyah Student Dai Training (PDPM) during the Covid-19 pandemic, many cadres from villages in the Tulangan sub-district participated in this PDPM. This study uses a qualitative description. The results of the analysis of the PDPM activities carried out by the IPM in Tulangan sub-district were successfully carried out. However, there were shortcomings in this activity, namely: 1) Time efficiency, 2) Participants decreased, 3) It was difficult to contact the participants.

Character is always a problem in human life that must be overcome immediately. One of the alternatives offered to build human character is through character education in non-formal schools. The school has an application that is able to help the character education process which is named the online equivalent application. This application is a learning system designed by the Ministry of Education and Culture Republic Indonesia. This research is in the form of a qualitative description and the purpose of this study is to describe the function of Setara daring applications in fostering the character of learning citizens. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews and documentation. The data collection instruments used were observation sheets, interview guidelines and document review. The data analysis technique used in this study is interactive model of analysis. The results of the application of the Setara Daring application turned out to have a major impact on the character education of learning citizens especially on the character of discipline, responsibility, independence, and caring for others.

This paper presented the development of the Dick and Carry model steps 1 to 4 of, namely the identification of educational objectives, educational analysis, analysis and context of the learner, and the formulation of performance objectives. The study was conducted from January to April 2020. The participants in this study were high school students from the coastal region of North Jakarta. The sampling technique used in this study was random sampling. The instruments used to collect the research data are the questionnaire/questionnaire, observation, and interview. The data were analyzed in a qualitative description. The results of this study indicate that the formulation of the learning objectives is that students should receive marine education that is integrated with natural science learning in schools, students should be taught using methods of learning that are contextual within the daily problems in the student's home environment, i.e. problem-based learning / problem-solving models, students should be taught using interactive learning aids such as media based on information technology such as mobile learning, the assessments to be developed include 3 aspects namely cognitive, affective and psychomotor.   Keywords: Marine environment education, Indonesian coastal areas, Problem-solving, Mobile learning, Student assessment.

Student activities in the e-learning system need to be monitored regularly by lecturers to observe their learning achievements. The monitoring process carried out is monitoring student attendance, collecting assignments, and taking quizzes. This will be a burden if it is done regularly, especially if the lecturer teaches many subjects. Robotic process automation (RPA) is a technology that uses software agents (bots) to imitate human work processes to be automated. The objectives of this research are (1) applying RPA technology as bots that can monitor student activity on the e-learning system (Moodle), and (2) measuring the time efficiency of RPA bots in processing their work. The research stages are divided into three, namely: the preparation stage, the RPA implementation stage, and the evaluation stage. The preparation stage is carried out to define the problem to be handled, the RPA implementation stage to develop bots using the UiPath platform, and the evaluation stage to compare the efficiency of work time between bots and manually (by humans). The RPA bot was developed on four work focuses, namely (1) attendance monitoring, (2) task collection monitoring, (3) quiz processing monitoring, and (4) email delivery automation. Efficiency testing was carried out on four test scenarios (FR1, FR2, FR3, FR4), where FR2 had the highest percentage of work time efficiency at 754%, and the lowest was in FR1 with a percentage of 165%, with an overall average efficiency percentage of 444%. Thus, through RPA technology, monitoring work becomes faster and saves effort.

Learning is useful in solving the problems facing educational institutions and consumer needs. Learning is expected to meet the complexities of the human personality as the integrity of national education goals. Learning system is expected to improve the intellectual and spiritual competence of learners. This policy should be used as a basis for the development of education in this country.</p><p><br /><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Pelayanan pendidikan berkualitas menjadi tantangan pengembangan pendidikan di Indonesia. Pendidikan yang berkualitas akan menghasilkan sumber daya manusia yang berkualitas pula. Imbasnya banyak lembaga pendidikan menawarkan sistem pembelajaran yang integrasi. Hal ini menjadi kebijakan dalam merespons kebutuhan konsumen di era globalisasi dan era teknologi. Pembelajaran ini berguna dalam memecahkan masalah yang dihadapi lembaga pendidikan dan kebutuhan konsumen. Pembelajaran ini diharapkan menjawab kompleksitas keutuhan kepribadian manusia sebagai tujuan pendidikan nasional. Sistem pembelajaran diharapkan dapat meningkatkan kompetensi intelektual dan spiritual peserta didik. Kebijakan inilah yang harus dijadikan dasar pengembangan pendidikan di negeri ini.</p>
