This research aims to help universities that do not have an academic information system and facilitate EPSBED data report to Directorate of Higher Education (DHE). The method used is the three first stages in the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), which are systems engineering, requirements analysis, and design system. The result is a design of university business process, design of database, and design of user interface. This research finds that DHE has a specific data structure that can represent the basic activities of a study program. Therefore, this system design can be used for reporting of EPSBED data as well as for data collection of study program activities.

Background: Progressing technology in the world need to fast and accurate information in the hospital agencies as the basis for appropriate making decision. The inpatient daily census reporting of system Bhayangkara Hospital Bengkulu don't have utilized the Inpatient Daily census system electronically and still uses a manual system, so that the processing of report data is less than optimal. There are still a lot of inputting errors, inaccurate data, and inefficient time and energy. This study to aim design system information inpatient daily census reporting application at the Bhayangkara hospital to existing problems solving.Methods: The method used in designing and making this application is by utilizing software development methods, namely the waterfall method which includes identification, analysis, design or design, implementation and maintenance of the system.Results: The results this study is creation of an application to facilitys the processing of data into an inpatient daily census report that is needed and to overcome the problems that arise because of the report processing system manually. Design and Creation of Inpatient Daily Census Applications with Visual Basic 6.0 Programming at Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital have been made with the results of an analysis of existing systems and according to the method used, and the design of the forms that have been made in accordance with the manual form or home party needs sick and can simplify filling out forms and processing the data.Conclusions: At Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital still uses a manual inpatient daily census system, and not on time for reporting daily cencus patient data. The data structure contained in the ledger consists of patient identity, patient diagnosis, and others. There are three processes in the stage of analyzing the needs of the inpatient daily census system, namely the data input process, data processing and data output processes. ledger, patient data consisting of patient identity, doctor's name, patient diagnosis, treatment room, and treatment class. In designing the daily inpatient census system at Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospit consists of patient data forms, incoming patients, outgoing patients, and patients moving. The implementation of the daily inpatient census system at the Bhayangkara Bengkulu Hospital  has carried out socialization and discussions about the user interface design to officers or users of the electronic daily census system. And the maintenance of the daily inpatient census system is carried out in several stages (1) corrective, by correcting design and errors in the program, (2) adaptive, by modifying the system according to user needs, (3) perfective, namely processing census data computerized.

The proper meshing design of rotundity-datum-aperture Hy-Vo silent chain and involute sprockets is of vital importance to ensure the favourable transmission properties of the system consisting of the silent chain and involute sprockets. Based on the study of the meshing theory of rotundity-datum-aperture Hy-Vo silent chain and involute sprockets and the rolling cutting theory between sprocket and hob, the meshing design system is built among rotundity-datum-aperture Hy-Vo silent chain, sprocket, and hob, and the resolved expressions are put forward, which may instruct meshing design and calculation of Hy-Vo silent chain and sprocket. The paper also discusses the variation of the equivalent side-heart distance and the effect of the sprocket pressure angle on the meshing between Hy-Vo silent chain and sprocket. The application in real engineering proves that the new design method is scientific and feasible.

Most of Safes lock system is still using conventional methods nowadays. The conventional method leads to the safes’ burglary. Some of the causes are the safes’ code that can be tracked easily and the key can be duplicated. Previous research on safes’ security has ever been done. The weakness of the study is there is no security system using cryptographic algorithms for data security. The development of a safes security system by implementing ElGamal algorithms is done by following the engineering approach with the stages of methods analysis and design system, implementation and testing of the analysis and the discussion of the overall system. In the analysis and design of mathematical models using ElGamal algorithms, uses fast powering theorems and applications design uses Object OrientedProgramming. In the analysis of hardware refers to the datasheet and calculation of the value of electrical characteristics of the circuit. In the safes lock system, the outcome of the research is a safes prototype which is equipped with enhancements that include a series of processing algorithms, the data viewer, a wireless data transfer device, the Android smartphone as a system of user authorization. For the lock safes systems is using a locked solenoid. The control system is done by a lock safes android smartphone via Bluetooth communication. The test results also indicate the system will open the safes if the code and the public key is entered correctly, and the system will not open if one of the codes or the public-keys are wrong or both are wrong.

This research conducted at Kopsyah BMT Bakti Nurul Huda and applied a computerized system of funding and financing activities. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the accounting information system of funding and financing activities have been running, whether the system has been running well and how alternatives system is effectively applied in Kopsyah. The research method used is descriptive analysis method with qualitative data. Data analysis techniques consist of a literature study, observation, interview, and documentation. The primary data were collected from interviews, notes, and documents related to accounting activities, while secondary data consist of organizational structure, job description, documents, forms, and accounting records. The analysis tool consists of system analysis and design system with DFD, ERD, normalization, database, and design input as well as output. The results show that Kopsyah has double positions on Baitulmaal between secretary with accounting and cashier or teller with the head of KUB, on Baitultamwil between the cashier or teller with accounting. Documents and the copies have been made, although there are some documents that do not have copies. Recording and data storage are analyzed with daily cash book, control card and Excel. The researcher proposes to separation positions by adding cashier or teller for Baitulmaal, one accounting, and one finance manager. The researcher also proposed to replace membership book from manual to printed form, eliminate the function of some documents in Baitulmaal, such as daily cash book, control card, and letter of application to become member, add documents and copies, such as receipt which consists of two sheets, deposit slip, withdrawal slip, slip of disbursement financing and slip of installment financing consists of three sheets and use computerized system and server as well as data storage with database. Abstract This paper presents the description of an ideal tool for analysis and design of complex multibody mechanical systems. It is in the form of a general-purpose computer program, which can be used for simulation of many different systems. The generality of this computer-integrated environment allows a wide range of applications with significant engineering importance. No matter how complicated the mechanical system under consideration is, a numerical multibody model of the system is constructed. The governing mixed differential/algebraic equations of motion are automatically formulated and numerically generated. State-of-the-art numerical techniques and computational methods are employed and developed which produce in the response of the system at discrete time junctures. Postprocessing of the results in the form of graphical images or real-time animations provides an enormous aid in visualizing motion of the system. The analysis package may be merged with an efficient design optimization algorithm. The developed integrated analysis/design system is a valuable tool for researchers, design engineers, and analysts of mechanical systems. This computer-integrated tool provides an important bridge between the classical decision making process by an engineer and the emerging technology of computers.

This article introduces the solving principle of equation of motion and reaction of kinematic pair of RPR group, in a self-developed system for the analysis and design of mechanism,(which is called MAD for short). It takes guide-bar mechanism as an example to introduce the constructing process of mechanism in MAD system, and exports the calculating results as curves.
