Most of Safes lock system is still using conventional methods nowadays. The conventional method leads to the safes’ burglary. Some of the causes are the safes’ code that can be tracked easily and the key can be duplicated. Previous research on safes’ security has ever been done. The weakness of the study is there is no security system using cryptographic algorithms for data security. The development of a safes security system by implementing ElGamal algorithms is done by following the engineering approach with the stages of methods analysis and design system, implementation and testing of the analysis and the discussion of the overall system. In the analysis and design of mathematical models using ElGamal algorithms, uses fast powering theorems and applications design uses Object OrientedProgramming. In the analysis of hardware refers to the datasheet and calculation of the value of electrical characteristics of the circuit. In the safes lock system, the outcome of the research is a safes prototype which is equipped with enhancements that include a series of processing algorithms, the data viewer, a wireless data transfer device, the Android smartphone as a system of user authorization. For the lock safes systems is using a locked solenoid. The control system is done by a lock safes android smartphone via Bluetooth communication. The test results also indicate the system will open the safes if the code and the public key is entered correctly, and the system will not open if one of the codes or the public-keys are wrong or both are wrong.

This paper focuses on two key technical concepts, which may have a tremendous impact on future generations of power electronic converters: the Power Electronic Building Block (PEBB) concept, and the 5G/6G wireless data transfer. It is expected that these two trends may induce development of new cognitive of power electronic converters: Power Electronics 4.0. To investigate this concept, a Proof of Concept (PoC) of PEBB-based power converter integrated with a 5G network, was designed and tested. Study confirmed that power converter assembled from PEBB modules can compete with state-of-the-art devices. Moreover, test results indicates that several challenges related to PEBB and integration of power electronic equipment with 5G network has to be resolved, to enable growth of augmented power electronic converters, especially if wireless data transfer is meant for communication between PEBB modules.

Alzheimer’s disease (AD) imposes a considerable burden on those diagnosed. Faced with a neurodegenerative decline for which there is no effective cure or prevention method, sufferers of the disease are subject to judgement, both self-imposed and otherwise, that can have a great deal of effect on their lives. The burden of this stigma is more than just psychological, as reluctance to face an AD diagnosis can lead people to avoid early diagnosis, treatment, and research opportunities that may be beneficial to them, and that may help progress towards fighting AD and its progression. In this review, we discuss how recent advents in information technology may be employed to help fight this stigma. Using artificial intelligence (AI) technologies, specifically natural language processing (NLP), to classify the sentiment and tone of texts, such as those of online posts on various social media sites, has proven to be an effective tool for assessing the opinions of the general public on certain topics. These tools can be used to analyze the public stigma surrounding AD. Additionally, there is much concern among individuals that an AD diagnosis, or evidence of pre-clinical AD such as a biomarker or imaging test results, may wind up unintentionally disclosed to an entity that may discriminate against them. The lackluster security record of many medical institutions justifies this fear to an extent. Adopting more secure and decentralized methods of data transfer and storage, and giving patients enhanced ability to control their own data, such as a blockchain-based method, may help to alleviate some of these fears.

While three-dimensional techniques are widely used in the turbomachinery industry, a mean-line approach remains at the core of multidisciplinary design and analysis. Combining rules of design, conservation laws, and experience permits narrowing down design options, outlining geometry, and evaluating results in an effective and consistent manner. This paper reports on a project initiated by the original equipment manufacturer (OEM) to develop a versatile close-coupled stage design system for centrifugal compressor stages. This mean-line design suite is based on flexible system architecture including a combination of in-house and commercial analysis and design software modules. Inter-code data transfer and user interfacing are facilitated through a master spreadsheet and a commercial director integration program. Significant outputs available from this design system include rule-based solid models and selective flow path component optimization. Examples of both are presented in this paper. This work was done as part of an undergraduate cooperative work-study program. The cooperative education program offers value to both industry and academia. The educational and commercial implications of this project are discussed.

This study aimed to investigate the influence of accounting information systems and technology to service performance information on the public sector. Samples in this study were RS. M. Djamil in Padang, PLN, PDAM in Padang and taken at random (purposive sampling). Of the 122 questionnaires had been distributed only 85 questionnaires could be processed. Test Equipment used to test the validity of this study is the test, Test Reliability, Test for multicollinearity, coefficient Determination Test, and the t test, results of this study are: (a) The first hypothesis tests can be concluded that the accounting information systems has significant influence on performance in service sector public. (2) Information technology does not significantly influence the performance of services in the public sector.

BACKGROUND: There are limited recent data on rubella immunity in women of childbearing age in Canada. In the present paper, the proportion of rubella seroreactivity and redundant testing (testing of women previously seropositive when tested by the same physician) in the Alberta prenatal rubella screening program were studied.METHODS: In the present retrospective observational study, data on all specimens submitted for prenatal screening in Alberta between August 2002 and December 2005 were extracted from the Provincial Laboratory for Public Health database. The proportion of rubella screening and immunoglobulin G (IgG) seroreactivity were determined. Demographic variables were compared between rubella seroreactors and nonseroreactors. The proportion of redundant testing was determined.RESULTS: Of 159,046 prenatal specimens, 88.3% (n=140,473) were screened for rubella immunity. In total, 8.8% of specimens tested negative for rubella IgG. Younger women (23.2% of women younger than 20 years of age versus 4.7% of women between 35 and 39 years of age; P<0.001) and women from northern Alberta (11.9% versus 8.1% [overall]; P<0.001) were significantly more likely to have seronegative specimens. Of the 20,044 women who had multiple rubella immunity screenings, 88.1% (n=17,651) had multiple positive test results. In total, 20.7% of the 42,274 specimens submitted from women with multiple screenings were deemed redundant.DISCUSSION: Younger women were most likely to be seronegative for rubella. The public health significance of women entering their childbearing years with low or undetectable rubella IgG levels remains to be determined. A large number of women with documented rubella immunity were unnecessarily retested.

Design and implementation of six freedom transportation vibration spectrum collection system is presented in this paper. The Attitude and Heading Reference System (AHRS) is used to capture signals including x, y, z, direction linear acceleration, angular rates around Z-axis and pitch, roll degree. The software’s architecture and modules for host computer is designed with object-oriented analysis and design techniques, and the software is implemented with VC++6.0. The test results show that the system was able to collect vehicular vibration information on time and the collection data was replayed on the vibration platform.

Synchronization of a large-scale lifting system with hydraulic actuator failures is investigated in this article. The lifting system is composed of multiple intelligent lifting subsystems with hydraulic actuators, wireless data transfer unit, and distributed controller. During the lifting process, the hydraulic actuators are possible to be malfunctioned. Once actuator failure occurs, the number of lifting points and the communication topology would change over different time intervals. This article proposes a distributed synchronization control method and adopts switching technique in analyzing the lifting synchronization. The distributed controller is designed with information received from around subsystems through wireless data transfer unit rather than with direct reference signal from the control station. On the basis of Lyapunov stability theory and switched technique, sufficient conditions that guarantee the synchronization of the lifting system with actuator failures are achieved, and synchronization errors can be reduced as small as desired. Finally, the effectiveness of proposed distributed synchronization controller is verified by numerical simulations conducted on AMESim platform. From the simulation results, it can be seen that when actuator failures occur, the synchronization error of the remaining lifting subsystems is less than 5%. The lifting synchronization error shrinks to 5% in 5.87 s when a broke-down subsystem returns to normal.
