Education and training is an obligation for a civil servant (PNS) to develop their performance capabilities in the agency they work for. There are several training courses that civil servants can participate in, such as leadership, functional training, and technical training. However, not all employees can participate in the training, because there are special requirements in order to participate in the training. The purpose of this study is to help provide decision recommendations for employees who will conduct training. The method used for the calculation of the DSS is Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP). Where this decision support model will describe a multi-factor or multi-criteria complex problem into a hierarchy. Then each employee is given the weight of his own assessment of the employee who will conduct the training. Meanwhile, the system development method used is a prototype. The results of this study are in the form of a decision support system, which can facilitate the decision-making process, and can provide recommendations regarding employees who will become training participants.

Palavras-chave: Educação a Distância; Sistema prisional; Inclusão. Distance Education as Inclusive Mode: e-SiprisAbstract This paper discusses the pilot project named e-Sipris, conducted by Universidade Estadual do Oeste do Paraná (UNIOESTE) and partnerships. The project goal is to provide to the prisoners of three prison units, namely: Penitenciária Industrial de Cascavel: PR (PIC), Penitenciária Estadual de Cascavel: PR (PEC), e Penitenciária Federal de Segurança Máxima de Catanduvas: PR, technical training courses, so that, after their sentences, they will be able to have a profession and be (re) integrate into the society as citizens who acts accord to the social principles. This is a way to guarantee inclusion of those who had no access to education. It is believed that the distance learning overcomes the geographical, social, and temporal frontiers of the teaching-learning process. This article is theoretically based on authors engaged in distance education, and more especially in Deleuze's concept of rhizome, because it is understood that the educational modality in question has hypertext features considering its specificities in a wide and vertical way. Keywords: Distance Education; Prison system; Inclusion.

This article proposes an integrated approach regarding the use of different software for practice-oriented training in engineering disciplines. Emphasis is placed on the formation of a unified educational space for training in engineering disciplines. An approach to the integration of a large number of application software solutions based on the "Moodle" distance learning shell was developed. Examples of the developed training courses for the engineering disciplines are presented. Examples include the use of the proposed approach for "Machine Parts" and "Theory of Machines and Mechanisms" technical training courses in terms of practice-based learning. Problems of application of various systems of e-learning and technologies of development of the courses for e-learning are discussed.

Ratings of satisfaction and ability to perform course objectives were obtained from 271 telephone company managers in 20 technical training courses. The purpose of the research was to identify variables which would predict trainees' satisfaction with instruction in an industrial setting. Multiple regression analyses were computed involving several personality measures, biographical and trainees' background data, and trainees' perceptions of instructors' style of leadership. The most significant predictors identified were the leadership-style dimensions of Consideration of Structure and the trainees' post-course ratings of their ability to perform the course objectives. None of the personality variables accounted for significant proportions of variance although some evidence was obtained to suggest differential predictions for men and women in terms of need for job information.

This study aimed at the relationship between satisfaction with the method of making administrative decisions and the method of promotion and keeping pace with the development of the extension service and studying the general and administrative characteristics of the agricultural extension instructors, and determining the relationship between the satisfaction of the method of making administrative decisions and the method of administrative promotion for the workers in agricultural extension and independent variables studied, The development of the extension service and the independent variables studied, determining the contribution of the independent variables combined in the interpretation of variance in the variables of each of them separately. Al-Sharqia Governorate. All the specialists in the Directorate and all the heads of agricultural extension departments in the agricultural departments and all the managers of the extension centers in the governorate were selected in a deliberate manner. The rest of the sample were randomly selected from the agricultural extension agents from 3 administrative centers: Zagazig, From January to May 2015, and the size of the sample was determined as the number of (100) respondents, and obtained the data for the research through questionnaires collected in the personal interview with the agricultural extension, and the use of the statistical data in the analysis B The most important results for the satisfaction of the method of administrative decision making and the method of administrative upgrading of agricultural extension workers were: (98%) of the respondents were between low and medium (2%) of them had high opinions, and there was a correlation between this variable and both (the educational qualification, the number of training courses and technical training, the practice of other work after the official working hours, forms of censorship and manifestations of corruption, d) JH management's attention to raise the experiences of agricultural extension agents, the general characteristics of the management, charging wages and incentives criteria).
