The article deals with the attitude of music school teachers (N=367) towards music innovations and their dissemination. This analysis grounds on a significant research of attitudes of music pedagogues working in schools in Lithuania; this research aims at diagnosing how current music education changes/remains unchanged in the context of paradigm change, under the impact of manifestation of professional attitudes of pedagogues. Obtained results of the empirical research provided valuable information on delivered music education and possible innovations in its various fields. Therefore, the present article will present a relevant part of the mentioned research – pedagogues’ attitudes towards innovations selected and suggested by researchers, hypothetically postulating that they are the most lacking in current music education. The research found out that pedagogues were quite favourable towards dissemination of innovations. Education of people with disabilities and training of adults were supported the most, whereas the least approval was expressed towards the change of the assessment system and possibilities for organisation of group learning. Pedagogues treat new disciplines, such as improvisation, ensemble, accompaniment, reading notes, performing music aurally, as important.

Football is a popular sport all over the world, and it is also an important part to show the comprehensive strength of the country. With the development of football in China, how to effectively carry out football teaching and training has become a hot topic. At present, the international mainstream method is to use robot soccer simulation training to simulate the real game scene, analyze and study the game tactics. However, due to the late start of artificial intelligence in China, there are still technical problems in the field of robot soccer, such as insufficient recognition and unreasonable task allocation. In order to solve these problems, this paper proposes an intelligent soccer teaching and training system based on fuzzy theory. In this paper, the control mode of the intelligent system is further optimized by combining the classical algorithm of fuzzy mathematics with PID control. In the design of football training model, this paper puts forward an innovative game situation assessment system, which can better analyze the impact of environmental factors. In the aspect of control circuit, this paper adopts the mainstream LM2678 step-down circuit, which has good stability and has been widely used in intelligent control system. In the final experimental analysis, this paper uses the current representative basic decision-making system as the comparative object, through a number of experiments including technical indicators, system characteristics, etc. Analysis of the data shows that the intelligent system based on fuzzy theory has better task allocation ability than the traditional way, and obviously improves the comprehensive performance of the system. In the simulation competition, the system in this paper has made outstanding achievements, which further shows the superiority of the system.

Russian music school has undergone major changes over the past 20–30 years. The emergence of mass musical styles and genres and their huge popularity, the opening of pop and jazz faculties and training areas, as well as private music schools and studios – all this aff ects the approaches to teaching piano in modern preprofessional music education. The approaches to the development of performing piano skills described in this article include not only traditional methods of studying the academic piano repertoire, but also methods of development in pop and jazz stylistics, using which one can achieve both improved fluency and the development of new sound skills.

Government had implemented the 2013 Curriculum for 5 years now, however, in practice, there are still a lot of teachers who haven’t fully comprehended this curriculum. Thus, it is intriguing to study “Junior High School Teacher’s Comprehension on Assessment System in 2013 Curriculum”. This study aims to find out the level of comprehension junior high school teachers have regarding the assessment technique in 2013 Curriculum. Furthermore, this study also tried to discern issues faced by teachers in implementing the assessment system in 2013 Curriculum. This study uses qualitative approach, and data were collected using questionnaires and focus group discussion (FGD). 5 sample locations were selected using purposive technique. The informants in FGD were 25 teachers and respondents filling the questionnaire were 4337 teachers. The result concludes that junior high school teachers’ comprehension on the assessment systemof 2013 Curriculum is still low and not optimal. There are also several issues in the implementation. Recommendation proposed are for a strategic and detailed dissemination and training, and also a simplification of the assessment system in 2013 Curriculum, especially in assessment for attitude aspect and descriptive assessment.

Obtaining dietetic licensure in Ontario requires completion of a Dietitians of Canada (DC) accredited four-year undergraduate degree in nutrition and an accredited post-graduate internship or combined Master’s degree program. Given the scarcity of internship positions in Ontario, each year approximately two-thirds of the eligible applicants who apply do not receive a position XX, XX, XX, XX, XX, XX, in press). Anecdotally, not securing an internship position is known to be a particularly disconcerting experience that has significant consequences for individuals’ personal, financial, and professional well-being. However, no known empirical research has yet explored students’ experiences of being unsuccessful in applying for internship positions. Fifteen individuals who applied between 2005 and 2009 to an Ontario-based dietetic internship program, but were unsuccessful at least once, participated in a one-on-one semi-structured interview. Findings reveal that participants’ experiences unfold successively in four phases that are characterized by increasingly heightened emotional peril: naïveté, competition, devastation, and frustration. The authors conclude that the current model of dietetic education and training in Ontario causes lasting distress to students and hinders the future growth and vitality of the dietetic profession. Further research is required to understand the impact of the current model on dietetic educators, internship coordinators, and preceptors as coincident participants in the internship application process.

This paper assessed the impact of the mechanization of the 8 tribal paddy farmers’ groups of Goa benefited in the year 2011 through the Tribal sub-plan program of ICAR-CCARI through results of surveys conducted in 2012 and 2015. Shift to mechanization among beneficiaries was significant in power tillers (64-100%) but less in power reapers(0-91%). Also significant saving in manpower (Power tillers:33.3% to 60%, power reapers: 33.3% to 83.3%), , time (field capacity increased (power tillers : 41.7% to141%, power reapers :58.1% to 912.8%) and cost(power tillers :44.7% to 59.1%, power reapers : 57.8% to 82.9%) was reportedthrough the use of equipment as compared to desi plough or manual methods of harvesting. Some constraints like lack of access roads and training in use and maintenance of the equipment were reported by the beneficiary farmers.

The impact of teacher dispositions on the professional development of preservice music teachers (PMTs) has been substantiated. This chapter describes an approach to dispositional development within the structure of an introduction to music education course. A teacher concerns model is used to organize this systematic approach through three developmental stages that include self-concerns, teaching task concerns, and student learning concerns. A series of 11 critical questions are presented for use in guiding PMTs’ dispositional development through these developmental stages. Activities to engage PMTs in the exploration of each of these questions are detailed for use by music teacher educators desiring to engage PMTs in dispositional development.

Green buildings refer to buildings that decrease adverse environmental effects and maintain natural resources. They can diminish energy consumption, greenhouse gas emissions, the usage of non-renewable materials, water consumption, and waste generation while improving occupants’ health and well-being. As such, several rating tools and benchmarks have been developed worldwide to assess green building performance (GBP), including the Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method (BREEAM) in the United Kingdom, German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB), Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) in the United States and Canada, Comprehensive Assessment System for Built Environment Efficiency (CASBEE) in Japan, Green Star in Australia, Green Mark in Singapore, and Green Building Index in Malaysia. Energy management (EM) during building operation could also improve GBP. One of the best approaches to evaluating the impact of EM on GBP is by using structural equation modelling (SEM). SEM is a commanding statistical method to model testing. One of the most used SEM variance-based approaches is partial least squares (PLS), which can be implemented in the SmartPLS application. PLS-SEM uses path coefficients to determine the strength and significance of the hypothesised relationships between the latent constructs.
