Geolocation technology is used to identify real-world geographic locations that can be applied to the Android operating system. So this application provides store description services, product photos, and maps. SMEs are presented in the application in the map using the k-mean algorithm. The parameters used are the type of industry, number of employees, turnover per year, tools used. For the clustering have 3 categories, there are namely small, medium and large. The advantages of this algorithm can group data according to the similarity of data used in one group and minimize the same data between groups and cannot process data that is a missing value.

The granting of credit relaxation has caused polemics in the early days of the spread of COVID-19 in Indonesia. As a result of the spread of COVID-19, several industrial sectors have experienced unworkable conditions. Companies in this industry are not able to pay off their financial obligations to the Banking or Financing Company. The government asked financial industry players to provide credit relaxation. This was conveyed by the government, however, without being included with fixed procedures and direct communication with business players. In addition to this relaxation, there is a systemic risk. This research is in the form of qualitative research. This research focuses on the effect of credit relaxation on the finance and banking industries. This research proposes that the government determines the overall policy. Businesses, finance companies, and banks focus on the implementation procedures controlled by the Financial Services Authority. The government needs to take a more aggressive and comprehensive policy towards relaxation policies so that this relaxation policy can be carried out correctly to support the economy of small and medium enterprises again. If this policy is not comprehensive, it is feared that it will create higher new risks to the financial sector and the national economy.

Innovation doubtless represents a main strategic lever for the development of small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in many industrial sectors and it comprises new techniques, new products and new processes, as well as new services which lead to better customer service and revenue. However, the basic question of how well the company is equipped with the necessary practices, methodologies, people, and beliefs, is far from being completely answered yet. In this paper, a metrics-based diagnosis tool for measuring and enhancing the innovation capabilities in SMEs is presented along with a set of preliminary results from case-based studies at the local industry. In this paper we propose a new method by studying the competences of SMEs in concepts tied to innovation and by using a specified framework. As a first step, all of the necessary information by using questionnaires with verbal-scales evaluations is compiled. Second, we use a non-compensatory flow-based sorting method with central profiles to identify the current level and to classify the company into predefined levels. Third, a detailed analysis of the obtained values is performed in order to make a personalized recommendation.

Small and medium enterprises (SMEs) are depending more on their ICT framework however they do not possess the ability to direct it reasonably because of monetary impediments, limited assets, and insufficient specialized expertise. A sizeable number of SME executives expect that ICT security per remote access in their organizations is only like introducing a firewall and refreshing the antivirus program as frequently on a case by case basis. Remote access initiatives, against hacking systems and approaches, remote access controls, and numerous other related aspects are only investigated solely after security breaches. To improve remote access security in an organization comprehensively, four aspects including organizational, work process, data, and technical aspects must be figured out. With SMEs’ limited spending plans and more requirements for remote employees, it is exceptionally evident that they will remain easy prey for attackers since they cannot bear the cost of the typical secure remote access technologies and solutions. This paper explored a more ideal solution that will fit into the usual SME low remote access security financial plans but at the same time sufficiently powerful to protect them from digital and other IT attacks.
