Insurance is one of the references to meet the needs and feelings of security in the face of uncertainties that may arise in people's lives and the risks that will be experienced by the company.  Insurance is one of the financial facilities (financial) of domestic life, both in the face of the risk of death and in the face of property risk. In this case, the position of the insurance agent of an insurance company is very strategic, because through this agent the company can market or sell its products to prospective consumers. Agents are also very valuable business assets. An insurance agent is a person who works alone or works in a commercial organization, represents and acts on behalf of an insurance company or sharia insurance company, who is qualified to represent the company. One of the successes of Sharia insurance companies is in the field of marketing. In addition, the agent also plays a role in carrying out activities for the community by introducing financial plans and risk management in insurance and agents also play a role in selecting risk to the customer. customer, assess and measure the extent to which risks that may arise, and determine the best approach to deal with specified risk. Marketing in Islamic insurance requires the ability to recruit, encourage, develop and sell privately (direct communication between sellers and prospective customers and arousing customer interest in the product until the customer is interested in buying the product). Keywords: Insurance, Agent, Marketing Capabilitie, Insurance Customer.

To support the government’s program in preventing the spread of COVID-19 virus, it is expected to reduce direct communication between fellow students and lecturers. The purpose of this research to create interactive media that can provide consulting service for students with academic advisor (PA) without direct contact. It is expected for this research, students can be more proactive in interacting with their academic advisor in discussing academic and non-academic problems. The method used in this research is using Android Studio and Visual Studio Code as an Integrated Development Environment (IDE) and using a no-relational (NoSQL) realtime database on firebase. The advantage of this research is that the system to be developed does not use physical servers anymore but all databases are stored in the cloud system. The result of this research is chatroom application consisting of 7 modules namely application login with username and password, searching user, chatting user, list consultation, student input consultation, edit data consultation, and account setting.

As one of the most important branches of quantum cryptography, quantum secure direct communication (QSDC) is used to transmit the secret message directly rather than distribute a random key. Quantum homomorphic encryption (QHE) enables arbitrary quantum transformation on encrypted data without decrypting the data. To date, the previously proposed QSDC schemes are mainly based on different quantum states. The research of the QSDC scheme based on QHE is still blank. In this paper, a QSDC scheme by taking advantage of the properties of QHE is proposed. The proposed protocol has applied QHE and decoy photons to prevent various types of attacks. The proposed scheme only utilizes the rotation operation to encode the secret message which is easy to implement with the current technologies. Moreover, the communication efficiency and the qubit-utilization ratio are analyzed in this paper, which shows that this protocol has good performance in the qubit-utilization ratio, and the qubit efficiency of the QSDC scheme has improved.

The text analyzes the possibilities to think of pure language as indicated in the harmonization of modes of intention in the translation activity. This language is, in a sense, a regulative idea and it have to be liberated in translation. It is essential to distinguish between the modes of intention and intended objects, between what is named in pure language and what is „overnamed“ in human languages. One of the theses in this text – that language in its auto-relation undergoes auto-modalization – makes the connection with Kierkegaard's understanding of the impossibility of direct communication. The indication of the untranslatable is an opportunity in the language of the translator to insert as indicated the elusive in the translation and thus to introduce the use of a broken language. Awakening of the “echo of the original” means a “thinking more” (according to Kant) through the figure.

The purposes of the research here 1) To find out the level of students’ interest in speaking skill at eleventh grade of SMAN 1 Boyan Tanjung. 2) To find out students' responses in speaking skill at eleventh grade in SMAN 1 Boyan Tanjung. The research method used in this research was descriptive method. Data collection techniques used in this research resume are Direct communication technique, and Indirect Communication Techniques. Data collection tools are  questionnaires and interviews. The data analysis technique used is the formula percentage by Zuldafrial (2012:226). Based on the results of the study can be concluded that in that in a manner general speaking skill at Eleventh Grade in SMAN 1 Boyan Tanjung has been low interest. More specifically can be described as follows 1) The level of students’ interest in speaking skill at eleventh grade SMAN 1 Boyan Tanjung in the Academic Year of 2021/2022 which has a fairly good level of interest this is evident from the results of the acquisition of 50% included inpretty high category. 2) Students' responses in speaking skill at Eleventh Grade in SMAN 1 Boyan Tanjung in the Academic Year of 2021/2022 is low. The low interest of students in speaking English there are several factors from them not liking English, from accuracy, fear of spelling mistakes to difficult lessons for them.

At the present time, teaching is going through an experience at a global level, due to the Covid 19 pandemic. Students experienced a new way of learning, because of the health emergency; In this period, project-based learning was introduced as a contribution to virtual education, a methodology that was applied in the Sebastián Muñoz Educational Unit of the San Sebastián Parish of the Pichincha canton. The purpose of this work is to carry out an analysis of the contribution that this methodological strategy has had on high school students. The criterion that is intended to show is the marked acceptance that this significant learning has had, through a detailed analysis, starting from the management of the ordinary use platform Microsoft teams with which there is direct communication in the educational community. The qualitative method is proposed based on interpreting the data obtained from the objective set, using a direct survey of students and teachers. It was obtained as a result that the schoolchildren who make use of technological tools are precisely those who have efficient connectivity and that the educators who work the most applying the studied methodology are those who adequately handle the technological elements.
