Procurement and inventory is important activities in a company. Therefore it is the aim of this article to design an accounting information system for procurement and inventory of office supplies to help in fast and accurate planning and decision making. Methods used to collect required data and information is library research and field research. Design and analysis method used is analysis using Object Oriented Analysis and Design. From observation results it is obtained that transaction records in the company is still conducted manually and inefficient in keeping records of incoming and outgoing goods. It is concluded that a computerized procurement and inventory information system would help the management in decreasing faults and increasing the current system effectively.Keywords: accounting information system, procurement, inventory, office supplies.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems that exist in a company engaged in the sales of paper cutting machine that is on sale systems that are running on the company, identifying the needs of enterprise information and designing information systems that are able to meet the company’s information needs. The used methodology is the method of analysis and design methods. The analysis method is library research, observation, survey of the old system, the identification of information needs and interviews. While the design method used is Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD).The achieved results are in the form of sales information system for paper cutting machine distributor in the form of application design to improve the sales system, which is still done manually. The conclusion is a computerized information system sales can solve problems that occur on the old systems and procedures in the company.Keywords: Design; Sales Information System

The research goal is to identify and analyze the need of accounting information system related to the revenue cycle at PT XYZ. This paper designing the useful of accounting information systems to support the current business processes, especially on the revenue cycle process. The design method is an Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD) which refers to the modeling and design requirements discipline. And the result achieved by analysis and design of accounting information systems can support current activities of the revenue cycle, especially for the documentation and store of transaction data, and generate reports in accordance with company requirements. Conclusions derived from the analysis and design is the implementation of a webbased application that can help PT XYZ to do the work in different places, such as marketing office, head office and especially at the exhibition. The research objective was to evaluate the procedures and internal controls of Human Resource Information System XYZ. To that end, the author conducted the examination, collecting, previews and documenting the evidence that supports the information systems, so that it can find problems that occur in information systems and measure risk on internal controls to produce recommendations that can be considered. To support the research, the research uses a library, where the data obtained by reading a book and browse the website in accordance with the research are discussed. And with a field research method, which was obtained through a check list, interview and observation. Results of evaluation on the current information system, gives the conclusion that the current system has been implemented according to the company the current procedure, but found few risks to the internal controls within them.

Abstract: To increase the competitiveness of a company requires information, including accounting information. With a good accounting information system, it is hoped that the results of physical process efficiency, data updates and accuracy will be achieved. The system design methodology in making the system goes through the stages (1) System Survey (2) System Analysis (3) System Design (4) System Development (5) Testing (6) System Implementation (7) System maintenance. However, with limited time and funds, the researcher completed the research to the system design stage in the form of standard operating procedures (SOP). As for the conclusion, it was found that the work was still inconsistent (same work but implemented in different ways), recording errors, process delays and poor quality.The system design model that has been prepared by the researcher for the Income Accounting Information System of PT Marci consists of the following procedures: (1) order receipt (2) contract agreement (3) work process (4) billing (5) recording. Keywords: System design, accounting information system, PT MARCI

The accounting information system for contracts and wages is very important for a company which can assist in making decisions and archieving the implementation of payroll and wages for employees. The goal is to be able to find out how the implementation of the accounting system for payroll and wages at PT. X. This type of research used in this research is descriptive research using data analysis methods, namely qualitative data analysis. This study aims to identify and analyze the payroll and wage accounting information system at PT. X. The results of this analysis indicate the payroll and wages accounting information system at PT. X which is still not supportive, as well as the lack of supervision on the attendance list of employees, this shows the weakness that accours in the company PT. X.

Abstrak Sistem informasi akuntansi merupakan jantung bagi sebuah perusahaan. Sistem informasi akuntansi membuat sebuah perusahaan mampu melakukan pengendalian dan memudahkan perusahaan dalam meningkatkan kinerjanya. Salah satu bagian dari sistem informasi akuntansi adalah sistem penjualan dan piutang. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan distributor yang bergerak di bidang penjualan alat-alat elektrikal, mekanikal, dan telekomunikasi. Perusahaan tersebut sedang berkembang pesat dengan jumlah transaksi penjualan yang cukup banyak dan kompleks setiap harinya, namun masih menggunakan sistem manual sehingga kurang efektif dan efisien. Maka dari itu penulis mengangkat judul prancangan system e-accounting pada PT. Mandiri Agung Lubuklinggau.  Pada penelitian ini penulis menggunakan perancangan system menggunakan United modeling language (UML) dan pada penelitian ini penulis mengunakan metode deskriptif dimana penggunaan metode dimaksudkan agar kebenaran yang diungkapkan benar-benar berdasarkan bukti ilmiah yang kuat adapun hasil dari penelitian ini maka dapat disimpulkan dengan adanya system e-accounting ini memperbaiki kelemahan yang ada pada sistem informasi akuntansi penjualan dan piutang yang sedang berjalan. Serta meningkatkan pengendalian intern perusahaan serta meminimalisir kecurangan dan human error yang dilakukan karyawan. Kata kunci—PHP,Akuntansi, E-Accounting   Abstract  Accounting information systems are the heart of a company. Accounting information systems make a company capable of controlling and making it easier for companies to improve their performance. One part of the accounting information system is the sales and accounts receivable system.This research was conducted at a distributor company engaged in the sale of electrical, mechanical, and telecommunications equipment. The company is growing rapidly with a number of sales transactions that are quite numerous and complex every day, but still use the manual system so that it is less effective and efficient. Therefore the author raised the title of the design of e-accounting system at PT. Mandiri Agung Lubuklinggau.In this study the author uses the system design using the United modeling language (UML) and in this study the author uses descriptive methods where the use of the method is intended so that the truth revealed is really based on strong scientific evidence while the results of this study can be concluded with the existence of system e -accounting fixes weaknesses that exist in the current sales and accounts receivable accounting information system. The change of time, technology, and competition influence indirectly to company’s environment. This makes company should to review the aspects that exist within the company, one of which is the effectiveness of the company cycle. One main function of accounting information system is processing the data into useful information for decision makers to make the cycle to be effective so that corporate goals can be achieved. Use-case modeling is one of the documentation tools in the accounting information system that can also generate information about the effectiveness of a cycle. This research used analytical descriptive method as research method with data collection techniques by interview, observation, and library research. Object of this case study of research is CV Makmur Abadi, a company in textile industry. After the research process is done, it can be concluded that the role of use-case modeling in assessing effectiveness is as a supporting role by providing guidance. Use-case can provide guidance on assessing the effectiveness of cycle especially by components in use-case such as use-case narratives and use-case dependencies diagrams. With these guidance, the process assessment of effectiveness becomes more systematic to present accurate and useful information.Keywords:Use-case Modeling, Assessment of Effectiveness Level, &Expenditure Cycle.

The application of an accounting information system is an important investment for a company. The use of information systems can improve the competitiveness of companies so as not excluded in their environment. This research was conducted in LPD Sub-district of Ubud. The purpose of this study is to analyze the influence of the sophistication of information technology and the ability of personal techniques on the effective use of accounting information systems. Researchers use Multiple Linear Regression Analysis as a method of data analysis, where data collection is done by observation, interviews, library research, and questionnaires. As an initial stage of the analysis will be tested for validity and reliability of the research instrument. The results showed that the sophistication of Information Technology and Personal Engineering Capabilities had a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of the Use of Accounting Information Systems in LPD, Ubud Gianyar District. This research will recommend the formulation of a technology-based accounting information system so that it can compete in the midst of the tight and competitive world of competition.

The need for information systems in the business more increase as the same as technological developments in the digital era which give the impacts rapidly changes in all sectors. The accounting cycle in the company is inseparable from the existence of financial recording activities in a certain period. Thus it requires an application to provides the processing financial data or it’s called accounting information system. The Grand Hotel Karawang is the focus of research on building income management accounting information system. Based on the data collection method used: observation, interviews and literature studies (library research), it can be concluded that in managing hotel rental income is still manual or not computerized so that why the research to provide solutions based on the need by designing income accounting information system using waterfall software development method, with phases including needs analysis, design, implementation of program code based on open source in the implementation of the Java programming language to make easier to implement into desktop-based applications. Testing is carried out using blackbox testing as a tool for testing each process step by step in the application that all processes are running well (valid) and can be implemented as needed.

The development of accounting information technology has actually been going on for a long time. This is because the use of technology in accounting can save time and costs and the use of technology in accounting is considered very efficient. In order to provide accounting information, an information system known as the Accounting Information System (SIA) was created. A good accounting information system requires a good system design too. At  Cooperative, data processing is still done manually using Microsoft Excel, which makes this cooperative vulnerable to recording errors. Apart from errors in recording, delays in delivering information can also occur due to ineffective recording. Therefore, this cooperative needs to use a cooperative accounting information system. Which this system will later be able to assist the cooperative in carrying out the existing transaction process in the cooperative effectively and efficiently and well computerized. Based on this, this study aims to determine the financial reporting accounting information system that has been implemented by the Cooperative and to design an application-based savings and loan cooperative financial reporting accounting information system in accordance with the needs of Cooperative. This study used qualitative and experimental methods, while the application design method used was a waterfall. The system development method used in this research is Netbeans IDE with Java programming language and Mysql as database storage and iReport to design financial statements.The results obtained from the analysis and design carried out is an accounting information system design that is able to support the operational needs of Cooperative. The superiority of the resulting system is that there is a treasurer who specifically manages the finances of the Cooperative so that the process of recording financial reporting runs effectively and efficiently which has been designed according to the needs of Cooperative
