The research aims to facilitate the implementation of the assessment of vocational school accreditation and to improve efficiency in accreditation assessment by developing a model of online information system and its database design. The assessment of vocational school accreditation covers eight aspects: content standards, process standards, competency standards, standards of educators and educational technicians, facility and infrastructure standards, management standards, financial standards and assessment standards. All activities aim to socialize the web-based information system model. It is a descriptive research method which creates a systematic and accurate description by seeking factual information on relevant agencies to detail and identifying issues or obtaining state of justification and assessments used in carrying out their duties. The result achieved is a model of information system database online accreditation for vocational high school to support the work of assessor.

Abstract. To provide security to their patients, healthcare providers use a system for patient safety which includes risk reporting and analysis of incidents, identification and management of risks, and the ability to learn about events that have occurred. According to the 2017 patient safety data at Prof. Dr. Soerojo Psychiatric Hospital, 7% of patient safety incidents at the hospital required a Root Cause Analysis. To aid the process, an online information system is necessary. This research was qualitative research that used the waterfall method for the information syntax. This involved planning, analysis, design, implementation, and system. From there, the data was then evaluated based on its accessibility, completeness, accuracy, and speed. The qualitative data was gathered through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and unstructured interviews with selected informants. 26 informants were involved in this research, this included the reporters, the Patient Safety (KPRS) Team, and the hospital management board. Results of the would then produce recommendations on how to handle the problems found. Based on the data gathered, we discovered that after the application of the information system, the hospital experienced a 53.8% increase in patient safety.

This research aims to determine the development of Industrial Revolution 4.0 technology in the Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) sector, to improve the standard of quality business product brands by creating a web-based information system. To support this research, we used qualitative descriptive research methods to describe existing phenomena, both natural and human engineering, that pay more attention to the characteristics, quality, and interrelationships between activities. The results show that product brand development for web-based small and medium enterprises is compelling so that it will be able to compete with other business product brands globally. This is due to a web-based information system created to introduce various products, the owners of MSMEs products. The information system was designed to input the MSME owners' data, starting from product brands, catalogs, and services. Therefore, the information system can help marketing and improve the owners' ability in the product brand development that can be used to compete in the global market. That way, the society can access various information about superior products from the MSME owners who have a product quality is no less good than other excellent products.

SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungpinang is a vocational high school located in Kampung Bulang, Tanjungpinang. This school is facing problems in managing the library that is owned so that it can serve library lending for users more quickly and accurately including in providing access to library materials directly to users. But, at the moment. The library still does not have a library circulation system that can provide library access. The web-based library system that is designed is expected to facilitate library members in SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungpinang in finding digital books about library materials owned by libraries without time and place limits. The web-based library sirkuasi system, which is designed according to the needs and conditions of the library is also expected to be able to facilitate and speed up officers in handling circulation services and making reports. Programming is done to make the system above is done using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database server. From the results of the implementation of the system and testing, it was concluded that the web-based library information system can answer the problems encountered so that it can help the library in serving users quickly and accurately.

DESKRIPSI SMA DAN SMK DI KABUPATEN MINAHASA TENGGARA BERDASARKAN INDIKATOR STANDAR NASIONAL PENDIDIKAN BERBASIS EVALUASI DIRI SEKOLAH (Standar Kompetensi Lulusan, Standar Isi, Standar Proses, Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan) ABSTRAK Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: Mendeskripsikan Sekolah Menengah Atas/Sekolah Menengah Kejuruan (SMA/SMK) di Kabupaten Minahasa Tenggara berdasarkan 4 Standar Nasional Pendidikan (Standar Kompetensi Lulusan, Standar Isi, Standar Proses, Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan) yang berbasis Evaluasi Diri Sekolah (EDS). Gambaran umum SMA dan SMK berdasrkan peubah-peubah standar pendidikan diharapkan dapat memberikan informasi tentang mutu masing-masing SMA dan SMK dikabupaten Minahasa Tenggara. Penelitian ini akan dilaksanakan dengan mengambil data primer di 11 SMA/SMK yang berada di Kabupaten MITRA.  Masing-masing sekolah dilakukan wawancara terhadap 5 guru dan Kepala Sekolah dengan kuisioner berbasis Evaluasi Diri Sekolah. Peubah-peubah yang diamati adalah Standar Kompetensi Lulusan, Standar Isi, Standar Proses, Standar Pendidikan dan Tenaga Kependidikan. Data akan dianlisis dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak Komputer. Hasilnya, menunjukan bahwa SMA Negeri 1 Ratahan (S2), SMA Negeri 2 Ratahan (S3), SMK Negeri 1 Ratahan (S4), SMA Negeri 1 Touluaan (S5), SMK Negeri 1 Touluaan (S6), SMA Negeri 1 Belang (S9), SMA Negeri 1 Posumaen (S10), SMK Nasional Malompar (S12) memiliki karateristik penilaian yang hampir sama pada Standar Pendidik dan Tenaga Kependidikan. General overview of SHS and VS based on those variables educational standards was expected to provide the information about the quality of each senior high school and vocational high school in Southeast Minahasa Regency. This study would be conducted by taking the primary data in 11 senior high school/vocational school located in the district of Southeast Minahasa.  Each school conducted interviews with five teachers and headmasters with the School Self-Evaluation-based questionnaire. Variables measured were standards of Graduates Competency, Content Standards, Process Standards, and Standards of administrative  and Education Personnel. Data analysis will using the computer software. As a result, show that Public Senior High School 1 of Ratahan (S2), Public Senior High School 2 of Ratahan (S3), Public Vocational School 1 of Ratahan (S4), Public Senior High School 1 of Touluaan (S5), Public Vocational School 1 of Touluaan (S6), Public Senior High School 1 of Belang (S9 ), Public Senior High School 1 of Posumaen (S10), the National Vocational School of Malompar (S12) has characteristics similar ratings on Standards of administative and Education Personnel. Retrieved also that Variables Graduates Competency Standards, Content Standards, Process Standard, Standards of administrative and Education Personnel, which does not significantly influence the Dependent Variabel  that is School Accreditation. <div class="page" title="Page 1"><div class="layoutArea"><div class="column"><p><span>Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) as a part of the national industrial sector has a critical influence in developing economic, social and political state of Indonesia. Therefore, the government has issued many policies, programs, and activities to enhance the development of SMEs. The absence of an online information system that shows the development of the SME cause the government has difficulty in overseeing the development of SMEs. Difficulties experienced by the government due to lack of information also in line with Law No. 3 of 2014 on Industry, precisely on Article 64 which stated that the industry is obligated to submit industry data that are accurate, complete, and timely periodically to the Minister, governors and regents/mayors. Therefore, the industry, in particular Small and Medium Enterprise (SME), requires a web-based information system that will be a tool that can be used by industry to facilitate the reporting of industrial activities. Therefore, this research aimed to develop a web- based information system for SMEs Sentra Textiles and textile products (TPT) in West Java. The system will contain information about the condition and position of SMEs Sentra Textiles and textile products (TPT) in Bandung, West Java. Sukoharjo State Vocational High School is one of the SMK in Pringsewu Regency. This vocational school is located on Jalan Wiyata No. 107 Sukoharjo III, Sukoharjo District, Pringsewu Regency. School committee finances are obtained based on the results of committee member meetings and determine the amount to be paid by students in 1 year, in the committee member meeting it is also explained that the receipt of payments made by students can be paid in monthly installments or paid at once by students and their parents. The school committee's financial activities are carried out through the process of planning, organizing, coordinating, supervising, or controlling. Some of the financial management activities are obtaining and determining funding sources, utilization of funds, reporting, inspection, and accountability. The school committee financial information system that has been used can perform financial management in a transparent and real-time manner, so that committee members can find out the school committee's finances by utilizing information technology without having to make a financial recapitulation of the school committee to be reported to committee members or administrators.
