Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME) is one of the pillars of the national economy because of the magnitude of the contribution made by MSME. It is even mentioned that MSME is an integral part of the country's economy. MSME in Indonesia is able to absorb the labor up to 97.02%. The contribution of MSME to GDP (57.08%) and investment (53.24%) also has a larger value when compared to large businesses. But in general, MSME has limited access to financial institutions. By these problems, the government has provided special financing of MSME through Microfinance Institutions (MFI). But in its implementation, externally MFI has obstacles of institutional aspects that have an impact on the variety of the MFI forms. While SMFI has Islamic financing methods that give priority to moral, ethical, and fair so efficiently it can encourage the participation of MSME entrepreneurs to succeed. This study formulates schemes or strengthening models of MSME to increase institutional cooperation between MSME and SMFI. The institutional strengthening scheme offered is expected to increase the contribution of MSME to the national economy.

Abstract. To provide security to their patients, healthcare providers use a system for patient safety which includes risk reporting and analysis of incidents, identification and management of risks, and the ability to learn about events that have occurred. According to the 2017 patient safety data at Prof. Dr. Soerojo Psychiatric Hospital, 7% of patient safety incidents at the hospital required a Root Cause Analysis. To aid the process, an online information system is necessary. This research was qualitative research that used the waterfall method for the information syntax. This involved planning, analysis, design, implementation, and system. From there, the data was then evaluated based on its accessibility, completeness, accuracy, and speed. The qualitative data was gathered through questionnaires, in-depth interviews, and unstructured interviews with selected informants. 26 informants were involved in this research, this included the reporters, the Patient Safety (KPRS) Team, and the hospital management board. Results of the would then produce recommendations on how to handle the problems found. Based on the data gathered, we discovered that after the application of the information system, the hospital experienced a 53.8% increase in patient safety.

One of the causes of death of children under five is chronic malnutrition or stunting. The government has made a policy as an effort to reduce stunting. Specific intervention nutrition programs are activities that directly address the occurrence of stunting. Evaluation of edit interventions that have currently been carried out but have not separated the process based on intervention indicators so that it results in a long processing time and large exit costs so we need a system that can accelerate the process of evaluating specific interventions. Information systems for evaluating specific interventions can be a solution to this problem. In this study, an information system for evaluating specific interventions of stunting cases was developed web-based to facilitate real-time operation. The evaluation information system is designed to collect national data and carry out a clustering process using the k-means method and evaluation stucture cluster using silhouette method. In this study an evaluation value of 34 provinces was obtained which was divided into several clusters as a result of evaluation process in the information system.

The 5th International Conference of Agroindustry and Bio-economy (ICGAB) 2021 has been successfully carried out virtually, and the IOP Conference Proceeding Series: Earth and Environmental Science has been completed. It was the second time for ICGAB to be conducted virtually amid the Covid-19 pandemic. The Covid-19 pandemic has been hitting us for about two years, and the Government of the Republic of Indonesia has not removed the travel restriction and physical distancing policy. However, information technology helps us bridge the distance and overcome the physical restriction. Therefore, the committee decided to hold the conference virtually to provide forums for the students, academics, researchers, and professionals to disseminate their research despite the pandemic condition. Last year ICGAB successfully addressed the emerging technologies and the integrated information system for sustainable agroindustry. Such technology, innovation and information system are becoming critical for shifting agroindustry from conventional practices to be more sustainable. Therefore, Indonesia needs to strive, adapt and integrate the information system in agroindustry by implementing the internet of things (IoT) towards agroindustry 4.0. Such approaches may create opportunities for expanding sustainable agroindustry as well as to achieve food security. Thus, the current ICGAB topic is “Implementation of IoT to achieve Food Security and Green Agroindustry”. A public complaint is a reciprocal of the population against the government to convey opinions or problems encountered in certain areas. The complaint process using a suggestion box or counter complaint is less effective and efficient so that the complaint handling process is slow. The geographic information system of public complaints is an information system built as an intermediary for the public to make complaints against the government. This public complaint geographic information system is built by utilizing location-based services. Geographic information systems of public complaints that have been built require a test to ensure all functions contained on the system can run properly. This study discusses the testing of the geographic information system of public complaints that have been built by blackbox testing and test by involving respondents from the general public. The results of testing system usage by the user based on aspect of system interface display and conformity aspects of processes and features involving respondents from the general public. Tests conducted to get the average results of respondents gave very good value 28%, good 59.8, enough 10.2% and less by 2%. Comparison of systems conducted on two similar systems taken through a literature study showed that a mobile web-based public complaint geographic information system (Public Complaint) has more features in tracking the location of complaints.
