The role of knowledge in an effort to developing and maintaining an organization has been strong regarded as a very important asset. Bina Nusantara is an organization that puts the human resources and paperwork as the main resource to perform maintenance on existing Knowledge. The problems that occur in Bina Nusantara is the high turnover rate leads to knowledge walkout. The purpose of this study is to design and implement features of Knowledge Management System (KMS) in Bina Nusantara organization specifically to facilitate knowledge capture, knowledge sharing, and document knowledge to nurture the development of knowledge that occurs in the environment Bina Nusantara. KMS is expected to prevent the knowledge walkout that due to the high turnover rate at Bina Nusantara. The methodology used in this study is the use of literature study and application design for KMS using Microsoft SharePoint 2010 technology. The conclusion of this study is to take advantage of features available in Microsoft SharePoint 2010 as a KMS media at Bina Nusantara become more optimal and easy Knowledge document search.

The role of knowledge in developing and maintaining an organization has been strongly regarded as a very important asset. Bina Nusantara University is one of the universities that is aware of the importance of book as main knowledge media in the learning process. Reviewing books and sharing the results can be a major resource to perform maintenance on knowledge and accelerate the learning process. A problem that occurs in Bina Nusantara University is no application to do Book Reviews. There are no tools that facilitate discussion between book reviewer and book review reader. The purpose of this research is to design features of Book Review on Knowledge Management System (KMS) in Bina Nusantara University. It is expected that book review features are useful for faculty members and staffs in doing book reviews. The methodology used in this study is literature study and design a KMS application using Microsoft SharePoint 2010 technology. Conclusion of this research is the application of KMS Book Review in Bina Nusantara University can encourage book reviewers and facilitate book review readers to discuss and interact more optimally.

This research purpose is to design a Knowledge Management System (KMS) in Bina Nusantara IT to facilitate knowledge sharing and knowledge management dashboard view to see the development of employee knowledge achieved in KMS. The high turnover rate caused the walkout knowledge. The knowledge is not well structured so that employees often have difficulty in searching for knowledge. Methods of the research conducted by the method of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), model iterations. The next step is formulating a study literature to find references to these problems. Then do a system design in the form of UML diagrams user interface and database. The results achieved in the form of KMS-based design to support knowledge sharing among IT BINUS employees. The conclusion from this study is that spread knowledge can be identified, stored and reused. Through this system, documentation of knowledge is optimized so that it can be a solution for walkout knowledge. There are a variety of KM applications in the system, such as Blog, Wiki, Forum, and Document.

Information technology is increasingly developing and has a positive impact on the world of education. The implementation of student counseling with a Knowledge Management System is one of the contributions of information technology in the world of education. Many benefits provided by the Student Counseling Knowledge Management System, in managing the knowledge needed by the counselor section to document student consultations. The development and implementation of a KMS counseling system costs more to employ professional staff to maintain and improve; KMS student counseling application; For this reason, it is necessary to design a Cloud Computing-based Student Counseling Knowledge Management System. The research method carried out in the first stage is to collect data and information about Knowledge Management and Student Counseling, and how to use it to create a Knowledge Management System Application, Student Counseling Based on cloud computing. Furthermore, conducting a literature study and literature review, system design is in the form of data architecture compounding, process design, network design, and user interface design. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that innovations in the knowledge management system are becoming the determining factor in the competitiveness of enterprises in the 21st century. The purpose of this study is to identify and review the main factors influencing the transformation of the role of the knowledge management process in the modern world, and key global trends in corporate training today.
