This study aimed to determine the effect of capital structure, firm size, firm growth on firm value with profitability as an intervening variable in LQ45 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2020. The sample used is 33 LQ45 companies during the period 2018-2020. This research uses multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results showed that the capital structure had a significant adverse effect on profitability and firm value. Meanwhile, firm size and growth do not significantly affect profitability and firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. Indirectly, capital structure affects firm value through profitability, while firm size and growth do not indirectly affect firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, firm size, and firm growth on firm value in the food and beverages industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. This study uses quantitative research with sampling using purposive sampling method, which is a method of selecting samples with certain predetermined criteria. So that in this study, 51 data were obtained from 13 companies that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is panel data analysis. The results of the study found that partially capital structure had a significant negative effect on firm value, firm size had a significant positive effect on firm value, and firm growth had no positive effect on firm value. This study aims to examine the effect of size, growth, and profitability on corporate value with capital structure as a mediator.This study was conducted on agricultural companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2011 to 2014. The population of this study is an agricultural company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2014 with a sample of 14 companies, using purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using smartpal, because this research adds capital structure as mediator variable.The results of this study indicate that firm size and firm growth have no effect on capital structure. Profitability negatively affects the capital structure.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of managerial ownership, firm size, profitability, dividend policy, investment decisions, capital structure and intellectual capital on firm value. The population of this study is family companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2019. The sample of this research is 128 samples. Sampling using purposive sampling method, namely determining the sample from the existing population based on the criteria desired by the researcher. This study uses multiple linear regression to analyze the data. The results of this study indicate managerial ownership has no effect on firm value, firm size has no effect on firm value, profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, dividend policy has no effect on firm value, investment decisions have a significant positive effect on firm value, capital structure has a significant negative effect on firm value, and intellectual capital has no effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  leverage and  firm size on firm value with profitability as intervening variable on consumer goods industry  in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are companies in the consumer goods industry Indonesian Stock Exchange amounted to 46 companies 2014-2017. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the final sample that is obtained is 21, a company incorporated in consumer goods industry in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2014-2017. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis and Sobel test. The result shows that leverage has significant negative effect on profitability  and firm size has significant positive effect on profitability. Leverage, firm size, and profitability have significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability mediates the effect of leverage on firm value significantly and profitability also mediates the effect of firm size  on firm value significantly.

  The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of firm size, sales growth, asset structure, and profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable. The population are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the sample in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012 - 2017. Sampling using purposive sampling and data analysis methods using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of this study are firm size and asset structure have a positive effect on capital structure. Sales growth and profitability have a negative effect on capital structure. Capital structure, sales growth, and asset structure have a negative effect on firm value. Firm size has a positive effect on company value. Capital structure cannot mediate the influence of firm size and profitability on firm value. Capital structure can mediate the effect of sales growth and asset structure on firm value.

This research is about the value of property and real estate companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013 to 2016. The purpose is to analyze Profitability and Good Corporate Governance in mediating the influence of Capital Structure and Corporate Growth on company value. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression and test to test the hypothesis sobel. Population in this research is property and real estate company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013 until 2016. Samples in this research selected through purposive sampling, so that obtained by sample as many as 80 companies. The result shows that capital structure has a significant negative effect on profitability, company growth has a significant positive effect on profitability. Capital structure has a significant positive effect on Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Growth has negative effect is not significant to Good Corporate Governance. Capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value, company growth has negative effect not significant to firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on corporate value and Good Corporate Governance negatively influence not significant to company value. Profitability mediates negatively the influence of capital structure on firm value and positively positive significant growth of the firm against firm value. Good Corporate Governance does not mediate the influence of capital structure and firm growth on firm value

This research aims to analyze the effects of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth, and firm size towards capital structure (DER) and the impact on firm value (PBV).This research uses secondary data from yearly financial statement of food and baverages companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2013-2017. The research design uses descriptive quantitative research and causality. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method, with some predetermined criteria, the number of sample is 17 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The research results shows that the profitability (ROA) and firm size partially have negative effect and not significant on capital structure (DER). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative effect and significantly on capital structure (DER). Then the capital structure (DER) partially have positive effect but not significantly influences the firm value (PBV). The profitability (ROA) partially have positive effect and significant on firm value (PBV). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV), and firm size partially have negative and not significant effect on firm value (PBV). Simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size effect on capital structure (DER). On the other side, simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size have effect on firm value (PBV).

This study aims to determine the direct effect of capital structure, CSR and financial performance on firm value, and to determine whether financial performance can be a mediating variable between capital structure and CSR on firm value. This study uses secondary data, data collection with documentation on metal industrial sector manufacturing companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), as many as 14 companies were used as research samples with purposive sampling method, for 4 years so that the sample used 56 financial reports. Measurement of capital structure variables using DER, CSR with GRI-G4 guidelines, financial performance with ROA, firm value with PBV. Hypothesis testing using Path Anaysis. The results showed that capital structure had a positive and insignificant effect on financial performance, CSR had a significant positive effect on financial performance, and capital structure had a significant positive effect on firm value. CSR has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value, financial performance has a significant negative effect on firm value. The financial performance variable is not a mediating variable between capital structure and firm value, but is a mediating variable between CSR and firm value.

This study aims to examine whether profitability has an effect on firm value, profitability has an effect on capital structure, capital structure has an effect onfirm value and profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable.The study took a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of data used in this study is secondary data in the form of a company’s annual financial report. During the 2014-2018 period, there were 142 manufacturing companies. The method of determining the sample used in this study is purposive sampling, which is a sampling method determined or determined by researchers in accordance with certain criteria. Manufacturing companies are 42 sample companies. Data is also analyzed using path analysis.The results of the study include (1) profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value, (2) profitability has a significant positive effect on capital structure, (3) capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value, (4) Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable.

This study aims to analyze the effect of financial flexibility, managerial ownership, and firm size on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable for infrastructure, utility, and transportation companies. This research was a quantitative study. The data used were secondary data in the form financial statements of infrastructure, utility and transportation companies listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2015-2019. The sample used was a purposive sampling technique consisting of 30 companies infrastructure, utility and transportation. The data were analyzed using path analysis supported by SmartPLS 3.3 software. The results show that financial flexibility has no significant negative effect on the capital structure; managerial ownership has a significant negative effect on the capital structure; firm size has a significant positive effect on the capital structure; financial flexibility has a significant negative effect on firm value; managerial ownership has no significant positive effect on firm value; firm size has no significant positive effect on firm value; capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value; financial flexibility had no significant effect on firm value through capital structure; managerial ownership has a significant effect on firm value through capital structure; firm size has a significant effect on firm value through capital structure.
