  The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of firm size, sales growth, asset structure, and profitability on firm value with capital structure as an intervening variable. The population are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the sample in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange Period 2012 - 2017. Sampling using purposive sampling and data analysis methods using multiple linear regression and path analysis. The results of this study are firm size and asset structure have a positive effect on capital structure. Sales growth and profitability have a negative effect on capital structure. Capital structure, sales growth, and asset structure have a negative effect on firm value. Firm size has a positive effect on company value. Capital structure cannot mediate the influence of firm size and profitability on firm value. Capital structure can mediate the effect of sales growth and asset structure on firm value.

This research aims to analyze the effects of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth, and firm size towards capital structure (DER) and the impact on firm value (PBV).This research uses secondary data from yearly financial statement of food and baverages companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2013-2017. The research design uses descriptive quantitative research and causality. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method, with some predetermined criteria, the number of sample is 17 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The research results shows that the profitability (ROA) and firm size partially have negative effect and not significant on capital structure (DER). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative effect and significantly on capital structure (DER). Then the capital structure (DER) partially have positive effect but not significantly influences the firm value (PBV). The profitability (ROA) partially have positive effect and significant on firm value (PBV). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV), and firm size partially have negative and not significant effect on firm value (PBV). Simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size effect on capital structure (DER). On the other side, simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size have effect on firm value (PBV).

This study aims to examine the effect of profitability mediation and capital structure on the effect of company growth on firm value. The study was conducted on manufacturing companies listing on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012-2017 with a total sample of 17 companies. The research data was analyzed using causal step regression analysis and product of coefficient models with the help of the SPSS version 19.00 application. The results of testing the hypothesis obtained by sales growth is not significant to the value of the company. Sales growth has a negative effect on profitability. Profitability has a significant positive effect on firm value. The company's growth has a significant positive effect on capital structure. Capital structure has a significant negative effect on firm value. Profitability does not mediate the influence of company growth on firm value. Capital structure is able to mediate the influence of company growth on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Capital Structure and Firm Size on Firm Value with Profitability as Intervening Variables. (Case Study on Manufacturing Companies in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2018 Period). This research uses quantitative descriptive research type. Sample 27 companies using Purposive sampling technique. The analysis method uses path analysis with SPSS software version 21.Based on the test result min this study that the variable capital structure and company size have a positive and significant effect on profitability. Capital structure has no effect on firm value, firm size and profitability affect company value, and profitability is able to mediate the effect of capital structure and firm size on firm value. This research aimed to examine the effect of Liquidity (Current Ratio), Profitability (Return On Assets), Sales Growth, and Firm Size toward Capital Structure (Debt to Equity Ratio) on manufacturing companies sector food and beverages in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2017. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling and the sample collected consisted of 14 companies. Analysis using SPSS program. Based on statistical t test, the result of research show that Liquidity had a significant, negative effect on Capital Structure. Meanwhile, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Firm Size did not affect Capital Structure. Based on statistical F test indicates that variables Liquidity, Profitability, Sales Growth, and Firm Size simultantly affect Capital Structure on manufacturing companies sector food and beverage listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for period 2013 - 2017.

<p class="Default" align="center"><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong><em></em></p><p class="Default"><em>The purpose of this study was to examine the influence of debt policy, dividend policy,profitability, sales growth and investment opportunity set on firm value with firm size as moderating variable in the manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The population used in this study is a company that is listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sample used in this study 128 companies with an observation period of 3 (three) years from 2016 to 2018. The method of determining the sample used in this study was the purposive sampling method. The data processing method used in this study is the causality test with multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 23. The independent variables in this study are Debt Policy, Dividend Policy, Profitability, Sales Growth and Investment Opportunity. The moderating variable in this study is Company Size. The dependent variable in this study is firm value. The results of this study indicate that Debt Policy has a positive effect on Firm’s Value, Dividend Policy does not effect on Firm Value, Profitability does not have a positive effect on Firm’s Value, Sales Growth does not effect on Firm’s Value, Investment Opportunity Set does not effect on Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not have a positive effect on Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Debt Policy with Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Dividend Policy with Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Profitability with Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Sales Growth with Firm’s Value, Firm Size does not strengthen the realtionship between Investment Opportunity Set with Firm’s Value.</em></p>

The company has a specific goal by increasing the prosperity of its owners and shareholders through increasing company value. This study aims to determine the effect of capital structure (DER), firm size (total assets) and profitability (ROA) on firm value (PBV). The object of this study is the food and beverage sub-sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) 2015-2019. This study used a purposive sampling method with several specified criteria, and a sample size of 12 companies, and obtained for five years from the annual financial reports, so that a total of 60 company samples. The type of data used in this study is secondary data, where the data obtained from a ready-made form, has been collected and has been processed by other parties in the form of a sample of company annual financial statements. To determine the effect of independent variables on dependent variables, the analysis method used is descriptive statistical test, classical assumptions, multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing, t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination using the SPSS program. The results of this study indicate that capital structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value, firm size has a positive and significant effect on firm value, and profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital structure, firm size, and firm growth on firm value in the food and beverages industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016-2020 period. This study uses quantitative research with sampling using purposive sampling method, which is a method of selecting samples with certain predetermined criteria. So that in this study, 51 data were obtained from 13 companies that met the criteria. The data analysis technique used is panel data analysis. The results of the study found that partially capital structure had a significant negative effect on firm value, firm size had a significant positive effect on firm value, and firm growth had no positive effect on firm value. This research is about the value of property and real estate companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013 to 2016. The purpose is to analyze Profitability and Good Corporate Governance in mediating the influence of Capital Structure and Corporate Growth on company value. Methods of data analysis using multiple regression and test to test the hypothesis sobel. Population in this research is property and real estate company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013 until 2016. Samples in this research selected through purposive sampling, so that obtained by sample as many as 80 companies. The result shows that capital structure has a significant negative effect on profitability, company growth has a significant positive effect on profitability. Capital structure has a significant positive effect on Good Corporate Governance, Corporate Growth has negative effect is not significant to Good Corporate Governance. Capital structure has a significant positive effect on firm value, company growth has negative effect not significant to firm value. Profitability has a significant positive effect on corporate value and Good Corporate Governance negatively influence not significant to company value. Profitability mediates negatively the influence of capital structure on firm value and positively positive significant growth of the firm against firm value. Good Corporate Governance does not mediate the influence of capital structure and firm growth on firm value

Firm value is one  of the criteria used by investors in making decisions to invest in a company where Firm value is often associated with share prices. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of Capital Structure (DER), Liquidity (QR), Profitability (ROA), Dividends (DPR), and Firm Size (Total Assets) on the Firm Value. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with secondary data, the selection of research samples using purposive sampling techniques, and testing methods with multiple linear regression analysis method. The population in this research were 167 manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during the period 2016 – 2019. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that simultaneously the Capital Structure (DER), Liquidity (QR), Profitability (ROA), Dividend (DPR), and Firm Size (total assets) have a simultaneous and positive effect. While partially, only Dividend (DPR) has a positive effect on Firm Value, while Profitability (ROA) have a negative effect on Firm Value; Capital Structure (DER), Liquidity (QR) and Firm Size (Total Assets) have no effect and is insignificant on Firm Value. ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the factors that influence firm value with capital structure as a intervening variable in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019.This research is a causal research with ex post facto type. The population in this study were all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sampling technique is purposive sampling, which is collecting samples with certain criteria as a benchmark for collection, so that a sample of 141 companies is obtained. Data collection techniques with the method of documentation that is analyzing the company's annual report. Data analysis techniques used to answer the research hypothesis are multiple regression which are operated through the SPSS program.The research shows that profitability and firm size has no effect on firm value, Profitability has a negative effect on capital structure, firm size has a positive effect on capital structure,capital structure has a negative effect on firm value, and capital structure has no proven to mediate the effect of profitability and firm size to firm value.
