With this exploration directs to explore the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Total Asset Turnover (TATO) on Return on Equity (ROE) to Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR) and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in the Basic Industrial and Chemical sector which was listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) 2015-2019. The population in this exploration amounted to 78 companies and the sample used was 13 companies. The method used in this research is an analysis of multiple linear regression and classical assumption test. The results showed that simultaneously CR, DER, TATO had sig effect on ROE. But, partially CR, DER had no significant effect on ROE, while TATO had sig affect ROE. Partially ROE had a negative sig effect on DPR and Corporate Social Responsibility. The result of coefficient determination with an Adjusted R 2 was 38.8% means the change of ROE had 38.8% can be explained by CR, DER, and TATO meanwhile 61.2% can be explained by the other variables outside from this study. For another analyst, it is suggested to attach other variables as reference material for further research.

This research was conducted to know and analysis the effect of Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TAT) and Firm Size (FS) on Return on Equity (ROE) in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 -2018. The study was conducted using multiple linear regression methods.The results of research say that simultaneously Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Asset Turnover (TAT) and Firm Size (FS) have a significant effect on Return on Equity (ROE. The test results show that Partially Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) and Firm Size (FS) have a positive and significant effect on Return on Equity (ROE). While Total Asset Turnover (TAT) has a positive and significant effect on Return on Equity (ROE). On the other hypothesis testing, Current Ratio (CR) has no significant effect on Return on Equity (ROE).

 This study aimed to analyze the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure of financial performance in the mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The mining company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 as many as 34 companies. However, by using purposive sampling method then selected 10 companies that serve as the research sample. Financial performance as the dependent variable that is measured by Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) Return on Assets (ROA), and Earning per Share (EPS). With this type of associative research, seen the effect of CSR on DER, ROA  and EPS. Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) is an independent variable, measured by the index of CSR in all aspects of CSR. Testing is done with descriptive statistics, classical assumption test and simple linear regression. The results of this study illustrate that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility does not show positive and significant impact on Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Return On Assets (ROA), and the but positive and significant effect on the Earning per Share (EPS), the mining company listed on the Stock Securities Indonesia Year 2012-2014.Keywords: DER, EPS,CSR disclosures, ROA.

Do Good Corporate Governance and Corporate Social Responsibility Influence Profitability of LQ45 Listed Companies. This study aims to examine the influence of good corporate governance and corporate social responsibility on profitability of LQ45 listed companies in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data analyzed were secondary data in the form of annual reports and sustainability report. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results of this research indicate: (1) Good corporate governance (GCG) has a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies; (2) Corporate social responsibility (CSR) does not have a significant effect on profitability of LQ45 listed companies. This research provides empirical evidence that implementation of GCG could influence profitability, while the implementation of CSR does not influence profitability. <span class="fontstyle0">The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of corporate social responsibility on corporate performance. Samples were taken as much as 252 which consists of 84 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2010- 2012. The variables used in this study are (ROE (return on equity), CSR (corporate social responsibility), CAR (Cumulative abnormal returns. DER (debt to equity ratio), SG (Sales growth), Beta, EU (Unexpected earnings ) as control variables.The results Showed that CSR does not have a significant influence on Return On Equity (ROE) as a measurement of financial performance and the company's cumulative abnormal return (CAR) as a performance measurement of the company's market. In the future studies are advised to conduct research with other variables in addition to Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) which may affect the company's financial performance and corporate markets</span><span class="fontstyle2">.</span>

This research aims to determine whether the financial performance as measured by Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ration and Return on Assets and institutional ownership have a significant effect on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. This research used corporate social disclosure index (CSDI) as an indicator of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure by using the Global Reporting Initaatives (GRI). Research method used is descriptive and verification method. Population in this research was categorized as high-profile companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 totaling 189 companies. The sampling technique used was random sampling technique with iteration. The result was a company that became the research sample as many as 46 companies. The data used in this study was a secondary data obtained through the study of the documentation to get a company's annual report data form samples, idx statistics and Indonesian Capital Market Directory (ICMD) in 2012. Data analysis used multiple regressions. Classical assumption test used before regression of that includes normality test, heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity and autocorrelation. It also examined the hypothesis with the t-test and F-test to examine the influence of independent variables to the dependent variable. The result of data anlaysis indicated that Debt to Equity Ratio and Current Assets were partially no significant effect on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. Return on Assets and Institutional Ownership partially significant effect on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). And Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Assets, Return On Assset and Institutional Ownership simultaneously significant effected on the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah kinerja keuangan yang diukur dengan Debt to Equity Ratio, Current Ration and Return on Assets dan institutional ownership berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility. Penelitian ini menggunakan corporate social disclosure index (CSDI) sebagai indikator pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility dengan menggunakan Global Reporting Initiatives (GRI). Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif dan verifikatif. Populasi dalam penelitian ini dikategorikan sebagai perusahaan high-profile yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia pada tahun 2012 sebanyak 189 perusahaan. Teknik sampling yang digunakan adalah teknik pengambilan sampel acak dengan iterasi. Hasilnya adalah perusahaan-perusahaan yang menjadi sampel penelitian adalah sebanyak 46 perusahaan. Data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui dokumen laporan tahunan perusahaan public di IDX statistik dan Direktori Pasar Modal Indonesia (ICMD) tahun 2012. Analisis data yang digunakan regresi berganda. Uji asumsi klasik yang digunakan sebelum regresi yang meliputi uji normalitas, heteroskedastisitas, multikolinearitas dan autokorelasi. Selain itu juga meneliti hipotesis dengan t-test dan F-test untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen terhadap variabel dependen. Hasil data anlaysis menunjukkan bahwa Debt to Equity Ratio dan Aktiva Lancar secara parsial tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility. Return on Assets dan Kepemilikan Institusional secara parsial berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). Selain itu Debt to Equity Ratio, Aktiva Lancar, Return on Assset dan Kepemilikan Institusional secara bersamaan signifikan berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).

This study aims to determine the effect of likuidity, solvency, activity, profitability and market with Current Ratio (CR), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), Total Assets Turnover (TATO), Return on Equity (ROE), and Earnings per Share(EPS), as indicators, of the pharmaceutical company listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2012-2016 to stock price. The type of research is explanatory survey verification and research technique used is inferential statistic. In addition the analytical method used in this research is regression analysis of panel data, namely, t test, F test, and classical assumption of normality, multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity and autocorrelation tests with E-Views 9. The results showed that in partial EPS significantly effects stock price, while CR, ROE, DER, and TATO had not significantly effect the stock price. Adjusted R square value was 0,5040 which showed that CR, DER, TATO, ROE, and EPS influenced the dependent variable by 50,40%, while the remaining 49,6% was influenced by other variables. It can be conluded that in sub sector pharmaceutical, investors were more concerned about the companys EPS instead of other variables. On the other hand, investors simultaneously concerned the CR, DER, TATO, ROE, and EPS in their investment decision and also other variables which were not included in this research.Keywords: Current Ratio, Debt to Equity Ratio, Total Assets Turnover, Return on Equity, Earning Per Share, Stock Price

<p class="Default">This study aims to find out and analyze how the effect of disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility and Debt Equity Ratio on the profitability of mining companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2012-2017. The population in this study were 41 mining companies while the study sample was 12 mining companies with a total of 72 observations selected by purposive sampling. Financial report data and annual reports are obtained from the Indo-Exchange File (IDX). The data analysis technique uses technical linear multiple regression. In this study the disclosure variables of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) were measured using the Corporate Social Responsibility Disclusure Index (CSRDI), the variable Debtto Equiy Ratio measured by the ratio of the proportion of debt to equity, and Profitability measured using Return On Assets (ROA). The results of the study show that the financial disclosure of financially has a positive and significant effect on profitability. While partially DebttoEquiyRatio (DER) has a negative and significant effect on Profitability. Simultaneously, CSR and DER disclosures had a positive and significant effect on Profitability with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 32.3% while the effect of 67.7% was influenced by other variables.</p><p class="Default"><strong><br /></strong></p><p class="Default"><strong>Keywords:</strong> Profitability, Corporate Social Responsibility, Debt Equity Ratio.</p>

The purpose of this research is to analyze the factors affecting on dividend policy of non financial company that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2011 until 2013. This research use return on equity (ROE), current ratio (CR), debt to equity ratio (DER), sales growth (SG), investment opportunity set (IOS), size of firm (SIZE), and total asset turnover (TATO). The data are collected from 99 non financial company listed at Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and the observation period are three years. Sampling method used is purposive sampling and data analysis with multiple linear regression. Empirical evidence shows that, sales growth has influence to dividend policy and return on equity, current ratio, debt to equity ratio, investment, size firm, and total asset turnover have not influence to dividend policy.

This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of current ratio, total asset turnover, debt to equity ratio and return on equity on the value of stock of textile and garment companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2012 to 2019. This research uses annual data for the observation period from 2012 to 2019. The population is textile and garment companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2012 to 2019 and up to 19 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling, found a sample of 7 companies with 8 years observation so that the total observation obtained was 56. The model used is the Common Effect Model. The results of the analysis show that the total asset turnover have a significant negative effect and return on equity have a significant positive effect, while the current ratio and debt to equity ratio have no significant effect on stock returns of textile and garment companies in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period of 2012 to 2019.

ABSTRACT Many factors that influence Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure from a company.Therefore, the purpose of this research is to know about the influence of profitability ratios, company size ratios, and leverage ratios to CSR reports on mining companies and manufacturing companies of basic and chemical industry sectors listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2016 period. This research is a quantitative research that uses 56 companies listed in BEI in 2016 as purposively selected samples. The results of the study found that financial ratios of profitability proxied with Net Profit Margin (NPM)and leverage proxied on Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) partially did not affect the disclosure of CSR. While company size has effect on CSR disclosure. ABSTRAK Banyak faktor yang memengaruhi pengungkapan Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) dari suatu perusahaan. Oleh karena itu, tujuan penelitian tentang analisis rasio keuangan dan laporan CSR perusahaan go public di Indonesia adalah untuk mengetahui tentang pengaruh rasio profitabilitas, rasio ukuran perusahaan, dan rasio leverageterhadap laporan CSR pada perusahaan pertambangan dan perusahaan manufaktur sektor industri dasar dan kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif yang menggunakan 56 perusahaan yang terdaftar di BEI pada tahun2016 sebagai sampel yang terpilih secara purposive.Hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa rasio keuangan profitabilitas yang diproksikan dengan Net Profit Margin (NPM)dan leverage yang diproksikan pada Debt to Equity Ratio (DER) secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkapan CSR.
