<em>Analysis of Liquidity Ratios and Profitability Ratios in Ogan Komering Ulu District Water Supply Company. The formulation of the problem in this study is how liquidity ratios and profitability ratios in Ogan Komering Ulu Regional Water Supply Company? The purpose of this study was to determine the liquidity ratios and profitability ratios in the Regional Water Supply Company of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency.</em><em></em><p><em>Data analysis techniques used in research using qualitative and quantitative analysis with descriptive methods. The type of data used are primary data and secondary data. From the results of the analysis of the calculation of the level of liquidity of the Regional Water Supply Company of Ogan Komering Ulu Regency during 2014-2017, the average value of the quick ratio was 903.5%, current ratio 1,008.75% and cash ratio of 58.75%. This shows that the company is in good condition because it has exceeded industry standards where the company is able to fulfill its short-term obligations. And the level of profitability over the past four years, namely 2014-2017, is not in a good condition because the calculation of net profit margin, return on investment, and return on equity has a negative value, this is because the company always loses and has not been able to manage the source of funds owned efficient and effective.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><strong><em>:</em></strong><strong><em> </em></strong><em>Analysis of financial ratios, liquidity, profitability</em></p>

<p>This study aims to determine whether the problem loans (LAR) affect the Return on Investment (ROI) UPK Bunga Tanjung on the Loans without Slums City Program (KOTAKU) in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja District. The method used in this research is descriptive method. By using qualitative and quantitative data analysis techniques. The results obtained by the ratio of problem loans (LAR) UPK Bunga Tanjung in the Revolving Loans of the City without Slums Program (KOTAKU) in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja Subdistrict always increase with an average ratio of 15.53%. While the Return On Investment (ROI) ratio always decreases with an average ratio of 10.15%. Non-performing loans (LAR) greatly affect the level of Return On Investment (ROI) in revolving loans UPK Bunga Tanjung Without Slum City Program (KOTAKU) in Tanjung Baru Village, East Baturaja District in 2014-2018. A small level of non-performing loans will benefit the UPK and conversely a high level of problem loans will reduce the profitability of the UPK.</p><p> </p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong> Non-performing Loans (LAR), Return On Investment (ROI), Slumless City Program (KOTAKU).</p>

<p>Kebijakan penetapan harga diduga mempengaruhi tingkat loyalitas pelanggan jasa pengiriman Kantor Pos Purwokerto. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dalam rangka untuk mengetahui penilaian pelanggan terhadap penetapan harga yang ditetapkan Kantor Pos Purwokerto dan mengetahui pengaruh penetapan harga  terhadap loyalitas pelanggan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif yang secara deskriptif dengan ukuran populasi sebanyak 30 responden, sedangkan analisis menggunakan analisis regresi linier sederhana, teknik pengumpulan data digunakan untuk menyebarkan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa penilaian pelanggan terhadap penetapan harga yaitu pada kategori baik dan penetapan harga berpengaruh dengan loyalitas pelanggan sebesar 83%.</p><p><strong>Kata Kunci <em>: Pricing Strategy, Customer Loyalty </em>Kantor Pos Purwokerto</strong></p>

<p><em>This research was conducted to determine the effect of self-efficacy on employee performance at the Secretariat of the Regional General Election Commission (RGEC) of East Luwu Regency. This research is quantitative descriptive with data collection methods through observation, interviews, questionnaires and documentation. The number of respondents in this research were 28 employees. The tools of data analysis in this research is a simple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 20. From the results of the t test analysis shows the value of t count (4,233)  &gt; t table (1,706)</em> <em> </em><em>and the significance value of 0,000 &lt; 0.05, so it can be concluded that Self Efficacy has a positive and significant effect on performance employee at the Secretariat of Regional General Election Commission (RGEC) of East Luwu Regency. The higher of self efficacy that is owned by an employee, then the more performance will increase.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: Self Efficacy, Employee Performance</em></p>

<p class="Default"><em>The purpose of the research is specifically to obtain the results of the analysis of the influence of training variables, placement, expert group performance on the capacity building of DPRD partially or simultaneously. The research method uses descriptive and verification surveys, field data collection using questionnaire, interview and documentation techniques. This research is associative research, where in this study there are variables that are related and can affect other variables. The study population was 85 employees at the OKI DPRD Secretariat, taken as a sample of 71 employees. Processing data using SPSS 23 analysis tools.</em><em> </em><em>Testing the data using the t test, that training affects capacity building with t count 5.009&gt; t table 1.993, there is an influence of placement on capacity building, with 3,883&gt; t table 1,993, performance affects capacity building with t count of 2,149&gt; t table 1,993 and training, placement and performance affect capacity building with F count 10,980&gt; F table 2,683</em><em>. </em><em>The red thread of research is that Expert Group Training, Expert group Placement, Expert group performance has a positive and significant effect on the capacity building of Ogan Komering Ilir District DPRD both partially and simultaneously. <p><em>This research is aimed at finding out about the characteristics  and level of the students’ satisfaction with the academic service performance at the Indonesian National School of Economics (Sekolah Tinggi Ilmu Ekonomi Nasional Indonesia  (STIENI]), Jakarta. This research has applied the methods of surveying and of quata sampling to 100 respondents. The analytical data has used descriptive analysis, the Method of Important Performance Analysis (MIPA), and the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). The results hereof indicate the respondents’ characteristics that the majority, 70%, of the STIENI students are female. As to their age, the majority, 80%, are &gt; 25 years.  The semester/ grade in this research is the third (3rd),  being 40% in number. The study program, 70%, is management. Concerning the students’ status, 75% of them are employees’ class. As to the frequency of visits, the majority of STIENI students are &gt;3 times or 70% relative to lecturing needs. The students’ level of satisfaction with the academic service performance provided by the STIENI campus is 0.60 based on the criterion of being content. It means that the academic service performance of STIENI campus has lived up to the students’ expectations.</em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong><em>Keyword : </em></strong><em>Satisfaction level, Servis Performance, Academic, Students</em></p>

<p><em>As for the purpose, to obtain empirical evidence and find clarity phenomena and conclusions about The Effect  of Trust and E-Service Quality to Buying Decision in Online Shop Shopee at Economy and Business Faculty University of Singaperbangsa Karawang. The study was conducted by using desciptive and verification methods, such as collecting, presenting, analyzing, and testing hypothesis, and made conclusions and suggestions. Sample were collected by using Stratified Random Sampling and Purposive sampling methods with a sample od 100 respondensfrom a population of 3.597 people. The data analysis technique was used Bar Scale Analysis technique and Path Analysis by using Method Succesive Interval, Microsoft Office Excel 2010, and SPSS. Based on the research result trust variable (X1) has a significant effect of buying decision (Y) with a percentage of 53,1%, which means that further increasing trust consumer will increase buying decisions to the product offered. E-service qualiy (X2) has a significant effect on buying decision (Y) with a persentage of 15,1%, which means that e-service quality effect the rentention of customers. There is a simultaneous effect of trust and e-service quality variables on buying decision by 68,2% and the remaining 31,8% is influenced by other variables not examined in this study.</em></p><p><em><br /></em></p><p><em></em><strong><em>Keywords: </em></strong><em>Trust, E-Service Quality, Buying Decision</em></p>

<p>Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Rumah Sakit yang berada di Kota Lubuklinggau dan kabupaten Musi Rawas. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengalisis pengaruh Good Corporate Governance dalam meningkatkan   Kinerja Rumah Sakit  di Kota Lubuklinggau dan Kabupaten Musi Rawas dengan Pendekatan Balanced Scorecard Variabel dependen dalam penelitian ini adalah Kinerja berbasis balanced scorecard (Y). Variabel bebas dalam penelitian ini adalah prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance yang terdiri dari 5 (lima) prinsip  yaitu <em>transparansi</em> (X<sub>1</sub>), <em>akuntabilitas</em> (X<sub>2</sub>), <em>responsibilitas </em>(X<sub>3</sub>), <em>independensi</em> (X<sub>4</sub>) dan kewajaran (X<sub>5</sub>).  Objek penelitian yaitu pada Rumah Sakit Umum Daerah ( RSUD) Sobirin dan Rumah sakit Siti Aisyah.Teknik analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini secara statistik mengunakan analisis regresi linier berganda dan analisis koefisien determinasi R<sup>2 </sup>(R Square) atau koefisien determinasi yang digunakan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar prosentase sumbangan pengaruh variabel independen secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel dependen. Uji  F digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen secara bersama-sama terhadap variabel dependen dan Uji t digunakan untuk menguji pengaruh variabel independen secara parsial terhadap variabel dependen.  Pengujian hipotesis dengan menggunakan regresi linear berganda melalui komputer program SPSS Versi 20. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, penerapan  prinsip-prinsip Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh positif  signifikan terhadap kinerja dengan pendekatan Balanced Scorecard pada Rumah Sakit Sobirin dan Rumah Sakit Siti Aisyah baik secara parsial maupun simultan.</p><em>Kata Kunci; Good Corporate Governance, Balanced Scorecard, Kinerja </em>

<p>Several factors are used to measure employee performance, namely employee internal factors and external factors that are following an employee's personal needs. One internal factor used to measure employee performance is one of the individual productivity factors and one of the external factors of employees who implement Total Quality Management (TQM) in the company where they work. This study aims to test the success and TQM on employee performance. The object of this research is in the Muhammadiyah Television company in Jakarta and Yogyakarta. Through examining the perception of 30 employees. The method of analysis uses multiple regression.</p><p>The results of this study explain that the Productive Behavior Variable has a significant effect on Employee Performance with a significance value of 0.041 less than the Alpha value of 0.05; thus, the first hypothesis accepted. TQM variable is significant on company performance with a significance value of 0,000 smaller than the Alpha value of 0.05. Therefore the second hypothesis is accepted. Hypothesis test results three explain together Productive behavior variables, and TQM significantly influences Employee Performance with a significance value of 0,000 smaller than the Alpha value of 0.05. Thus the null hypothesis is accepted.</p><p> </p><p><em>Keywords : Productive behavior, TQM, Performance.</em></p>

<p><em>This study is entitled Analysis of the Effects of Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence and Spiritual Intelligence on Employee Behavior with a Case Study: National Population Planning Board / BKKBN of Palembang City. Knowing the effect of intellectual, emotional and spiritual intelligence on employee behavior is the aim of this study. The research method used is multiple regression model. Data sources are primary data and secondary data. The research instrument uses a random sampling technique, with a population as well as a sample of 85 BKKBN Palembang City employees. The results showed that employee behavior is influenced by the three intelligences. This is evidenced by the results of the t test of each intelligence (spiritual: 2,465, emotional: 2,155 and spiritual: 8,267) and F test (31,065). While the test of the coefficient of determination (r2) of 0.535 or 53.5% and the remaining 46.5% is influenced by other factors not included in this study, such as rewards, compensation and others. The correlation coefficient is 0.731. This means that these three intelligence variables affect employee behavior and have a strong direct relationship.</em></p><p><strong>Keywords:</strong><em> Intellectual Intelligence, Emotional Intelligence Spiritual Inteliigence,  Employee Behavior</em></p>
