Career maturity is a condition that needed to choice the program in higher level study. Henceforth, the low level of career maturity in senior high school student has to be solved with the comprehensive intervention as soon as possible. The purpose of this research is to know the effectivity of Reach Your Dreams Training and career counseling for improving career maturity in senior high school student. This research used Solomon Six Group Design. Subjects of this research are 42 senior high school students with average level of career maturity who are divided into two groups given Reach Your Dreams Training, two groups given career counseling, and two control groups. According to the result, the conclusion of this research is Reach Your Dreams Training and Counseling Career can improve career maturity level in senior high school students effectively. It is caused by the effect of Reach Your Dreams Training and career counseling, and not caused by the effect of pretest.

The title of this research is the Dikmas role through dikyasa units in suppressing the number of traffic violations by high school students in the Police Law Rembang. This study aims to the extent of the role played by Dikyasa Unit Police Traffic Unit in providing Dikmas Then Especially to students. This study uses the concept and theory as a knife analysis, which uses the concept of optimization, Dikmaslantas concept, the concept of prevention, the concept of traffic violations, the concept of students, operant conditioning theory, management theory, communication theory, and the theory of social control. With the conclusion of the implementation of Dikmas then still not optimal due to the persistence found the factors inhibiting the implementation of Dikmas So like; factors personnel, budgetary factors, factors of infrastructure, and the target location Dikmas factors that are difficult to reach. Therefore, all the inhibiting factors must be anticipated that the implementation of the activities can be carried out Dikmas necessarily optimal in reducing the number of traffic violations by high school students.Keywords: Dikmas; Traffic Violations; Dikyasa Unit; Senior High School Student.

It is reasonable that the traffic accident increased because of the massive motor vehicle accident. WHO recorded that the traffic accident was the third most enormous killer after tuberculosis and coronary heart disease. The majority of motorcyclist is teenager that causes the increase of traffic accident. This research was conducted to acknowledge the relation between the type of personality and the violation of motorcyclist toward the traffic accident occurred to senior high school student. This research was analytical observation using two stage random sampling method. The population of the research was all student in Sampang regency in 2017. It was involving 127 respondents. The variables applied were the type of personality and the violation of motorcyclist (including traffic sign and road markings). The data was analysed by Chi Square and suggested that (α = 0.05) the type of personality (p = 0.537; RR 1.457), and the violation of the motorcyclist (p = 1; RR 0.930) have no significant relation to the traffic accident among senior high school student. The conclusion of this research is there is no relationship between p ersonality type, violation by motorcycle with the incident of traffic accident. It is suggested to  high school students not to drive a motor vehicle if they do not have a driver’s license, in order to minimize the occurrence of  traffic accidents.

The study deals with the developing interactive media for senior high school students. The objective of this study is to find out how to develop interactive media for better speaking skill of senior high school students. The research was conducted by using Research and Development (R&D). The subject of this research was 2016/2017 students of the eleventh grade of Class XI IPA4 in SMAN 1 Batang Kuis. The number of the students was 30 students. The data of this study was collected by using need analysis questionnaire and experts’ judgment. Need analysis questionnaire was calculated by using percentage to get the information of students’ need before developing interactive media. Experts’ judgment was calculated by using likert data, mean and criteria interval of expert judgment to know the validity of interactive media which has been developed. After the data analyzed, it was found that the experts’ judgment result was 4.80 which had a very good criteria interval. The result of the research find that interactive media is a very good to be used in teaching speaking skill.
