Education system of India is influenced by the development of computing. In today’s fast era education pattern, learning style is completely changed due to changes in the technology. Today we are focusing on paper less education system which is fast, effective and less time consuming. In this era the focus is goes more on concepts not only on concepts. Cloud computing technology has completely changed the world over the last decade. Not only have more In this paper we discuss the changes due to cloud infrastructure and consider the use of data decentralization to provide better, fast and effective content management system for e-learning. New architecture for education system easily connecting people and devices with learning management system. The purpose of paper is to give a cloud based e-learning environment for the new generation. This paper also discusses the architecture of the cloud based system, advantages of cloud based system and future aspects of new system. Provide cloud based e-learning system to reduce the cost, can be more effective, easier to update and modify and provide security to the end user by stopping unauthorized user access. Architecture of cloud based e-learning system needs fast and reliable internet services. With the help of cloud based learning users can easily access the information very fast and by the ease mode. By this proposed architecture various services are provided to user and on demand. As cloud is a very booming technology so by moving traditional web based learning on cloud environment, it becomes a great combination.

Currently, e-learning is becoming an option as it can save the cost of education, time, and more flexible in its implementation. The main problem that arises is how to create e-learning content that is interesting and really fit the needs of the users. One way that can be done to optimize the content of e-learning is to analyze the user behavior. This study aims to analyze user (student) behavior in KALAM UMP, based on logs report (activity history), which is often called as behavioral tracking. First, the learning style of the students is determined based on Honey and Mumford Learning Styles Model by using Learning Styles Questionnaire. The analysis is done using SPSS 16.0 for Windows. The results shows that student with Reflector and Theorist learning styles access e-learning materials the most. From Spearman Correlation analysis, the relationship between learning styles and students’ behavior in e-learning is found to be very weak (rs=.276, p=.000), but statistically significant (p<0.05). In other words, students’ learning styles and behavior in e-learning have significant impacts on the improvement or degradation of students’ performance. Therefore, from the results of this study, an adaptive KALAM e-learning system which can suits the learning styles of UMP students is proposed. In adaptive e-learning system, students can access learning materials that match the students' learning needs and preferences.

With considerable improvement in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) field, many areas of our lives have been affected, including the learning environmentE-learning is one such inventions and is linked to the use of electronic methods to support the E-learning process, which has become increasingly popular and has become a strong trend due to the enormous benefits it offers to learning environments. However, E-learning systems and its management require huge investments in information technology, and many educational institutions don't have enough budget to afford the cost, therefore cloud computing is the finest solution. It provides an effective mechanism which can allow of building a new mode of E-learning system. This paper, discusses the features of the E-learning system, describes the strategy of Cloud computing, and analyzes the impact of using Cloud Computing in E-learning.

The article presents the experience of mass organization of distance learning in organizations of secondary general and vocational education in March—May 2020 in connection with the difficult epidemiological situation in Russia. The possibilities of the 1C:Education system for organizing the educational process in a distance format, the peculiarities of organizing distance interaction in schools and colleges are considered, the results of using the system are summarized, examples of the successful use of the system in specific educational organizations are given. Based on the questionnaire survey of users, a number of capabilities of the 1C:Education system have been identified, which are essential for the full-fledged transfer of the educational process from full-time to distance learning. The nature and frequency of the use of electronic educational resources in various general education subjects in schools and colleges are analyzed, the importance of the presence in the distance learning system not only of a digital library of ready-made educational materials, but also of tools for creating author’s content is assessed. On the basis of an impersonal analysis of user actions in the system, a number of problems were identified that teachers and students faced in the process of an emergency transition to distance learning.

The increasing of energy cost and also environmental concern on green computing gaining more and more attention. Power and energy are a primary concern in the design and implementing green computing. Green is of the main step to make the computing world friendly with the environment. In this paper, an analysis on the comparison of green computer with other computing in E-learning environment had been done. The results show that green computing is friendly and less energy consuming. Therefore, this paper provide some suggestions in overcoming one of main challenging problems in environment problems which need to convert normally computing into green computing. In this paper also, we try to find out some specific area which consumes energy as compared to green computing in E –learning centre in Malaysia. The simulation results show that more than 30% of energy reduction by using green computing.
