Structural equation modeling (SEM), especially partial least squares path modeling (PLS-PM) has become a mainstream method in many fields of research. In the last years it has been increasingly disseminated in a variety of disciplines. The researchers have been promoting this new statistical methods for the evaluation of policies. Generally, policy evaluation applies evaluation principles and methods to examine the content, implementation or impact of a policy. To better understand and characterize this trend, a bibliometric study of international papers on this subject has been developed in order to describe the use of SEM and PLS-PM approaches in the policy evaluation in the almost last 20 years. A total of 450 articles from 2000 to 2020 have been selected and analyzed in order to discover the research trends in this field and the main dimensions and words related to the terms “decision making” and “SEM-PLS” approach, that are most commonly employed in the scientific literature. The research has been conducted in theWeb of Science from ISI Web of Knowledge database and Scopus database, with the aim of identifying the major themes, authors, areas, types of the sources, titles, years of publication and countries of these publications, as well as the main themes related to the two topic analyzed

The study analyses research output of Anna University (Tamil Nadu) using Scopus database during the period 1988 to 2017 (30 years). Further predominance was given for Type of Source, Chronological growth, Subject wise contribution, Document type preferred, Collaborated Country, Collaborated Institutions, Contributed Journal, Highly contributed author, Keywords Preferred and Language of the paper.A total of 23,883 records have been identified and the same has been analyzed using bibliometric study. There has been steady growth of publications and 50% of articles appeared during the last five years between 2013 and 2017. The publications were doubled once in seven years. The average publication per year works out to 795 papers and nearly 78% of contributions were from Engineering; Computer Science; Materials Science, Physics and Astronomy. Around 17 Countries collaborated and contributed to more than 101 papers. The top three journals which have more publications were, “International Journal of Applied Engineering Research”; “European Journal of Scientific Research” and “Journal of Crystal Growth”.

Innovation is recognize as a matter of survival and success to firms and technological capabilities can lead to an innovative behavior by using technological resources and competences. The literature about technological capability and innovation is vast, counting on several approaches and a large number of researchers involved within. Based on this, our aim is to use a bibliometrics approach to map out the authors, institutions, journals and the evolution of the publication as well, to provide the path needed to build a theoretical framework about the theme. We held this research on the Scopus database using a standard search protocol to perform the selection of the sample. Our results indicates an emerging field of study and a large number papers and citations concentrated in few journals. Most cited authors are related to seminal works on the subject and most cited papers are ones from late 90’s and early 2000.

Purpose The purpose of this paper is to spotlight the research output in the field of grey literature (GL) during the 13-year period between 2007 and 2019 as reflected in the Scopus database. Design/methodology/approach This study has used Scopus, an abstract and citation database of peer-reviewed literature, to collect data for the specified 13-year period. The sources, which had “grey literature” in their titles, were considered for the study and the period was from 2007 to 2019. The downloaded results were analysed using specific parameters. The SPSS and Excel have been used for analysing the retrieved data. The VOSviewer has been used for visualizing the network. Findings Scopus indexes different kinds of documents such as articles, books, chapters, conference papers, editorial, erratum, letters, notes, reviews and short surveys. There were 345 publications, which received 309 citations. GL-Conference Series: Conference Proceedings published the most number of articles. The majority 51.9 per cent of the articles were published in collaboration with authors from European countries. The term “grey literature” occurred most commonly as author keyword and index term. Originality/value The present study highlights how the area of GL has evolved during the 13-year period. The findings of the study pave the way for more detailed exploration of GL, which has relevance for the researchers.

This article aims to examine the state-of-the-art or the latest developments and achievements in the field of crowdfunding in the context of entrepreneurial finance (CF-EF). For this reason, systematic mapping studies (SMS) and bibliometric studies in the Scopus database are used. The SMS output shows that 69 documents met the inclusion criteria, the start of publication recorded in 2013 and the dominant author from Europe in the Q1 journal. Articles focusing on equity-based crowdfunding (CF) studies as well as articles in the category evaluation paper dominate the document. Furthermore, the bibliometric study output with co-authorship analysis on VOSviewer application shows that the cohesiveness of the authors in publishing CF-EF was reached starting in 2018 and 8 groups of authors' collaboration were identified. Author's collaboration until early 2020 generally exploits equity-based CFs. While donation-based CF, credit-based CF and dedicated-based CF need further exploration. Although relying on one database, this study has revealed a CF-EF map that can be an initial reference for further research to advance CF-EF. Kolaborasi penulis sampai awal 2020 umumnya mengeksploitasi tentang equity-based CF. Sementara donation-based CF, credit-based CF dan dedicated-based CF perlu eksplorasi lebih lanjut. Walaupun mengandalkan satu basis data, penelitian ini telah mengungkap peta CF-EF yang dapat menjadi rujukan awal penelitian selanjutnya untuk memajukan CF-EF.
