<p><em>This study aims to determine the effect of variables on work motivation, competence, work environment, compensation for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and the performance of life insurance officers in Batam City. The research sample was 260 respondents with multystage sampling method and designed purposive sampling. Data were collected using a questionnaire with a Likert scale and then analyzed by Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS program version 21. The results of the analysis prove that work motivation has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB; work motivation has a significant effect on employee performance; Competence has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); Competence has a significant effect on employee performance; The work environment has a significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); The work environment has no significant effect on employee performance; Compensation has no significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); employee performance; Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has a significant effect on the performance of life insurance employees in Batam city. Effect of intervening Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) variables: el What Motivation, Competence, Work Environment and Compensation if through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) will actually weaken the performance of life insurance employees in the city of Batam.</em></p><p> </p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh variabel motivasi kerja, kompetensi, lingkungan kerja, kompensasi terhadap <em>Organizational Citizenship Behavior</em> (OCB) dan kinerja petugas asuransi jiwa di Kota Batam. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 260 responden dengan metode multystage samplingdan didesain purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dengan skala likert dan kemudian dianalisis dengan <em>Structural Equation Modeling</em> (SEM) melalui program AMOS versi 21. <p><em>The significance of life insurance products is not dependent on technological sophistication and the equipment used, but rather on the service of its Human Resources-based officers, therefore this research wants to see the strength of human resources in marketing the products and their impact on the performance of life insurance employees in the Province Riau Islands, so the purpose of this research is to know the influence of the power of human resources which variables in particular are work motivation, competence, work environment, compensation for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) and performance of life insurance officer in Riau Islands Province. The sample of this research is 206 respondents with multystage sampling method and purposive sampling design. Data were collected using questionnaire with Likert scale and then analyzed with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) through AMOS version 21 program. The result of analysis proved that the competence and work environment had no significant effect on the performance, and the competence also had no significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Significant effects in this study were: Work motivation for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work environment for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), compensation for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB), work motivation on performance, compensation for performance, and organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) on performance.</em></p>

The current Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in many hospitals in the world experiencing difficulties both in terms of management and infrastructure in providing services because the number of patients has increased in a short time. The human aspect has a significant role in hospitals, with the characteristics of various ages, education levels, position levels, and length of work. Menteng Mitra Afia General Hospital (MMA GH) is one of 144 hospitals in Jakarta that accepts COVID-19 patients and has had significant changes in terms of service and management. In this study, the authors succeeded in analyzing the influence of work motivation, work environment, and job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) and their impact on employee performance at MMA GH during the COVID 19 pandemic. Sampling method with a total sampling of 121 respondents from the population of employees who returned the questionnaire. The technical data analysis technique uses the Structural Equation Modeling, where the data processing uses the Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0 program. From the results of data analysis, it was found that work motivation has the most significant loading factor in its influence on OCB and employee performance, followed by Job Satisfaction and Work Environment. The conclusions that can be drawn from the results of data analysis and discussion are as follows: (1) Work Motivation has an effect on OCB (2) Work Environment has no effect on OCB (3) Job Satisfaction has an effect on OCB (4) Work motivation has an effect on Employee Performance (5) OCB has an effect on Employee Performance (6) Job Satisfaction has an effect on Employee Performance at MMA GH.

Organizational culture as the values, principles, traditions and ways of working shared by members of the organization and affect the way they act. Organizational commitment has an important role of employee performance. The commitment can be realized if the individual in the organization, running their rights and obligations according to their duties and functions and functions within the organization, because the achievement of organizational goals is the work of all members of the organization that are collective Vipraprastha, Sudja,  & Yuesti (2018). Respondents in this study are Civil Servants (PNS) at least have been working for 2 years. The number of respondents in this study were 86 respondents using Nonprobability technique that is saturated samples or often called total sampling. This research uses SMARTPLS 3 Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis. The results of this study indicate that: 1) organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 2) Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) has positive and significant impact on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB); 3) Organizational Citizenship Behavior employee, 4) organizational culture has a positive effect on the performance of employees, either partially or through Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB), 5) Organizational commitment has no effect on employee performance.

Usaha yang dilakukan Pemerintah Kota Tangerang membenahi akuntanbilitas dan transparansi penyelenggaraan pemerintahan cukup berhasil. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis faktor-faktor motivasi pelayanan publik, perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior yang berpengaruh terhadap peningkatan kinerja organisasi publik di Kota Tangerang. Kecenderungan motivasi pelayanan publik, perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior diduga dapat mendorong peningkatan kinerja organisasi. Dalam rangka menganalisis faktor-faktor tersebut, maka dikembangkanlah model penelitian yang dibentuk dari telaah pustaka. Model ini memiliki tiga hipotesis dengan empat variabel: motivasi pelayanan publik, perceived organizational support dan organizational citizenship behavior dan kinerja organisasi. Analisis data terhadap 115 individu yang telah berstatus pegawai tetap pada institusi publik.di Kota Tangerang dilakukan dengan menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) sebagai alat analisis menggunakan program LISREL 8.8. Pada akhirnya, penelitian ini juga diharapkan dapat menghubungkan hasil penelitian dengan implikasi teoritis dan implikasi kebijakan manajemen Pemerintah Kota Tangerang.Kata Kunci : Motivasi Pelayanan Publik , Perceived Organizational Support, Organizational Citizenship Behavior, Kinerja Organisasi

The objectives of this study is to analyze the factors affecting Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) Nonacademic Employees in Private Universities in South Sumatra. The research design used in the study is explanatory design which explains the causal relationship among variables and scoring all indicators for each variables. The study location is in South Sumatra Province while the research objects are 13 Private Universities with 200 nonacademic employees as respondents. This dissertation used primary data from questionnaire filled out by the respondents. The sample selection used simple random sampling. The method of research used descriptive statistics using SPSS and Structural Equation Modeling (SEM). The descriptive analysis shows that the level of OCB, Work Satisfaction, Transformation Leadership, Work Motivation, and Organization Culture are at a positive level. The results of relationship among variables stated that the Transformational Leadership has no significant impact on OCB, Work Motivation has significant impact on OCB, Organization Climate has significant impact on OCB, Work Motivation has significant impact on Work Satisfaction, Organization Climate has significant impact on Work Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership has significant impact on Work Satisfaction, Transformational Leadership has no significant impact on Work Motivation, Organization Climate has significant impact on Work Motivation, and Work Satisfaction has significant impact on OCB.

In this study we explored the role of organizational justice as a mediator between conscientiousness and organizational citizenship behavior. Longitudinal data were collected from 241 doctors and nurses employed in 11 Chinese hospitals. Structural equation modeling analysis results showed that the participants' perceptions of organizational justice significantly mediated the relationships between conscientiousness and the 5 dimensions of organizational citizenship behavior.

This research aimed to analyze the mediating role of organizational commitment on the influence of leadership behavior and work environment towards organizational citizenship behavior. The research was conducted from October 2019 to April 2020 at AJB Bumiputera 1912 Headquarter. The populations in this research were 317 employees. There were 177 employees were taken as sample using Slovin’s formula with 5% error tolerance. Then, a quota sampling method was used in administering questionnaires to respondents. Data collected were analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling with the help of SmartPLS software version 3.2.8 for Windows. The results showed that leadership behavior had a slight positive, but not significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. However, work environment had a positive and significant influence on organizational citizenship behavior. Meanwhile, the organizational commitment had positively and significantly mediated the influences of both leadership behavior and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh employee engagemen terhadap kinerja karyawan, pengaruh komitmen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan, Peran organizational citizenship behavior pada pengaruh employee engagemen dan komitmen karyawan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah karyawan PT. IPA Abong Wonosobo.  Mengadopsi pendekatan metode kuantitatif, studi ini menggunakan purposive sampling dan data diperoleh dari kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan Partial Least Squares (PLS) Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dan analisis isi hasil menunjukkan bahwa employee engagemen dan komitmen karyawan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan (H1 dan H2 diterima). OCB memainkan pengaruh mediasi yang penting terhadap pengaruh employee engagemen terhadap kinerja karyawan (H3 diterima). Juga ditemukan OCB tidak mampu menjadi variabel mediasi terhadap pengaruh komitmen karyawan  terhadap kinerja karyawan (H4 ditolak).

This study aims to analyze the role of organizational citizenship behavior in explaining the influence of organizational support and work environment on employee work performance at the Grand Asia Hotel Makassar. The sampling method used is non-probability sampling that is 77 respondents. The analysis used in hypothesis testing is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the help of WarpPLS Software version, 6.0. The results of this study indicate that organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, work environment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational citizenship behavior, organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance, the work environment has a positive and not significant effect on employee work performance, organizational support has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior, work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee work performance mediated by organizational citizenship behavior. In this study organizational citizenship behavior is proven to be a mediating variable.

Industri Kecil dan Menengah memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan penyerapan tenaga kerja di sektor industri. Pembinaan dan pendampingan kelompok usaha ini merupakan bagian penting dari Kementerian Perindustrian, termasuk keterlibatan Pejabat Fungsional Penyuluh Industri (PFPP). PFPP, adalah pejabat fungsional yang bertugas melakukan penyuluhan terhadap industri khususnya industri kecil dan menengah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) PFPP dilihat dari sikap kewirausahaan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen organisasi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Sampel penelitian ini adalah 191 responden PFPP yang tersebar di seluruh wilayah yang dipilih dengan menggunakan simple random sampling. Data yang terkumpul dianalisis menggunakan perangkat lunak SEM (Structural Equation Modeling) PLS yang sebelumnya telah diuji dengan model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif dan signifikan sikap kewirausahaan terhadap komitmen dan OCB. Ditemukan juga pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan, sikap kewirausahaan, budaya organisasi dan komitmen terhadap OCB, serta pengaruh budaya organisasi terhadap OCB melalui komitmen. Sedangkan pengaruh sikap kewirausahaan terhadap OCB melalui komitmen ditemukan berhubungan negatif. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sikap kewirausahaan tidak mendukung OCB melalui komitmen. Penelitian selanjutnya diharapkan memiliki beberapa variabel yang lebih luas, dengan tetap memperhatikan sikap kewirausahaan sebagai variabel bebas.
