This research aims to illustrate how the processes/procedures and obstacles in the implementation of tax sanctions in KPP Pratama Pamekasan. The research method used is a case study approach. One key informant with two supporting informants, then the information was analyzed using the Miles and Huberman model consisting of data reduction, data presentation, conclusion drawing, and verification. The result of this research was first, the application of tax sanctions in KPP Pratama Pamekasan only applied to the taxpayer who is active status. Secondly, the socialization of tax sanctions conducted by KPP Pratama Pamekasan through the delivery of chain messages and also through social media has not been conveyed properly to the taxpayers. Thirdly, the barriers experienced by KPP Pratama Pamekasan in applying tax sanctions are the ignorance of taxpayers on the application of the tax sanctions themselves.

His study aims to describe the implementation of the decorative reliefs of the Borobudur temple flora on the batik motifs of PGSD FKIP UAD students. The research method that will be used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and document review. Data analysis techniques that will be used in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study were the implementation of various relief batik motifs through the reliefs of the flora of the Borobudur temple on the work of PGSD UAD students. The motifs that appear in the decorative motifs made by students are geometric and non-gemetric batik motifs combined with flora reliefs in the form of frangipani trees, lotus trees, banana trees and lotus trees. Student works are in the form of 2-dimensional works with the identification of elements of straight, curved, zigzag and irregular lines, geometric expressions, organic expressions, multi-angled faces, and irregular shapes. and tertiary, playing dark and light, applying the principles of composition work. <p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The study aimed to describe the school principal's leadership to improve teacher’s performance at SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor. It used qualitative research method with case study approach. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and document. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and verification.The results showed that the school principal's leadership to improve teacher’s performance at SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor met the excellent category as educator, manager, administrator, leader, and motivator.As a supervisor and innovator, the principal was in the sufficient category. Principal improved teacher’s performance through lesson plans, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. The obstacles faced by school principal were: (1) the teachers lacked of discipline, (2) the teachers used conventional learning methods and materials,</em><em>and </em><em>(3) the teachers lacked of motivation. The efforts to overcome the obstacles were: (1) being a good role model, (2) providing training,</em><em>and </em><em>(3) giving reward. It concludes that the principal's leadership to improve teacher’s performance at SD Negeri 4 Kalibagormeets good category.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: leadership, school principal, teache</em><em>r’s</em><em> performance<strong></strong></em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis data kualitatif meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor dilaksanakan dengan kategori sangat baik sebagai <em>educator</em>, manajer, administrator, <em>leader</em>, dan motivator sedangkan sebagai supervisor dan inovator kepala sekolah masuk kategori cukup. Kepala sekolah  meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah: (1) kurangnya disiplin; (2) guru menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran konvensional; (3) kurangnya motivasi. Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala: (1) menjadi teladan yang baik; (2) memberikan pelatihan; (3) memberikan penghargaan. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor dalam kategori baik.</p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> <em>kepemimpinan, kepala sekolah, kinerja guru </em>

Online media currently has a target audience among millennials. This is because online media uses a number of platforms or portals like social media which are widely used by millennials, such as Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, and others. Online media upload a number of content and articles every day. This research is to determine the online.com media editorial strategy in attracting the interest of the millennial generation. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach and interviews. The results of this study indicate that the strategy of Okezone.com online media to attract the millennial generation's greatest interest is the use of social media and using a number of features that have been provided from social media. The use of social media is very interesting and gets a lot of attention from the millennial generation and is considered effective. The Okezone.com method is considered effective and appropriate in the use of social media as a forum or a way to attract this interest. In addition, one of the very interesting advantages of online media is the speed with which information circulates on the internet, so that readers or audiences can quickly find out what phenomena or information is currently viral or taking place and only use the help of an internet connection.Media online saat ini memiliki target pembaca di kalangan milenial. Hal ini karena media online menggunakan sejumlah wadah atau portal layaknya media sosial yang banyak digunakan oleh milenial, seperti Instagram, Youtube, Facebook, dan lain-lain. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi dari media online Okezone.com untuk menarik minat generasi milenial salah satu yang terbesarnya adalah dengan penggunaan media sosial dan menggunakan sejumlah fitur yang sudah disediakan dari media sosial tersebut. Pengguanaan media sosial sangat menarik dan mendapatkan banyak perhatian dari generasi milenial dan dianggap efektif. Cara Okezone.com dinilai efektif dan tepat dalam penggunaan media sosial sebagai wadah atau cara menarik minat tersebut. Selain itu, salah satu keunggulan yang sangat menarik pada media online adalah cepatnya informasi yang beredar di jejaring internet, sehingga para pembaca atau audience dengan cepat dapat mengetahui fenomena atau apa kejadian dan informasi yang sedang viral atau berlangsung dan hanya menggunakan bantuan dari koneksi internet.

This study aims to analyse and understand the importance of anti-radicalism education provided to millennial generation students in East Kalimantan. This study uses a qualitative case study approach. The researcher tries to reveal the reality of the meaning in the anti-radicalism education field at three universities in East Kalimantan, including IAIN Samarinda, STIT Balikpapan, and STAI Sangatta East Kutai. The researcher conducted interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain information about the themes studied. Data analysis was carried out circularly, starting with data presentation, data reduction, and concluding. The results show that anti-radicalism education is very much needed in East Kalimantan. Considering that the area has good potential resources, the community is very heterogeneous. The area is used as a hiding place for terrorists, and the anti-radicalism education aims to neutralise the ideas of radicalism that continue to grow.

Covid-19 pandemic have an impact on Indonesia tourism.  This happen because government decided to ban all flights mid-February. Belitung is one of 34 provinces affected by Covid-19. Belitung Government had closed the airport for one month. The hotel was forced to close because there were no tourists / visitors. After reopening on 15 June 2020 all hotels starts to operate. This purpose of this research was to determine the promotion strategy of Swissbel Resort Belitung as one of the hospitality service industries in Belitung to increasing visitors through social media Instagram in the new normal era. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with a case study approach. Interview, observation and documentation are technique to collect data for this research. This research shows that Swissbel Resort Belitung used free and paid Instagram features as a tool for promotion in the new normal era. Swissbel Resort Belitung uploads photos and videos to promote products and services they offer, they also used captions to provide information about the new normal program run by Swissbel Resort Belitung, used several Instagram features to interact with consumers and potential consumers. Swissbel Resort Belitung also used other Instagram features such as hashtags, geotags, insight and an Instagram for business account as their strategic to promote their products and services.Kondisi pandemi Covid-19 memberikan dampak bagi pariwisata Indonesia. Hal ini sejalan dengan adanya larangan penerbangan antar negara yang mulai diberlakukan pada pertengahan Februari lalu. Belitung merupakan salah satu dari 34 provinsi yang terdampak Covid-19. Pemerintah Kabupaten Belitung sempat menutup bandara selama satu bulan. Hotel terpaksa tutup karena tidak ada wisatawan/pengunjung. Setelah dibuka kembali pada 15 Juni 2020  hotel kembali beroperasi. Penelitian ini mengangkat persoalan mengenai strategi promosi Swissbel Resort Belitung sebagai salah satu industri jasa perhotelan di Belitung dalam meningkatkan pengunjung melalui sosial media Instagram di era new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Studi kasus dilakukan pada Swissbel Resort Belitung. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan teknik wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Swissbel Resort Belitung menggunakan fitur Instagram yang gratis maupun berbayar sebagai alat untuk promosi di era new normal. Swissbel Resort Belitung mengunggah foto maupun video untuk mempromosikan produk dan jasa yang ditawarkan. Swissbel Resort Belitung juga menggunakan caption untuk memberikan informasi mengenai program new normal yang dijalankan oleh Swissbel Resort Belitung. Tak hanya itu, Swissbel Resort Belitung menggunakan beberapa fitur Instagram untuk berinteraksi dengan konsumen serta calon konsumen dan menggunakan fitur Instagram lainnya seperti hashtag, geotag, insight serta akun Instagram for bussines sebagai strategi dalam mempromosikan produk dan jasa mereka.

The purpose of this study was to analyze intercultural communication between Japanese and Indonesian employees at PT. Tokyu Land Indonesia. This research was also to analyze barriers which occurred in intercultural communication between them, and how to overcome these barriers. The method used in this study was a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data collection was carried out by using an in-depth interview with 3 Japanese and 3 Indonesian employees, observation, and relevant previous research articles, and research-related documents. This research used the intercultural communication model of William B. Gudykunst and Young Yun Kim, intercultural communication concepts from Edward T. Hall, such as proxemics (the concept of distance), chronemics (the concept of time), high context and low context communication, individualism and collectivism, stereotypes. The results of the study showed that intercultural communication between Japanese and Indonesian employees at PT. Tokyu Land Indonesia is relatively good. Obstacles that occurred in intercultural communication are due to problems of differences and understanding of language, habits, respect for time (Japanese monochronic while Indonesia is polychronic), and the existence of stereotypes from each nation. To overcome these obstacles, they have to learn more about Japanese culture for Indonesian employees, and Indonesian culture for Japanese employees, openness to confirm understanding of the message delivered, mutual respect, and forgiveness each other if a misunderstanding occurs.

PurposeThe purpose of this study is to clarify business-to-business (B2B) firms’ strategies of social media marketing communication. The study aims to explore the factors contributing to the formation and adoption of integration strategies and identify who the B2B firms target.Design/methodology/approachA multiple case study approach is used to compare four multinational corporations and their practices. Face-to-face interviews with key managers, and extensive readings and observations of the firms’ websites and social media platforms have been conducted.FindingsThe study results in a model, illustrating different processes of selection, adoption and integration involved in the development of social media communication strategy for B2B firms. Major factors involved in determining the platform type, and strategies used within different phases and processes are identified.Research limitations/implicationsAs the chosen methodology may limit generalizability, further research is encouraged to test the model within a B2B context especially within small and medium enterprises as only large multinational corporations were investigated in this study.Practical implicationsThe paper provides insight into how B2B marketers can align social media with their firms’ goals through the strategic selection of platforms to reach the targeted audience and communicate their message.Originality/valueThe study uncovers the benefits gained by B2B firms’ through interaction with individuals on social media. This is a significant contribution as the value of such interaction was previously undefined and acted as a barrier for adopting social media in some B2B firms.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru meningkatkan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap korban bullying yang bersekolah di SD Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber penelitian ini adalah guru kelas SD Negeri Kecamatan Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi guru meningkatkan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap korban bullying SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes adalah sebagai berikut: memotivasi, menasehati, bimbingan secara kelompok dan individu, melakukan tindakan pengawasan, memberi peringatan dan hukuman, menjadi tokoh teladan atau panutan, kerjasama dengan orangtua, kerja kelompok, memberikan penghargaan, memasang slogan dan tata tertib di kelas. Kata Kunci: kepedulian, peserta didik, strategi guru ABSTRACT The study aims to find out how the strategy of teacher to improve the careness of learness about bullying victims in the 4th grade SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes. This type of this research is qualitative research with case study approach. The source of this research is the teacher of 4th grade Elementary School Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency, in the 2016/2017 school year. Technique of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study indicate that the teacher’s strategy to improve students’ careness of the 4th grade bullying victims SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes as follows: motivating, counseling, grup and individual guidance, taking surveillance, giving warning and punishment, beaing a role model, working withparents, groups, rewarding, show of slogans and order in the classroom. This study aims to describe: (1) implementation of a learning model center in the development of expressive language of early childhood, and (2) The  factors that influence the development of early childhood expressive language in the center learning model. The method used is qualitative research with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out using: (1) Field observations to observe all activities carried out in TK Negeri 01 Tenggarong, (2) Methods of interviews conducted by teachers, students and principals of TK Negeri 01 Tenggarong, (3) Method of documentation, as supporting to obtain data in the field, and from the documentation / recording results are transcribed and grouped and then analyzed using a flow model, which starts with (a) data reduction, (b) data presentation, (c) conclusions. The results showed that: (1) the center learning model was instrumental in developing children's expressive language intelligence, because children can learn to communicate with other people in various ways, children are also able to express feelings, ideas with appropriate word choices when communicating (2) factors that influence the development of expressive language of early childhood in the center learning model are: health factors, intelligence factors, family socioeconomic status, gender, and family relationships.
