<p><strong><em>Abstract</em></strong></p><p><em>The study aimed to describe the school principal's leadership to improve teacher’s performance at SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor. It used qualitative research method with case study approach. Data collection techniques were observation, interview, and document. Data analysis included data reduction, data presentation, and verification.The results showed that the school principal's leadership to improve teacher’s performance at SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor met the excellent category as educator, manager, administrator, leader, and motivator.As a supervisor and innovator, the principal was in the sufficient category. Principal improved teacher’s performance through lesson plans, learning implementation, and learning evaluation. The obstacles faced by school principal were: (1) the teachers lacked of discipline, (2) the teachers used conventional learning methods and materials,</em><em>and </em><em>(3) the teachers lacked of motivation. The efforts to overcome the obstacles were: (1) being a good role model, (2) providing training,</em><em>and </em><em>(3) giving reward. It concludes that the principal's leadership to improve teacher’s performance at SD Negeri 4 Kalibagormeets good category.</em></p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: leadership, school principal, teache</em><em>r’s</em><em> performance<strong></strong></em></p><p><em> </em></p><p><strong>Abstrak</strong></p><p>Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Pengumpulan data dilaksanakan dengan teknik observasi, wawancara dan dokumen. Analisis data menggunakan model analisis data kualitatif meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor dilaksanakan dengan kategori sangat baik sebagai <em>educator</em>, manajer, administrator, <em>leader</em>, dan motivator sedangkan sebagai supervisor dan inovator kepala sekolah masuk kategori cukup. Kepala sekolah  meningkatkan kinerja guru melalui perencanaan pembelajaran, pelaksanaan pembelajaran, dan evaluasi pembelajaran. Kendala yang dihadapi kepala sekolah: (1) kurangnya disiplin; (2) guru menggunakan metode dan media pembelajaran konvensional; (3) kurangnya motivasi. Upaya untuk mengatasi kendala: (1) menjadi teladan yang baik; (2) memberikan pelatihan; (3) memberikan penghargaan. Kesimpulan hasil penelitian kepemimpinan kepala sekolah untuk meningkatkan kinerja guru di SD Negeri 4 Kalibagor dalam kategori baik.</p><strong>Kata kunci:</strong> <em>kepemimpinan, kepala sekolah, kinerja guru </em>

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana strategi guru meningkatkan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap korban bullying yang bersekolah di SD Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Sumber penelitian ini adalah guru kelas SD Negeri Kecamatan Bumiayu, Kabupaten Brebes Tahun Pelajaran 2016/2017. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa strategi guru meningkatkan kepedulian peserta didik terhadap korban bullying SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes adalah sebagai berikut: memotivasi, menasehati, bimbingan secara kelompok dan individu, melakukan tindakan pengawasan, memberi peringatan dan hukuman, menjadi tokoh teladan atau panutan, kerjasama dengan orangtua, kerja kelompok, memberikan penghargaan, memasang slogan dan tata tertib di kelas. Kata Kunci: kepedulian, peserta didik, strategi guru ABSTRACT The study aims to find out how the strategy of teacher to improve the careness of learness about bullying victims in the 4th grade SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes. This type of this research is qualitative research with case study approach. The source of this research is the teacher of 4th grade Elementary School Bumiayu District, Brebes Regency, in the 2016/2017 school year. Technique of data collection using interviews, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data presentation and verification. The results of the study indicate that the teacher’s strategy to improve students’ careness of the 4th grade bullying victims SD di Kecamatan Bumiayu Kabupaten Brebes as follows: motivating, counseling, grup and individual guidance, taking surveillance, giving warning and punishment, beaing a role model, working withparents, groups, rewarding, show of slogans and order in the classroom. His study aims to describe the implementation of the decorative reliefs of the Borobudur temple flora on the batik motifs of PGSD FKIP UAD students. The research method that will be used is qualitative with a case study approach. Data collection techniques were carried out by interview, observation, and document review. Data analysis techniques that will be used in the form of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study were the implementation of various relief batik motifs through the reliefs of the flora of the Borobudur temple on the work of PGSD UAD students. The motifs that appear in the decorative motifs made by students are geometric and non-gemetric batik motifs combined with flora reliefs in the form of frangipani trees, lotus trees, banana trees and lotus trees. Student works are in the form of 2-dimensional works with the identification of elements of straight, curved, zigzag and irregular lines, geometric expressions, organic expressions, multi-angled faces, and irregular shapes. and tertiary, playing dark and light, applying the principles of composition work. He created man in pairs, namely male and female to build a harmonious family. Humans, both male and female, carry out their duties according to the nature given by the creator. In terms of human social life, it is inseparable from the problems of life. One of the problems that usually exist in society is the problem of homosexuality. Society and lesbians separate their existence because society considers the irregularity of sexual desires and the lifestyle of lesbians. A person becomes a lesbian because of the wrong association by lesbians so that this deviation occurs. The purpose of this study was to determine the representation of lesbians in Bengkulu City. This representation is seen from the reality, representation, and ideology related to the background, behavior and views of the lesbians. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The results of this study (1) relate to the reality of informants becoming lesbians due to environmental factors, lack of family supervision so that they fall into lesbians. (2) related to the representation that lesbians admit that there are no special symbols that they use. (3) and finally related to the ideology, the informants realized that lesbian is a social deviation, wrong association.

Research on collection evaluation based on collection-centered methods aims to increase selector knowledge about collection and use so that it can measure success in developing and managing collections effectively. The location of the study was conducted at the IAIN Syekh Nurjati Library Center in Cirebon. The method used is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. Data obtained through observation, in-depth and unstructured interviews supported by triangulation by college librarians. Based on the results of the study it can be concluded that the results of the evaluation of the list checking process carried out by the IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon Library Center has been well marked by the process of mapping the strength of collections, using the checklist form, overcoming the existing collection gap to determine collection priorities based on checking by librarians. In planning collection procurement, librarians always involve the opinions of some lecturers as experts ( expert opinion) in determining relevant and up-to-date collections according to the curriculum in IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon. Collection at the IAIN Syekh Nurjati Cirebon Library Center has fulfilled three indicators of collection standards and continues to make efforts to perfect the collection in accordance with applicable standards.

This study aims: (1) to determine the morals of students in SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (2) to determine the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. (3) to find out the results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in building the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The purpose of this study was to determine the morals of students, the implementation of Islamic Personal Development and to find out the results of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. This study used a qualitative research method with a case study approach. This study used data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation study. The data used are primary data obtained directly from respondents regarding the implementation of Islamic Personal Development. Meanwhile, secondary data in the form of theories and other supporting data were obtained from literature and school archives documentation. All of these data are materials to describe the implementation of Islamic Personal Development (BPI) at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City. The results of this study indicate that: (1) The morals of the students at SD Inspiratif Al-Ilham, Banjar City are good enough. (2) Implementation of Islamic Personal Development in fostering the morals of students at Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City, namely through coaching which includes guidance by exemplary, guidance with habituation and guidance with advice (3) The results of the Islamic Personal Development (BPI) in fostering the morals of students at the Inspiratif Al-Ilham Elementary School, Banjar City are quite good, where students have been able to show behavior according to the existing indicators, including being able to carry out congregational prayers and prayers. sunnah dhuha and qiyamullail, reciting dhikr after every prayer and so on.

This article aims to reveal how peace education is delivered through history lessons at Jakarta Senior High Schools. The research method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a case study approach. The core informants in this study were history subject teachers at SMA Negeri 48 Jakarta and SMA S Cengkareng 1. Based on the results of the study, it was found that peace education in history learning was carried out by including the values ​​of peace or character, and morals related to peace, such as nationalism, tolerance, and peace-loving. Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengungkapkan bagaimana pendidikan perdamaian disampaikan melalui pembelajaran sejarah di SMA Jakarta. Metode penilitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus.  Informan inti dalam penelitian ini adalah guru mata pelajaran sejarah di SMA Negeri 48  Jakarta dan SMA S Cengkareng 1. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa pendidikan perdamaian dalam pembelajaran sejarah dilakukan dengan cara memasukkan nilai-nilai perdamaian atau karakter, dan moral yang berkaitan dengan perdamaian, seperti nasionalisme, toleransi, dan cinta damai.

This study aims to explain and describe the interaction of policy actors in the implementation of online learning. This study uses a qualitative research method with a descriptive case study approach. Data collection techniques in this study are through observation, documentation, and interviews. The instruments in this study were: a) the researcher himself, b) interview guidelines, c) supporting tools in the form of books, pens, and d) related documents. The results showed that actor interaction can occur if there is communication between implementing actors. Communication in the implementation of online learning can be seen in the accuracy or accuracy of communication and consistency of communication regarding online learning information from the principal to the teacher and finally to students and parents. Interaction between actors, namely principals, teachers, students, and parents in the implementation of online learning has not been carried out effectively. This is because the interaction between implementing actors is unresponsive to one party, namely students and parents. Apart from that, giving complicated and difficult assignments by the teacher, which makes it difficult for students and parents to understand, is also a factor in the existence of negligence or delay

Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang, a community that is active in social activities such as Islamic studies, training, talk shows, exhibitions of visual da'wah works, and so on. The phenomenon of preaching through visuals indicates that now graphic da'wah has received wide attention and is in demand by various circles of society. Then how is the behavior of the Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang preaching? What is the influence of preaching activities through graphics / visual communication? This study uses a qualitative research type with a case study approach with phenomenological data analysis techniques. The results showed that the preaching behavior of Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang in carrying out graphic da'wah can be seen in two phases, namely because-motive and motive-for (in-orderto-motive). The reasons that were found were: learning motive (learn). and the motive for sharing (share). Meanwhile, the influence of the delivery of da'wah through graphic media by the Muslim Designer Community Chapter Jombang covers three aspects, namely cognitive, affective and behavioral aspects.

Intellegence Quotient (IQ) and Emotional Quotient (EQ) are not considered as dominant factors in determining a person's success. Another factor that determines a person's success or failure is strong ability to the difficulty of life, this ability is called Adversity Quotient (AQ). Pesantren becomes an institution that strives to build the mental endurance of students with Adversity Quotient (AQ).. The research method used is qualitative research by using a case study approach. This research was conducted at Islamic boarding school of Nurul Jadid Paiton Probolinggo. The results of the study shows that there are efforts to build the mental endurance of santri such as of 1) zone transformation 2) time management 3) systemic organization 4) resolving multicultural conflict 5) unlimited creativity.

<p><strong>Abstract:</strong> This study aims to give information related to the implementation of scientific approach in thematic instruction integrated to Curriculum 2013 at Elementary School stage. Several aspects in the implementation of scientific approach are as follows: (1) planning the scientific lesson, (2) teaching and learning process, (3) evaluating, and (4) valuing the lesson using scientific approach in thematic instruction. This is a qualitative method research using case study approach. The data analysis used several instruments such as data reduction, data presentation, and verification. The result of this study showed that the implementation of scientific approach met several obstacles.</p><strong>Abstrak:</strong> Penulisan ini bertujuan untuk memberikan informasi tentang penerapan pendekatan scientific dalam pembelajaran tematik terpadu pada kurikulum 2013 di Sekolah Dasar. Pelaksanaan pendekatan <em>scientific,</em> yakni pada aspek-aspek (1) perencanaan pembelajaran <em>scientific</em>, (2) proses pembelajaran, (3) evaluasi, dan (4) kebermaknaan pembelajaran dengan pendekatan <em>scientific</em> dalam pembelajaran tematik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Data hasil penelitian ini diolah dengan reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan pembelajaran <em>scientific </em>terdapat beberapa kendala.
