The development of the times is always followed by technological developments, digital technology has brought a major influence on human life. One example is information and communication technology. Various types of cell phones with the sophistication they have have changed the way humans exchange information and communicate. Various features are available in cellular phones, one of which is the short message service feature or commonly known as SMS. Initially this feature was used to make it easier for humans to send and receive short messages. Over time the feature or short message service is used by criminals for personal gain. Crime in the digital world is called cybercrime. Therefore, the purposes of this study are to examine the legal arrangements for victims of sweepstakes fraud through short message services and reveal forms of legal protection for victims of fraud through short message services. This research is designed with normative legal research using a legal and conceptual approach. Sources of data used are primary and secondary legal data collected using the literature study method. After the research data is collected, the final stage is processing and analyzing the data in a qualitative descriptive manner. The results of the study reveal that the crimes committed by the perpetrators are criminal acts of fraud which have been regulated in article 378 of the Criminal Code and have also been accommodated in the ITE Law which is regulated in article 28 paragraph (1). Furthermore, the victim has legal protection as regulated in the ITE Law.

Tuberculosis (TB) is still a deadly infectious disease in the community. TB patient’s compliance in the consumption of Anti-TB drugs for 6 months, determine the recovery of TB patients. The outpatients TB is most likely to experience a drug dropout which can lead to Multi Drug Resistance Tuberculosis (MDR-TB), so that Supervisors Take Medication are needed to prevent the occurrence of MDR-TB. Ners-Short Message Service Intervention (N-SMSI) is one of the information systems that can developed to prevent the occurrence of MDR-TB. The purpose of writing this article is to describe and analyze the development of N-SMSI telenursing as an information system for conducting observations in the care of TB patients who can help TB patients achieve recovery in a way that effective and efficient. The method in writing this article is the study of literature using a variety of literature related to the application of N-SMSI especially in the prevention of MDR-TB. The results of the literature study show that N-SMSI can be utilized in monitoring patient compliance in consuming OAT, so that expectations cured patients is very large and the mortality rate in TB cases can be suppressed as much as possible. This literature recommends the application of N-SMSI in outpatient TB patients to facilitate activities monitoring by health workers in the prevention of MDR-TB.Keywords: MDR-TB, N-SMS, Telenursing, Tuberculosis

The Difference

Kebutuhan menggunakan listrik menjadi hal yang tidak dapat dipisahkan dari kehidupan manusia. Perusahaan penyedian listrik sampai saat ini memonitor penggunaan daya listrik pelanggan yang menggunakan kWh meter pascabayar dilakukan secara manual melalui tenaga kerja dalam pembacaan/pencatatan jumlah daya listrik terpakai. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan kesulitan bagi petugas dalam pembacaan/pencatatan karena jika pagar rumah terkunci saat ditinggal pergi oleh pelanggan, tentu akan menyebabkan besarnya konsumsi waktu. Berdasarkan permasalahan diatas, penulis telah membuat suatu alat yang dapat memonitor penggunaan daya listrik kWh meter menggunakan sensor potodioda dan SMS (Short Message Service) sebagai media komunikasi data untuk memudahkan pengambilan jumlah kWh terpakai. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan, alat yang dibuat dapat bekerja dengan baik dan memenuhi semua spesifikasi awal perancangan. Saat diuji secara keseluruhan, alat mampu mengubah tampilan kwh meter analog menjadi tampilan digital dan mengirimkan informasi data kWh terpakai melalui sms gateway. Pada pembacaan kWh meter kovensional dengan sms gateway terjadi selisih yaitu sebesar 0.0023%. Perbedaan tersebut terjadi karena ketelitian sms gateway lebih baik. Sedangkan selisih alat berdasarkan rumus adalah sebesar 0.04 %. Kata kunci: kWh Meter, Potodioda, SMS The need to use electricity becomes inseparable from human life. To date, electricity providers still monitor customr electric power usage using postpaid kWh meter manually through labor in the reading/recording of the amount of electric power used. This can cause difficulties for the officer in the reading/recording because if the fence is locked when the customer is not home, it will certainly cause the amount of time consumption. Thus, the authors have created a tool that can monitor the use of electric power kWh meters using sensor potodioda and SMS (Short Message Service) as a data communication media to facilitate the taking of the number of kWh used. The results of this study indicate, the tool is made to work well and meet all the initial design specifications. When tested in its entirety, the tool is able to convert the analog kWh meter display into a digital display and sends the kWh data used via the sms gateway. At the kWh meter reading kovensional with sms gateway happened difference that is equal to 0.0023%. The difference occurs because sms gateway accuracy is better. Oleh karena itu, unsur-unsur yang harus dipenuhi, yaitu sengaja, tanpa hak, mentransmisikan, objek Informasi Elektronik dan / atau dokumen elektronik yang mengandung ancaman kekerasan atau intimidasi yang ditujukan secara pribadi.

The development of information technology now has a significant impact on the development of business transactions in the trading system. One of the application of information technology is in the delivery of advertisements to potential consumers of goods and services through the media Short Message Service (SMS). The usage of SMS media is certainly very beneficial for telecommunications companies and business operators. However, not all the consumers of telecommunications companies feel comfortable with the short message containing the advertisement. In hence, this article analyzes consumer protection against advertising through SMS media at PT Telkomel in Makassar City. This article will also look at the advantages and disadvantages for consumers as a result of advertising through SMS media. The purpose of writing to determine the legal protection of consumers and the advantages and disadvantages for consumers against advertising on PT Telkomsel via SMS in the city of Makassar. The result of the study indicate that consumer protection protects consumers from the actions of business actors who in adversiting their products throught SMS have violated consumer rights which are cleary regulated concerning Consumer Protection, and know that the existens of advertisements through SMS in more harmful consumers especially in terms of consumer privacy.

Perkembangan yang sangat pesat terjadi pada bidang teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi saat ini mendorong masyarakta dunia memasuki era revolusi industri 4.0 yang serba cepat, sekaligus menjadikan informasi sentral dalam dunia industri maupun dunia usaha hingga dunia pendidikan. Akademi Teknik dan Keselamatan Penerbangan (ATKP) Medan merupakan institusi pendidikan di bawah naungan pemerintah yang sudah mulai menggunakan berbagai hal teknologi informasi dan telekomunikasi. Dengan adanya perkembangan tersebut berdampak memeberikan fasilitas yang dapat digunakan oleh pengguna layanan komunikasi, dan informasi, seperti Short Message Service (SMS) hingga sistem berbasis aplikasi menggunakan smartphone android maupun iOS. Layanan aplikasi sms hingga sistem aplikasi tersebut adalah teknologi yang memungkinkan manusia untuk mendapatkan atau mengirimkankan informasi kapanpun dan dimanapun dibutuhkan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat sistem aplikasi monitoring evaluasi pelaporan kegiatan taruna di ATKP medan berbasis web app. Dalam pembuatannya, aplikasi ini disesuaikan dengan kenutuhan user/orang tua taruna dan institusi ATKP secara umum. Sistem aplikasi ini akan memberikan kemudahan kepada orang tua taruna dalam memonitoring, kegiatan hingga prilaku taruna selama pendidikan di ATKP Medan serta kemudahan mengakses nilai dengan cepat. Sistem aplikasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman php (web).

Anemia merupakan salah satu penyebab terjadinya perdarahan dan bisa mengakibatkan kematian pada ibu hamil. Suplementasi besi merupakan program pemerintah dalam mengatasi anemia pada wanita hamil dan beberapa wanita hamil masih ada yang belum patuh dalam mengkonsumsi tablet besi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan sebuah metode yang bisa meningkatkan kepatuhan wanita hamil dalam mengonsumsi tablet besi yaitu dengan short message service (SMS) reminder. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi efektivitas SMS reminderterhadap kepatuhan konsumsi tablet besi pada ibu hamil di (unit pelayanan terpadu) UPT Puskesmas Cibuntu Kota Bandung. Rancangan penelitian quasi experimentaldengan desain posttest-only with control group designdengan teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan adalah purposive sampling. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dari bulan April–Mei tahun 2014 di Puskesmas X Kota Bandung. Sampel berjumlah 40 orang wanita hamil yang tidak patuh dalam mengonsumsi tablet besi yang dibagi menjadi 20 kelompok intervensi dan 20 kelompok kontrol. Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner dalam bentuk self report.Analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis deskriptif dan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan sebagian besar kelompok intervensi 17 orang (85%) patuh dan sebagian besar kelompok kontrol 16 orang (80%) tidak patuh. Hasil analisis dengan menggunakan chi squaredidapatkan p(0.000) dengan taraf signifikan <0.05 sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa SMS reminder efektif terhadap kepatuhan konsumsi tablet besi pada wanita hamil dan bisa dijadikan bahan pertimbangan bagi pihak Puskesmas untuk menjalin kerjasama dengan pihak provideratau mengajukan dana ke Dinas Kesehatan untuk mengaktifkan SMS reminderdi Puskesmas.Kata kunci: Kepatuhan, SMS reminder,tablet besi, wanita hamil AbstractAnemia is one of the leading causes of hemorrhage during pregnancy, and it can cause death to expectant mothers. Iron supplementation is a government program to overcome anemia among expectant mothers, and some of the expectant mothers still do not obediently consume iron tablets. Therefore, to increase the obedience of the expectant mothers on consuming the iron tablets, SMS reminder is the appropriate method needed. This research aims to identify the effectiveness of SMS reminder to the obedience of iron tablets consumption among expectant mothers at UPT Puskesmas Cibuntu , Bandung. The research employed quasi-experimental design with posttest-only control group design using purposive sampling technique. The research was held on April–May 2014 at UPT Puskesmas Cibuntu, Bandung. Forty expectant mothers consuming iron tablets disobediently divided into 20 intervention groups and 20 control groups were taken as the samples. Questionnaire in form of self report was used to obtain data. In addition, descriptive analysis and chi square test were applied to analyze the data. The result of the research showed that 17 persons (85%) of intervention groups were mostly obedient, and 16 persons (80%) of control groups were mostly disobedient. From the analysis using chi square, it was found the difference of the obedience of iron tablets consumption after SMS reminder (p=0.00) had been delivered with significant level <0.05. Based on the result of this research, SMS reminder had an effective impact toward the obedience of iron tablets consumption among the expectant mothers. The result will be a good consideration for Puskesmas to cooperate with provider or proposed some funds to Dinas Kesehatan to activate SMS reminder.Key words:Expectant mothers, obedience, SMS reminder, iron tablets

Kemajuan perkembangan teknologi komputer dan telekomunikasi dapat membantu menyelesaikan pekerjaan dengan cepat, akurat dan efisien. Alat komunikasi yang banyak digunakan pada saat ini adalah mobile phone atau disebut juga telepon seluler. Salah satu teknologi yang digunakan untuk berkomunikasi pada mobile phone adalah dengan mengirimkan data berupa pesan singkat atau SMS (Short Message Service). Permasalahan yang ditemukan dalam berkomunikasi menggunakan mobile phone adalah pencurian, penyadapan, atau penghapusan data khususnya data SMS (Short Message Service) sehingga aspek keamanan data dianggap penting. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan sistem kriptografi enkripsi dan dekripsi SMS, disini digunakan enkripsi simetris. Sistem ini merupakan aplikasi yang menerapkan metode zig zag cipher yang menggunakan kunci simtetris. Hasil pengujian dari sistem ini adalah pesan SMS dienkripsi dengan pola zig zag menggunakan kunci dan didekripsi menggunakan kunci yang sama dengan enkripsi.
