Then need to be adanya of pelatihan Gymnastics training is rhythmic to the ada education Personnel in lingkungan TheSchool environment. In the Skeletal pengembangan Model development and teknologi Learningtechnology. Then Teams Devotion Deliver Training rhythmic motion of Gymnastics . Includes a step foot motion technique that needs to be noticed by the participants, then participants follow and memorize and perform the movement repeatedly. Then the sculpte gives the technique of arm swing and the Pesesrta to perform repeatedly. And the last participant performs the movement in a rhythm. With a rhythmic gymnastics training the teachers become aware of the rhythmic gymnastics that is bungan by increasing the Kinestetian intelligence of early childhood.

This paper will discuss about the strategy of developing early childhood learning model. This discourse is very important to be studied in view of the development of dynamic times and curricula. Recent discoveries in the field of education require educators to innovate in producing superior educational products including early childhood education. To achieve the goal of science learning in early childhood optimally, the PAUD organizers should consider the model, approach and strategy that will be applied. And improve the process skills that must be owned by early childhood. The purpose of this research are; (1) develop fundamental movement based learning using water games for children 5-6 years and (2) obtain empirical data on the effectiveness of the results of model development fundamental movement based learning using water games for children aged 5-6 years. Subjects in this study were children aged 5-6 years in kindergarten. Place of research conducted in the city of Palembang. This study is the development of the Research and Development of Borg and Gall. Product results of the research is a fundamental movement guidebook using water games. Research shows that: (1) the development of fundamental movement based learning using water games for children aged 5-6 years have been declared invalid by a motor learning, physical activity experts and practitioners of early childhood education, (2) fundamental movement based learning using water games proved 85% can improve fundamental skills and helps to build a sense of confidence and courage.Keywords: fundamental movement, water games, children aged 5-6 years.

This paper is a field research which examines Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character on Early Childhood Education. This research is very interesting because the Multicultural Education is assessed on the basis of Indonesian character, while Indonesian must have character as Indonesian people. Furthermore, the Indonesian character needs to be applied early on, especially in early childhood education institutions. In addition, this research is the descriptive one with a qualitative approach. Data were obtained through interviews, observation and documentation. In this paper, there are three questions; first, how is the concept of Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character according to SALAM?, second, how are the basic principles of learning model development on Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character in SALAM?, third, how is the implementation of Multicultural Education based on the Indonesian Character in SALAM?. The objectives of this research are: first, to know the concept of Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character on early childhood in SALAM, second, to know the basic principles of learning model development on Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character on early childhood education in the school (SALAM), and third, to know the implementation of Multicultural Education based on Indonesian Character on early childhood in SALAM.Tulisan ini merupakan penelitian lapangan yang meneliti Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada Karakter Indonesia di Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini. Penelitian ini sangat menarik karena Pendidikan Multikultural dinilai atas dasar karakter Indonesia, sementara Indonesia harus memiliki karakter sebagai orang Indonesia. Selanjutnya, karakter Indonesia harus diterapkan sejak dini, terutama di lembaga pendidikan anak usia dini. Selain itu, penelitian ini adalah deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Data diperoleh melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Dalam tulisan ini, ada tiga pertanyaan; pertama, bagaimana konsep Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada  Karakter Indonesia menurut SALAM ?, kedua, bagaimana prinsip-prinsip dasar pembelajaran pengembangan model Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural  Karakter Indonesia di SALAM ?, ketiga, bagaimana pelaksanaan Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada Karakter Indonesia di SALAM ?. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: pertama, untuk mengetahui konsep Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada Karakter Indonesia pada anak usia dini di SALAM, kedua, untuk mengetahui prinsip-prinsip dasar pengembangan model pembelajaran di Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada Karakter Indonesia pada pendidikan anak usia dini di sekolah (SALAM), dan ketiga, untuk mengetahui pelaksanaan Pendidikan berbasis Multikultural pada Karakter Indonesia pada anak usia dini di SALAM.

ABSTRACT Early Childhood Education on in Indonesian called as Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD), is an education organization that focuses on the growth and development of morals and religion, physical, intelligence / cognitive, socio emotional, and also language and communication. Therefore, PAUD educators are expected to be able to develop knowledge and skills in preparing learning media. The rapid development of information technology today also requires PAUD educators to be able to utilize information technology in preparing learning media. This is very important to note because it will affect the level of achievement of the development of PAUD students. But in reality, there are still PAUD educators who have not utilized information technology in preparing cognitive learning media. Based on this, the community service carried out is to provide training for PAUD educators in making the learning media based on information technology. Community service is carried out for PAUD educators who are in the Cibeunying Kidul Subdistrict area of ​​Bandung. This training was attended by PAUD educators from 21 PAUD posts in the Cibeunying Kidul sub-district, Bandung. The material provided to trainees is PowerPoint, internet, and learning videos. The result of this training is to increase the ability of PAUD educators in utilizing information technology, especially in making cognitive learning media. So that it is expected to improve the quality of learning of PAUD students. Key words: learning media, Early Childhood Education, educator   ABSTRAK Pendidikan Anak Usia Dini (PAUD) merupakan penyelenggaraan pendidikan yang menitikberatkan pada pertumbuhan dan perkembangan terhadap moral dan agama,  fisik, kecerdasan/kognitif, sosio emosional, serta bahasa dan komunikasi. Oleh karena itu, tenaga pendidik PAUD diharapkan dapat melakukan pengembangan pengetahuan dan keterampilan dalam mempersiapkan media pembelajaran. Adanya  perkembangan teknologi informasi yang semakin pesat saat ini pun menuntut tenaga pendidik PAUD untuk dapat memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam mempersiapkan media pembelajaran. Hal ini sangatlah penting diperhatikan karena akan mempengaruhi tingkat pencapaian perkembangan peserta didik PAUD. Namun pada kenyataannya, saat ini masih dijumpai tenaga pendidik PAUD yang belum memanfaatkan teknologi informasi dalam mempersiapkan media pembelajaran yang sifatnya kognitf. Berdasarkan hal tersebut, maka pengabdian masyarakat yang dilaksanakan adalah memberikan  pelatihan bagi kader PAUD (tenaga pendidik PAUD) dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran berbasis teknologi informasi. Pengabdian masyarakat dilaksanakan bagi tenaga pendidik PAUD yang berada dalam wilayah Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul kota Bandung. Pelatihan ini diikuti oleh tenaga pendidik PAUD yang berasal dari 21 satuan PAUD di wilayah.Kecamatan Cibeunying Kidul kota Bandung. Materi yang diberikan kepada peserta pelatihan adalah PowerPoint, internet, dan video pembelajaran. Hasil dari pelaksanaan pelatihan ini  adalah meningkatnya kemampuan tenaga pendidik PAUD dalam memanfaatkan teknologi informasi khususnya dalam pembuatan media pembelajaran yang bersifat kognitif. Sehingga diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran peserta didik PAUD. Kata kunci: media pembelajaran, pendidikan anak usia dini, tenaga pendidik
