<div><em>Dmitry Dontsov’s communicative strategy is explored in the article, taking into account the national and philosophical ideas inherent to his thinking. Grounding on the material of the literary-critical essays of the publicist, it turns out that Dontsov’s communicative strategy according to the content is ethosophysical and holistic. It’s a national-existential phenomenon in the history of Ukrainian literary studies of the twentieth century. The communicative processes reflected in the essays «Crisis of our literature», «Our literary ghetto» are formed in a single communicative paradigm and include: the event, communicative situation, intonational tone, axiological author’s commentary and a special national-centric and hermeneutical way of representation of the situation.</em></div><p><em>The nationalist interpretation of the thinker is essentially national-philosophical (national), but at the same time it is literary with typical for this kind of experience, with the predominance of coherently-semantic level of cognition and evaluation over the formal-aesthetic. As a result of cognition happends the transcoding of an idea from the language of art into the language of philosophy in the search of the national-philosophical equivalent of a literary phenomenon. In most cases, this is based on two intentions: the search for protection and assertion of one’s own national identity, and the cultural and political realization of the national idea. At the same time, the aesthetic level of a literary phenomenon is evaluated. </em></p><p><em>The following characteristics of the literary-critical text are highlighted and substantiated: the text as a receptive expression that can be interpreted freely, conceptually transforms information, constructing new meanings through interesting dialogical models, rhetorical questions, pre-planned line of speech behavior, public speaking behavior, which is necessarily intended to avoid any one-sided narrative or ambiguity of perception, openness and comprehension.</em></p><p><strong><em>Key words:</em></strong> <em>communicative strategy, text, literary-critical discourse, communicative processes, national philosophy, hermeneutics.</em></p><p><strong> </strong></p>

The article analyzes the conflicting communication strategies of the participants of the election debates in Spain in 2019. The peculiarities of communicative interaction of Spanish politicians in the conditions of political agitation on the eve of the parliamentary elections are considered the main strategies of their interaction are singled out. The purpose of the analysis was to identify and characterize the main communication strategies used by Spanish politicians during the 2019 election campaign during a televised debate. The material of the study was a card index of text fragments of speeches by Spanish politicians A. Lastro, C. Alvarez, I. Monteros, G. Rufian, A. Esteban, and others. A total of 350 micro texts were analyzed, which allowed us to identify communicative conflict as the main type of interaction in the pre-election discourse. The article defines that communicative strategy in political discourse is a general direction of interaction of politicians, which directs language means in order to realize the intention – to influence the addressee. In the pre-election discourse of political debates, the main strategies are focusedon conflict interaction, within which strategies of discrediting and manipulation aresingled out. The strategy of discrediting involves reducing the communicative status of the opponent and is represented by tactics of accusation and insults. The main linguistic means of implementing the strategy of discrediting are stylistically reduced vocabulary and grammatical forms of dialogic nature. The strategy of manipulation is implemented through the tactics of interpretation, declaration and intimidation. At the linguistic level, manipulation involves the use of abstract vocabulary, precedent phenomena and expressive and evaluative means.

The research paper problematises the very idea of community Radio’ as ‘participatory communicative tool.’ It uses Michel Certeau’s concept of ‘Strategy’ to understand the very evolution of Community Media in India since the setting of communicative strategy by state body polity to ameliorate the socio-economic conditions of the society. This theoretical perspective posits ‘participatory communication’ as linear, hierarchic and sedentary which is self-aggregating and creates a community of spectacle. The paper focuses on the tripartite division of community in the mediatised realm. The first division exists in the relationship between ordinary life and a specialist (Mainly civil society and NGOs). The second division looks at community as a hoodwinked entity in the wake of proxy ownership (often by politicians, bureaucrats and Armed Forces) of CR stations.  The third division exists in the semantics of the programme production and its receptivity by the ‘community.’ Through different case studies Community Radio Stations, the paper argues that ‘strategy’ is self-referential and poses a serious threat to everyday practice of life. However, it recommends that strategy as a statist tool should be replaced with tactics (Opposition of Strategy) which is in contradistinction with the idea of strategy.
