Abstract The introduced models turn out to be the development of forces and resources allocation in municipal economy branches if a lot of interests appear in a competitive case. The models combine the reasonable level of adequacy with the practical application in solving the problems. The plans of labour force allocation can be complied on their basis.

Problem statement. Conflicts that arise in communication are created by the system and speech characteristics of the language means used. The study of the phenomenon of linguistic conflict trig-ger will allow us to distinguish between different types of conflicts, as well as to describe the types of language units and the features of their actualization that can provoke conflict interaction. Taking into account potentially conflict-triggering language phenomena will make it possible to implement a preventive speech strategy aimed at harmonizing communication. The purpose of this article is to identify and characterize the types of language units in speech that trigger conflicts (conflict triggers), to distinguish them from similar, but not identical units (inten-sifiers); to reveal the mechanisms of conflict interaction that arise when interpreting specific linguistic means and to identify the role of the verbal component in conflicts of different types. Methodology (materials and methods). The research material is a card catalogue of conflict in-teraction examples from literary texts and the media, jokes, Internet memes, and recordings of spoken speech. The main methods of analysis are the descriptive method, the method of semantic analysis, and the method of conceptual analysis. Research results. The analyzed examples show that only a linguistic means that has special sys-tem characteristics or contextual content that create a space of communicative tension and generates various types of conflict interaction (speech and psychological conflicts) can be classified as a linguis-tic conflict trigger. The typology of linguistic conflict triggers, based on the semantic and pragmatic aspects of the linguistic sign, includes three types: systemic, usual, and contextual conflict triggers.

This article analyzes the evolution of theoretical approaches of the representatives of foreign (European and US) public thought towards studying the problem of political peace and conflict interaction. The object of this research is the conflictogenic political relations as a form of historical development of the state and social institutions. The subject of this research is the steady development of socio-political and socio-philosophical theories related to political conflicts and social stability. Research methodology is based on the structural-functional and systemic analysis, comparative-historical and problematic-chronological methods, as well as other general scientific and special principles of historical cognition. The author comes to the conclusion that the representations of the political forms of social conflict interaction have deeply rooted causal links with different historical eras (Antiquity, Middle Ages, Renaissance, Modern Age, Contemporary History), and have made a long way from “naivety” and dogmatism to interdisciplinarity, from unconditional historicism to social systematicity in their conceptual approaches. The novelty of this article consists in comprehensive examination of the evolution of methodology for studying the conceptual-categorical space of political conflict through the prism of the historical development of mankind, thereby revealing the impact of conflictogenic nature of the political process upon the course of world history.

The history of mankind confirms: both harmony and conflict are characteristic of communication in society. This article is devoted to the problem of conflicts in education. Unfortunately, conflict interaction occurs in school life, therefore, teachers need to learn how to apply innovative technologies in resolving conflicts, focus on respecting the rights and freedoms of all participants in the educational process, and act in accordance with the interests of the parties. The article discusses the technology of mediation, which orients the participants in the interaction towards cooperation in the conflict with the help of a mediator. The implementation of mediation practice requires special training of teachers, the formation of completely new competencies and, first of all, conflict management, which should be developed within the framework of continuous pedagogical education, using interactive training technologies and role-playing games. The authors present the experience of implementing the advanced training program “successful strategies of behavior in conflict and the development of a teacher's resistance to conflict”.

The problem of conflict interaction between a group of pursuers and an evader in a finite-dimensional Euclidean space is considered. All participants have equal opportunities. The dynamics of all players are described by a system of differential equations with fractional derivatives in the form D(α)zi=azi+ui−v,ui,v∈V, where D(α)f is a Caputo derivative of order α of the function f. Additionally, it is assumed that in the process of the game the evader does not move out of a convex polyhedral cone. The set of admissible controls V is a strictly convex compact and a is a real number. The goal of the group of pursuers is to capture of the evader by no less than m different pursuers (the instants of capture may or may not coincide). The target sets are the origin. For such a conflict-controlled process, we derive conditions on its parameters and initial state, which are sufficient for the trajectories of the players to meet at a certain instant of time for any counteractions of the evader. The method of resolving functions is used to solve the problem, which is used in differential games of pursuit by a group of pursuers of one evader.

In the context of the modern stressful labor market, mobbing prevention in organizations becomes very relevant as bullying towards an employee from the staff, its certain persons, or a chief happens increasingly frequently. Conflict interaction affects the health and mental state of an object of bullying, creates a toxic working climate, and adversely affects financial indicators: labor efficiency goes down, employee turnover increases, and the staff becomes less consolidated. It is necessary to understand the prevention of this problem. The paper deals with identifying the peculiarities of mobbing in organizations and specifying the list of prompt preventive measures against bullying. Based on the results of contemporary studies, the author carried out a theoretical review and analysis of the mobbing process structure and identified the most sensitive professions. Using the proposed typologies of the mobbing process initiators (subjects), the paper presents the evident personal attributes of bullies and their stereotypic strategies in working teams. The author highlights factors raising a possibility that a person will be chosen as a mobbing object and the most common mobbing actions against such person. As a result of the study, the author created a list of preventive measures in an organization ensuring timely identification of the mobbing process and overcoming the bullying forms existing among the staff. The paper suggests the counteracting, preventing, correcting, and controlling measures, which, when timely carried out, will promote the solving of mobbing problems in organizations.
