Proses antrian merupakan suatu prosesyang berhubungan dengan kedatangan pelanggan pada suatu fasilitas pelayanan, menunggu dalam baris antrian apabila belum mendapat pelayanan, dan akhirnya meninggalkan fasilitas pelayanan tersebut sesudah mendapatkan pelayanan. Mengantri merupakan salah satu fenomena yang sering terjadi dalam kehidupan sehari-hari dan sering kita temui dalam fasilitas-fasilitas pelayanan umum. Tingginya arus kedatangan nasabah pada waktu-waktu tertentu mengakibatkan antrian yang panjang dan lama sehingga nasabah bosan menunggu. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada Pegadaian Syariah Kantor Cabang Langsa. Adapun tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk melihat rata-rata waktu pelayanan, untuk mengetahui kinerja sistem antrian, dan untuk menganalisis model antrian yang diterapkan. Model struktur antrian yang digunakan pada Pegadaian Syariah Kantor Cabang Langsa adalah Single Channel – Single Phase dan Single Channel – Multi Phase dengan karakteristik antrian First In First Out (FIFO). Untuk menentukan pemodelan antrian maka diperlukan data waktu kedatanagan dan waktu pelayanan pada Pegadaian Syariah Kantor Cabang Langsa. Pada hasil analisis, model yang diperoleh di Pegadaian Syariah Kantor Cabang Langsa adalah (M/G/1);(FIFO/∞/∞) dengan waktu terpanjang nasabah untuk menunggu dalam antrian (Wq) yaitu 5 Menit dan (M/G/2);(FIFO/∞/∞) waktu terpanjang nasabah untuk menunggu dalam antrian (Wq) yaitu 8 menit pada pelayanan pertama, 27 menit pada pelayanan kedua.

Queue is a situation that happen to people, goods, and components that need to wait to get a service. The good quality of service will satisfy the customers and decrease the queue line. Queue often happens in a station especially in weekdays. A long queue line happens in the station is one of the problems that need to be solved. Instead of manual ticket purchasing that served by the operator, today PT KAI Commuter Line also serve ticket purchasing using THB machine. The purpose of this study is to compare the performance of queuing model that happen in Bogor station locket and to determine if the queuing model is efficient by comparing the service standard, between the manual and the one that used THB machine. The method used in this research was descriptive method by using queuing theory calculation. The model of locket queuing using THB machine in Bogor Station is Multi Channel-Multi Phase, in ticket purchasing using THB machine. Besides, in the operator locket service, the queuing model is Single Channel-Single Phase. Both s ticket purchasing service use First In First Out (FIFO) disciple. The maximum amount of the queue line and the source of customers’ arrival are infinite. Based on the value of system performance can be concluded that queuing system and the service given already great and effective (based on the performance measure and probability or passengers’’ chances), passengers who are waiting to buy tickets, either manual or using machine less than 1, or assumed 1 person. From the observation, the use of THB machine decrease the queue line, but need to be socialized because passengers does not know how to use THB machine to buy ticket independently.Keywords: queue, queuing model, commuter line ticket purchasing, Bogor station

Queue is the density or the number of customer waiting. However, the density of customers will also lead to the loss of potential customers. In this study, the aim of this research is to determine the queuing discipline applied by Mc Donald’s Galuh Mas Karawang and the characteristics of the queues needed to wait for the queue. Based on these problems, this study used is single channel-single phase model, where there is only one path for its service. The results showed that the queuing discipline used is First In First Out (FIFO) and the characteristics of the queue include average of 3 people queuing in the system, average queuing in the queue is 2 people, waiting time in system is 5.53 minutes, time expected by customers to wait in the queue is 4.183 minutes, with a server busy rate is 75,60% and a server unemployment rate is 24,40%.

Sistem reservasi merupakan sistem untuk mengetahui informasi pelayanan jasa tertentu. Sistem reservasi service gadget ini bertujuan untuk memudahkan konsumen dalam melakukan pendaftaran atau reservasi karena dilakukan secara online, sehingga para konsumen tidak perlu menunggu untuk mengikuti antrian yang panjang saat reservasi manual. Oleh karena itu aplikasi ini dibuat dan diperlukan sebagai solusi dari masalah seperti antrian panjang saat reservasi secara komputasi berbasis website. Penerapan metode yang dilakukan dalam pembuatan sistem aplikasi service gadget ini, yaitu metode Antrian First In First Out  yang menerapkan Single Channel-Single Phase. Pada aplikasi ini Konsumen melakukan reservasi antrian service pada halaman reservasi order service, setelah data terkirim selanjutnya akan diproses oleh sistem untuk di verifikasi. Setelah itu sistem akan menampilkan halaman bukti reservasi untuk dicetak oleh konsumen sebagai bukti sudah melakukan reservasi. Pengujian yang dilakukan melakukan perbandingan pada web browser seperti Microsoft Edge membutuhkan waktu 53 detik untuk melakukan reservasi dengan menjalankan aplikasi reservasi service gadget, sedangkan pengujian pada Mozilla Firefox 54 detik dan Google Chrome 58 detik. Selain itu dalam penggunaan memori (RAM) Microsoft Edge memakai 168,4KB, sedangkan pengujian pada Mozilla Firefox 212,6KB dan Google Chrome 274,0KB.

The process of work hardening in aluminum alloys is important from the viewpoint of formability and the prediction of the properties of highly deformed products. However the complexity of the strengthening mechanisms in these materials means that one must carefully consider the interaction of dislocations with the detailed elements of the microstructure and the related influence of the elements on dislocation accumulation and dynamic recovery. In addition, it is necessary to consider the influence of the work hardening process at various levels of plastic strain. This permits the possibility of designing microstructure for tailored plastic response, e.g. not simply designed for yield strength but also considering uniform elongation, spring-back, ductility etc. This presentation will explore the concept of identifying the various interactions which govern the evolution of the work hardening and their possible role in alloy design.

Background: CTA spot sign is a predictor of intracerebral hemorrhage (ICH) expansion. This sign can fluctuate in appearance, volume, and timing. Multiphase CTA (mCTA) can identify spot sign through 3 time-resolved images. We sought to identify a novel predictor of follow up total hematoma expansion using mCTA. Methods: This cohort study included patients with ICH between 2012-2019. Quantomo software was used to measure total hematoma volume (ml) from baseline CT & follow-up CT/MRI blinded to spot sign in 3 mCTA phases. Spot sign expansion was calculated by subtracting 1 st phase spot sign volume from 2 nd phase spot sign volume measured in microliters. Results: 199 patients [63% male, mean age 69 years, median NIHSS 11, IQR 6-20] were included. Median baseline ICH volume was 16.1 ml (IQR 5-29.9 ml). Amongst all three mCTA phases, spot sign was best detected on the 2nd phase (23% vs 17.5% 1 st phase vs 22% 3 rd phase). In multivariable regression, spot sign expansion was significantly associated with follow up total hematoma expansion (OR: 1.03 per microliter of spot sign expansion, p=0.01). Figure 1 shows the predicted total hematoma expansion by spot sign expansion. mCTA spot sign had a higher sensitivity for predicting total hematoma volume expansion than single-phase CTA (reported in meta-analysis of 14 studies), 86% vs 53%, respectively, while both having similar specificity, 87% vs 88%, respectively. Conclusion: Spot sign expansion on mCTA is a novel predictor of total hematoma expansion and could be used to select patients for immediate therapeutic intervention in future clinical trials. Using mCTA improves sensitivity while preserving specificity over single-phase CTA.

Limited capacity and short life cycle of a battery are the major impediments in development of practical Electric Vehicles (EVs). Eco-driving is an optimization technique through which a velocity trajectory that consumes minimum energy is advised to the driver. However, presence of traffic signals to control large traffic network degrades the performance of eco-driving; as applying brakes to stop and then maximum re-acceleration to restart a trip consumes lot of energy. Eco-driving problem with multiple traffic signals and static model of battery has been proposed as Two Point Boundary Value Problem (TPBVP). TPBVP fails to solve multi-phase problem as a single phase due to discontinuity of the co-states at the junction, that is, start of a new phase. This paper investigates an optimal solution with both EV and battery dynamics in the presence of multiple traffic signals as Multi Point Boundary Value Problem (MPBVP) using multiple shooting technique. Traffic signals come at some intermediate points of a trip. MPBVP ensures continuity at the junction to solve the multi-phase problem as a single phase through inter dependencies between each phases. Goal of this work is not only to solve constrained eco-driving problem with traffic signals but also include charging and discharging limits on battery that indirectly improves battery’s life cycle. Results indicate that EV has crossed all the traffic signals during their green duration without applying brakes with also satisfying all the other constraints and continuity condition. Moreover, it can be seen that energy consumption using MPBVP is also marginally lesser as compared to TPBVP.
