Chain restaurant is one of the fastest growing restaurants in the food service industry. In America, Service industry contributes about 60% of the annual GDP and 70% of new jobs. According to the statistics of Executive Yuan of Taiwan, the service industry contributes over 70% of the annual GDP in 2008. The ultimate goal for companies is to build customer loyalty. With loyal customers, companies can reduce the operating cost and acquisition expenses. An improvement of 5 percent in customer retention leads to an increase of 25 percent to 75 percent in profit. It costs more than five times as much to obtain a new customer than to keep an existing one. This initial study was from relevant literature, then set up research structure and hypotheses. Survey was employed, and respondents were from the customers of Taoban in Taiwan. There were 182 usable questionnaires to analyze descriptive statistics, reliability, validity, and SEM model. The research found that service quality significantly affects customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction has strong impact on customer loyalty for the sample. Therefore, firms have to specifically focus on these factors in order to build a long-term and mutually profitability relationship with a customer and create loyalty as competitive advantages in the market.

Therefore, firms have to specifically focus on these factors in order to build a long-term and mutually profitability relationship with a customer and create loyalty as competitive advantages in the market.

A poor brand image will lead to disaster, and lose customers. Marketing exists to deliver more value to satisfy customers as well as build a long-term and mutually profitability relationship with customers. If a firm’s products or services do not satisfy or meet the customer’s needs and wants, all the strategies are insufficient. With loyal customers, companies can have higher market share and reduce the operating cost. This initial study was from relevant literature, then set up research structure and hypotheses. Survey was employed, and respondents were collected from automobile sector in Taiwan. There were 170 usable questionnaires to analyze normality, convergent and discriminant validities, and SEM model by PASW 18 and AMOS 18.0. The research found that corporate brand image significantly affects customer commitment and loyalty, and customer commitment has strong impact on customer loyalty for the sample. Therefore, firms need to specifically focus on a long-term and mutually profitability relationship with a customer and create loyalty as competitive advantages in the markets.

Service quality is one of the key factors in determining the success or failure of e-banking. To gain and sustain competitive advantages in the rival-driven e-banking market, it is thus crucial for e-banks to understand in-depth what customers perceive to be the key dimensions of service quality and what impacts the identified dimensions have on the customers' perceived overall service quality, satisfaction, and loyalty. This paper attempts, based on an extensive review of relevant literature, to provide a model integrating internet banking service quality dimensions, overall internet banking service quality, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty in the context of Vietnam - emerging as a new potential market. The findings of this study indicate that three dimensions of internet banking service quality namely online customer service quality, online information system quality and banking service product quality are found to be statistically significant in determining overall internet banking service quality. In addition, overall internet banking service quality has significant impact on customer satisfaction and in turn customer satisfaction has significant impact on customer loyalty. Implications and recommendations are discussed with the aim of improving internet banking services, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty.

Kebutuhan masyarakat Indonesia atas layanan transportasi terus meningkat sesuai dengan meningkatnya pembangunan nasional. Jenis layanan transportasi udara juga terus berkembang, salah satu adalah dengan beroperasinya model penerbangan unik yaitu melalui strategi penurunan operating cost di semua lini yang mengakibatkan harga tiket dapat ditekan. Model penerbangan ini disebut low cost carrier (LCC). Kepuasan konsumen terhadap pelayanan yang diberikan oleh maskapai penerbangan di Indonesia sangat berpengaruh terhadap seberapa besar tingkat kualitas pelayanan dari sebuah maskapai penerbangan. Berbagai pelayanan yang mempengaruhi, kepuasan konsumen adalah keramahan seluruh awak kabin, fasilitas fisik yang ada, tarif penerbangan, ketepatan waktu keberangkatan kemudahan akses dan juga keselamatan penerbangan. Berdasarkan jajak pendapat dari 2.674 orang responden mengenai apa yang diinginkan dari sebuah maskapai penerbangan didapatkan hasil sebanyak 9,6% menginginkan pelayanan ramah dari awak kabin, 16,9% penerbangan yang tepat waktu, armada yang baru 18,3%, 55,2% tarif yang murah (Indopos. 2015). Maskapai penerbangan di Indonesia sering mengalami keterlambatan waktu pada saat akan terbang atau dengan kata lain sering mengalami delay. Salah satu maskapai penerbangan di Indonesia yang sering mengalami keterlambatan dalam pemberangkatan pesawat adalah penerbangan low cost carriers. Secara garis besar tujuan penelitian ini adalah : menguji pengaruh service quality, customer satisfaction, brand trust terhadap costumer commitment serta dampaknya kepada customer loyalty pada penerbangan domestik maskapai low cost carrier di Bandara Internasional Ngurah Rai, Bali. Dengan unit observasi sebanyak 250 responden yang terdiri dari beberapa kriteria responden. Metode penelitian adalah explanatory survey. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan total indirect effect paling tinggi adalah pengaruh service quality terhadap customer loyalty dengan nilai t value sebesar 4,074, selanjutnya service quality terhadap customer commitment dengan nilai t value sebesar 3,243 di ikuti dengan sisa variabel lainnya. Hasil ini menunjukkan bahwa service quality merupakan variabel yang mendominasi pada hasil penelitian yang dilakukan. Semakin baik service quality yang diberikan maskapai kepada penumpang maka akan meninggkatkan komitmen penumpang dan selanjutnya akan menggiring penumapng untuk semakin loyal kepada maskapai.

The purpose of this study is to determine the impact of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty of the laundry service industry in Indonesia. The research methods used were quantitative, and analyzed using multiple linear regression methods. Data were obtained by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents in Jakarta from February to March 2020. The selection of respondents used a purposive sampling technique, with the criteria of using laundry services in the past. Findings from this research revealed a significant positive effect of service quality toward customer satisfaction; and both service quality and customer satisfaction also have significant and positive effects towards customer loyalty in laundry services in Indonesia. From this research, it is expected that the entrepreneur in the laundry service industry would better understand the importance of service quality, customer satisfaction and its correlation to customer loyalty in order to improve firm sales performance.

This initial study was from relevant literature, then set up research structure and hypotheses. Survey was employed, and respondents collected from the customers of ASO in Taiwan. There were 208 usable questionnaires to analyze descriptive statistics, reliability, validity, and SEM model. Based on the research results, corporate brand image significantly affects customer perceived value, customer satisfaction and loyalty; customer perceived value has strong impact on customer satisfaction and loyalty for the sample; and customer satisfaction significantly affects customer loyalty. Therefore, companies should have a positive brand image to customers, and specifically focus on those factors in order to build a long-term and mutually profitability relationships with customers and create loyalty as competitive advantages in the markets. The study focuses on the industry of shoes in Taiwan, and adopts only a quantitative method. Future research could employ a different design to examine the causal relationships posited by the theories, and extension the study to discuss mediation or moderation among dimensions.

   In this globalization era, food service industry as restaurant that provide the basic of human needs has been well developed. The development of food industry has given a huge contribution to the social and environment aspects (Franceschelli et al, 2018). Pekkio restaurant is one of the restaurants in Surabaya that sell Singapore chinese cuisine in Pakuwon Mall Surabaya. In order to survive in this industry, Pekkio restaurant continuously develop their performance to increase the customer satisfaction. With the purpose to find out the factors that influence customer satisfaction, this research aims to discover whether brand image, food quality, service quality, and atmospherics have significant influence towards customer satisfaction of Pekkio restaurant.             Therefore, researcher conducted an online survey that are distributed to the samples using 5-point Likert-scale. The population is unknown thus, the researcher use special method from Roa (2016) and the sample become 97. Moreover, the obtained data will be analysed using Multiple Linear Regression. The result shows that food quality and service quality have significant influence towards customer satisfaction of Pekkio restaurant. However, brand image and atmospherics don’t significantly influence customer satisfaction at Pekkio restaurant . Albeit, there are positive relationship of brand image and atmospherics towards customer satisfaction of Pekkio restaurant. <p><em>As a primary factor in satisfaction and loyalty,</em><em> </em><em>service quality and image has been given a lot of attention</em><em>. </em><em>This research used a sample of 120 respondents and analyzed the data using structural equation modeling. Findings reveal that service quality and corporate image are antecedents of customer satisfaction, but customer satisfaction surprisingly does not have positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. </em><em>The implications for service providers in any platform service industry is that customer satisfaction has not key success to loyalty but continuously improves the quality of service and corporate image of satisfaction, but it creates loyalty to buy services and recommend to others.  </em><em></em></p><p><em> </em></p>
