Nowadays, different organizations and institutions are passing through challenges due to the fact of the working environment. For better job satisfaction working environment is considered as the prime factor to be considered by the employers. To keep the steady upward growth of the institutions it is mandatory to keep the efficiency, effectiveness, productivity of the employees by providing different facilities. And, working environment is the most crucial demand of the employees. Therefore, providing better working environment is also the prime concern of the organizations or institutions to maintain the steady workforce for the business to run. The objectives of this study are to understand the impact of working environment on job satisfaction by the quantitative and qualitative analysis of contributing characters. Data collections were done through a well-constructed questionnaire. The contributing populations were from two organizations named Department of Agricultural Extension and Bangladesh Rural Electrification Board. The sampling was done specifically from the one of the districts in Bangladesh. The study showed significant impacts of working environment on job satisfaction. As, without providing better facilities organizations can’t run properly, whereas- working environment is the prime concerning issue of the employee. Therefore, this study concluded as for the better job satisfaction working environment needs to be focused.

Human Resources Management literature regards training as the blood stream of any organization because the success of an organisation to achieve its objectives and goals heavily highly depends on its workforce. For this reason, organizations should invest in employees’ training in an effort to enhance their performance and that of an organisation. Nonetheless, some organizations regard training as unnecessary expenditure and always cut training budgets in an effort to improve their financial standing to the detriment of their employees’ welfare because that action incapacitate staff to adapt to the ever-changing working environment and uncertain conditions on account of, inter alia, rapid technological innovation and organizational change. This study employed stratified sampling technique to draw a sample of 171 employees from a population of 300 employees through self-administered questionnaire to examine the impact of training on employees’ performance, employee’s motivation and job-satisfaction in the banking sector in Lesotho. The findings of the study generally revealed that training not only increases employees’ performance but also positively affects employees’ motivation and job satisfaction within the banking sector in Lesotho. Therefore, the banking sector in Lesotho should regularly allocate resources for employees’ training based on identified skill gaps to sharpen employees’ skills, knowledge and abilities in order to capacitate them to cope with the ever-changing working environment and uncertain conditions and to improve their motivation and job-satisfaction.

 This paper is concerned with the examination of the impact of quality of work life for job satisfaction in Nepalese commercial banks. To achieve the purpose of the study, structured questionnaire is prepared and collected from 225 respondents. Descriptive and casual comparative research design have been used in this study. The multiple regression model has been used to test the relationship. The results show that working environment, work life balance, compensation and reward, training and development, and job design are positively related to job satisfaction. The regression result shows that the beta coefficients for all variables are positive and significant with job satisfaction.

This study employed stratified sampling technique to draw a sample of 60 employees from a population of 70 employees through self-administered questionnaire to examine the impact of training on employees’ performance, employee’s motivation and job satisfaction in the banking sector in Private bank  of Noakhali region in Bangladesh. This results show that the mean for on the job training and development located from 3.23 to 4.4 and for off the job training and development from 2.36 to 4.05. The overall impact of training and development from the perspective of employees of private banking sector in Noakhali region has mean and standard deviation respectively 3.54 and 0.95 in total. This result indicates that training and development has a high impact on the employee’s performance and productivity in the perspective of employees of private bank in Noakhali region. The findings of the study generally revealed that training not only increases employees’ performance but also positively affects employees’ motivation and job satisfaction within the  Private banking sector in Bangladesh Therefore, the banking sector in Bangladesh should regularly allocate resources for employees’ training based on identified skill gaps to sharpen employees’ skills, knowledge and abilities to capacitate them to cope with the ever-changing working environment and uncertain conditions and to improve their motivation and job satisfaction.

The findings of this research study is constructed depending the role of women in Islamic Banking industry of Pakistan. It has been conducted with an objective to determine the contrast of leadership opportunities, gender differences, working condition, employee performance with Job Satisfaction. The data has been collected from 200 male and female participants, representing the Islamic Banking Sector of Pakistan (Meezan Bank, Dubai Islamic Bank and Bank Islami). The result of the research shows a positive association in the selected dependent and independent variables. The study result further supports that in the current scenario the male gender participation for authoritative and leadership position is comparatively high as paralleled to female in the Pakistani Islamic Banking Sector of Pakistan. Further, it reveals that male working employees in the Islamic banking sector of Pakistan are far more satisfied as compared to female working participants. The result has reflected that the constructed model is significant (at the p < 0.001 level).  The findings of this particular study possibly may assist the upper management to revisit their working environment policies and practices to consider females as equally responsible for challenging leadership roles, providing career path opportunities, and to promote Equal Employment Opportunities (EEO) in organizations.

The working environment is forming from the organizational conditions, motivation and the willingness of employees to fulfill their duties in the best way on the one hand, and is determined by the team ethical standards, on the other hand. Risks associated with the working environment are composed of compliance risks associated with ensuring compliance with legal requirements for labor protection and regulation, ensuring of infectious safety, as well as risks associated with the physical and psycho-emotional status of medical workers, determining the impact of the “human” factor on the work results. The purpose of this review article is to identify the risks of the working environment in endoscopy, as the first stage of risk management, in order to be able for further assessment of their impact on the safety of medical activities in endoscopy, as well as to identify the ways to reduce or eliminate these types of risks. The article includes the following relevant sections: 1. Compliance risks in endoscopy, as a part of the modern healthcare risk-management system—general questions. 2. Risks of the work environment in endoscopy in the conditions of epidemiological threats associated with a new coronavirus infection SARS-CoV-2 (COVID-19). 3. Risks of the work environment tips and tricks associated with the psychosomatic status and professional burnout of medical personnel in endoscopy.

Organizational Citizenship Behaviors (OCBs) involves voluntary activities which do not form part of the organizational roles of workers and do not explicitly take into account the formal organizational compensation structure even though they improve the organization's general efficiency. To create a safer working environment and enhance job efficiency, education institutions must embrace and promote the OCBs. When workforce demonstrates OCBs actions, and they will increase their level of engagement and improve the performance of institutions. Such organizations would now be able to fulfil their objectives and better serve society. The purpose of the study to examine the impact of Transformational Leadership (TL) on organizational citizenship behaviours (OCBs), as well as the mediating role of job satisfaction (JS) in the Iraqi primary schools. Data collected from 172 teachers in some selected schools in Al Anbar Governorate through questioners and the data analysed by Smart PLS 3.2.9. The results indicated that Transformational leadership impacted teachers OCBs positively. Furthermore, Job satisfaction positively impacted OCBs and mediated between TL and OCBs. Implications the study emphasizes the importance of teachers OCBs and recommends that schools should encourage their mangers and administrative to exhibit more TL (Motivational, stimulating and creative actions). This study demonstrates the degree to which the internal motives of Teachers, particularly their Job satisfaction, lead to extra roles and affect OCBs-leaders from developing country prospects.

All employees deserve a decent working environment in order to be productive in their work. High employee turnover has adverse effects on economic growth as companies incur additional costs and experience drop in productivity. Hence, identifying the factors that reduce employee turnover intention is in line with Sustainable Development Goals. This review paper aims to improve our understanding of the relationship between transformational leadership style and job satisfaction, and examines their impact on reducing employee turnover intention. The literature review has proved that transformational leadership and job satisfaction greatly influence an employee’s decision to leave or stay with his or her organisation. Based on the literature, this paper also provides recommendations for future research areas that would provide valuable information in helping organisations reduce employee turnover intention, and ultimately employee turnover.

This study aims to investigate the impact of determinants of shift work on job satisfaction in service sector organizations of Pakistan. History reveals that the invention of Thomas Edison brought the change in working environment and industrial revolution results in the birth of shift works. A great number of theories in Management are there to define Job satisfaction. All of them show the relationship between ability to perform and the productivity. In order to investigate their impact descriptive study is taken in to account in which survey research method is used to collect data. On the basis of quantitative analysis this study reveals that determinants of shift work has positive impact on job satisfaction. Finally recommendations are made to increase shift work in service sector organizations of Pakistan so that people may upraise their standards of living.
