The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship of learning motivation and learning environment on learning outcomes subjects Basic Electrical Engineering class X TAV in SMKN 2 Solok. This research is descriptive correlational. The study population of 60 people and the sample totaled 38 students of class X TAV in SMKN 2 Solok. The sampling technique was randomly (simple random sampling). The data obtained from the results of student learning of subject teachers Basic Electrical Engineering class X TAV in SMKN 2 Solok. While data learning motivation and learning environment were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Date were analyzed using statistical methods with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007 software. The results showed : ( 1 ) motivation to learn correlates of 10.54 % on the results of class X student TAV in SMKN 2 Solok : ( 2 ) learning environment correlates of 20.56 % on the results of class X student TAV in SMKN 2 Solok ; ( 3 ) learning motivation and learning environment jointly correlated with 21.03% of the results of class X student TAV in SMKN 2 Solok . So it can be concluded that the learning motivation and learning environment correlated to the learning outcomes , the more optimized learning motivation and learning environment , the learning outcomes will be better anyway .  Keywords : Learning Motivation , Learning environment , Learning Outcomes, Descriptive correlations , simple random sampling.

The purpose of research to reveal how much contribution of infrastructure and learning motivation of students together or individually to the learning outcomes. The research population is 60 people and the sample is 38 students of class X and XI TAV in SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatera. The sampling technique was done randomly (Simple Random Sampling). Data on student learning outcomes is obtained from basic teachers of electrical and electronics training. While the data facilities and learning motivation of students are collected through questionnaires distributed to students by using Likert scale that has been tested the validity and reliability. The result of data analysis shows that (1) the learning facilities and motivation of student learning together contribute significantly to the learning outcomes of students of class X and XI TAV SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatera of 39.40%, (2) infrastructure facilities contribute significantly to the result of study of student of class X and XI TAV SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatera equal to 25,97%, (3) student learning motivation contribute significantly to result of student learning class X and XI TAV SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatera equal to 16,20%.Keywords: contribution of infrastructure, learning motivation, simple random sampling.

The purpose of this study is to reveal how much the presence Contributionsmotivation and learning environment on learning outcomes in basic electronicsengineering subjects in class X student engineering audio video Di SMKN 2 Solok.This research is a descriptive correlational. The type of data needed in the researchis the primary data and secondary data. The primary data is data obtained directly fromrespondents regarding Contributions motivation and learning environment, whilesecondary data is student learning outcomes obtained from subject teachers basicelectronics engineering. The population in this study is a Class XI student at SMKN 2Solok TAV as many as 56 students. While the sampling technique of this study is a random(Simple random sampling).Data were analyzed using Microsof Excel and SPSS (Statistical Product andService Solution) version 22.0. From the results, motivation and learning environmentjointly contribute significantly to student learning outcomes SMKN 2 Solok amounted to32.08%, (2) learning motivation contribution significantly to student learning outcomesSMKN 2 Solok amounted to 22.89%, (3) the learning environment contribute significant tostudent learning outcomes SMKN 2 Solok amounted to 23.40%. So it can be concluded thatthe Learning Motivation and Learning Environment Contribution To Student LearningOutcomes in SMKN 2 Solok, the better the motivation to learn and learning environment,the higher the learning outcomes.Keywords: Motivation, Learning Environment, Learning Outcomes.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the contribution of motivation and learning environment to the learning outcomes of subject’s operating systems class XI student of Computer Engineering Network at SMK Negeri 1 Bendahara. This type of research is associative Correlation. The population in this study all students of class XI Computer Network SMK Negeri 1 Bendahara, consists of two classes totaling 64 people. The sampling technique was randomly (simple random sampling). Data obtained from the student learning outcomes subject teachers’ operating system SMK Negeri 1 Bendahara. While the motivation and learning environment of data collected through questionnaires using Linker scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple regression method with the help of software Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS v.16. The results of analysis showed: (1) Motivation and learning environment together contributed 17.95% to the learning outcomes of class XI student of SMK Negeri 1 Bendahara; (2) Motivation contributed 11.64% to the learning outcomes of class XI student of SMK Negeri 1 Bendahara; (3) Environmental Learning contributed 11.08% to the learning outcomes of class XI student of SMK Negeri 1 Bendahara. So we can conclude that the motivation and learning environment contribute to the learning outcomes, the higher motivation and better learning environment, the learning outcomes will be better. Keywords: Motivation, Environmental Learning, Associative correlation, simple random sampling, multiple regressions.

This study was motivated by the problem of low learning outcomes in subjects Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) class X Computer Engineering and Networks in SMK Negeri 4 Takengon, where 30% of students get to learn the results below minimum completeness criteria (KKM). KKM assigned school on the subjects KKPI is 75 with a range of values of 0 - 100. The purpose of this study is to reveal the contribution of learning motivation and learning atmosphere on the results of study subjects Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMKN 4 Takengon. This research is a correlation associative nature.The population in this study were all students of class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMKN 4 Takengon, consists of two classes of 40 people. A sampling technique that total sampling where the sample is whole members of the population because the subject is less than 100 persons. The data obtained from the student learning outcomes subject teachers Skills Computer and Information Management (KKPI) SMK Negeri 4 Takengon. While data on the motivation to learn and the learning environment are collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that have been tested for validity and reliability. File was analyzed using statistical methods with the help of software Microsoft Excel 2007.The result showed: (1) learning motivation accounted for 24.61% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon; (2) Atmosphere Learning accounted for 23.54% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon; (3) learning motivation and learning atmosphere together accounted for 47.90% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon. So it can be concluded that the motivation to learn and contribute to the learning atmosphere of learning outcomes, the higher the motivation to learn and the better learning environment, then it will get better learning results. Keywords : Motivation, Atmosphere Learning, Learning Outcomes, Associative correlation, Total Sampling.

This study aims to determine the Contribution of Learning Motivation and Utilization of Learning Facilities Against Basic Electrical and Electronic Learning Outcomes Grade X Students of Audio Video Engineering Skills Program at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. The population in this study amounted to 63 students. This type of research is correlational descriptive. In this study using Simple Random Sampling with a total of 56 students. Data Learning outcomes were obtained from Elementary and Electrical subject teachers at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Meanwhile Motivation Learning Data and Learning Facilities Utilization obtained by using a questionnaire with a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis showed: (1) Motivation to Learning and Utilization of Learning Facilities together contributed 36.24% to learning outcomes; (2) Learning Motivation contributes 7.95% to learning outcomes; (3) Utilization of Learning Facilities contributes 25.50% to learning outcomes. So it can be concluded that the motivation to learn and use learning facilities contributes to the learning outcomes of basic electricity and electronics at SMK Negeri 5 Padang.Keywords: Learning Motivation, Utilization of Learning Facilities, Learning Outcomes

This research was motivated by the problem of low learning achievement in the subjects of video techniques class XI student majoring in audio video engineering at SMK Negeri 5 Padang , where 40.54 % of students gain mastery of learning outcomes under Kriteria Ketuntasan Minimal ( KKM ) . KKM set the school on subjects a video engineering of 75 with a range of values ​​0-100 . The purpose of this study was to reveal the contribution of learning motivation and discipline to learn the subjects learning outcomes of students majoring in video engineering video audio engineering at SMK Negeri 5 Padang . This research is descriptive nature of correlation . The population in this study were all students of class XI Audio Video Engineering Department SMK Negeri 5 Padang , consists of three classes totaling 74 people , and the sample amounted to 43 people . Technique of random sampling ( Simple random sampling ) . Student learning outcomes data obtained from subject teachers video technique class XI SMK Negeri 5 Padang in 2012 . While the motivation to learn and the discipline of data collected through a questionnaire study using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability . Data were analyzed using statistical methods with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007 software . The results of data analysis showed : ( 1 ) learning motivation accounted for 13.06 % of the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 5 Padang , ( 2 ) learn discipline contributes 10.75 % to the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 5 Padang ; ( 3 ) learning motivation and discipline to learn together accounted for 19.45 % of the learning outcomes of students of SMK Negeri 5 Padang . So it can be concluded that the motivation to learn and the discipline of learning contribute to learning outcomes , the higher the students' motivation in the learning process and the higher discipline of learning , then learning outcomes will be higher . This study aims to gather information, analyze and discuss data on Learning Motivation Relationship with Learning Outcomes of Geography students of SMAN 5 Padang. Type correlational study population was all students of class XI IPS consists of four local numbering 162 people. Samples were taken by proportional random sampling technique, where each class is taken randomly with a proportion of 50% so that the sample was 81 students. These results indicate there is a relationship between motivation and learning outcomes geography class XI IPS SMA N 5 Padang, the strength of the relationship between motivation and learning outcomes geographies including medium and small contributions are included.

The objective of this research was to analyze the effect of learning motivation on learning outcomes, the influence of learning discipline on learning outcomes, and the influence of motivation and learning discipline on learning outcomes during online learning. This research was a quantitative research with ex post facto method. The population of this research amounted to 136 students. The sampling technique used was probability sampling using a simple random sampling technique with the outcomes of 58 students. The data collection technique used was a questionnaire to collect data on student answers and documentation in order to obtain data on learning outcomes. The data analysis techniques used was multiple linear regression test. The outcomes of this research indicated that there was an influence between learning motivation on learning outcomes of 62.7%, learning discipline on learning outcomes of 37.3%, and simultaneously learning motivation and learning discipline on mathematics learning outcomes of 65.6%. The conclusion of this study shows that there is an influence between learning motivation and learning outcomes, learning discipline and learning outcomes as well as learning motivation and learning discipline on mathematics learning outcomes in fourth grade students.

The problem in this study is the existence of learning outcomes under the KKM standard of competence in the Electrical Fundamental students of class X Aiframe Powerplant of Nusantara Ketaping Flight Academy. The purpose of this study was to reveal how much the students' motivation and learning facilities contributed individually or together to the learning outcomes of Electrical Fundamental students of class X. This type of research is descriptive correlational. The study population amounted to 137 and a sample of 58 students in class X Aiframe. The sampling technique is done by proportional random sampling. Data on student learning outcomes are obtained from the curriculum section. While data on student motivation and learning facilities were obtained through questionnaires using a Likert scale that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results of data analysis show that (1) Motivation of students and learning facilities together contribute significantly to learning outcomes 27.88%, (2) Motivation of students contributing significantly to student learning outcomes of class X Electrical Fundamental expertise programs of 13, 91%, (3) Learning facilities contribute significantly to the learning outcomes of class X students. Electrical Fundamental skills program at Nusantara Nusantara Ketaping Vocational High School is 8.64%. So it can be concluded that Motivation of Students and Facilities Learning together or partially contributes to class X student learning outcomes Electrical Fundamental competency standard skills program class X Aiframe Powerplant SMK Nusantara Ketaping Flight.Keywords: Student Motivation, Learning Facilities, Learning Outcomes

This research is purposed to reveal scales of student’s creativity contribution and laboratorium of facility grade for computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. Populations in this research are 164 students, and samples are amount to 62 students of X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, school of year 2012/2013. Samples are taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is Pearson product moment and multiple-correlation. Results from data analysis claimed that there are contributions from learning motivation and learning environment for student’s grade of computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 5 Padang, as follow: (1) student’s creativity gives contribution to student’s grade by 14,13%, (2) laboratorium of facility gives contribution to student’s grade by 20.09%, (3) student’s creativity together with laboratorium of facility give contribution to student’s grade by 27,98%. This research suggest that student’s student’s creativity and laboratorium of facility give contribution to student’s grade.Keywords: student’s creativity, laboratorium of facility, student’s grade, descriptive correlation, simple random sampling.
