This study was motivated by the problem of low learning outcomes in subjects Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) class X Computer Engineering and Networks in SMK Negeri 4 Takengon, where 30% of students get to learn the results below minimum completeness criteria (KKM). KKM assigned school on the subjects KKPI is 75 with a range of values of 0 - 100. The purpose of this study is to reveal the contribution of learning motivation and learning atmosphere on the results of study subjects Computer Skills and Information Management (KKPI) class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMKN 4 Takengon. This research is a correlation associative nature.The population in this study were all students of class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMKN 4 Takengon, consists of two classes of 40 people. A sampling technique that total sampling where the sample is whole members of the population because the subject is less than 100 persons. The data obtained from the student learning outcomes subject teachers Skills Computer and Information Management (KKPI) SMK Negeri 4 Takengon. While data on the motivation to learn and the learning environment are collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that have been tested for validity and reliability. File was analyzed using statistical methods with the help of software Microsoft Excel 2007.The result showed: (1) learning motivation accounted for 24.61% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon; (2) Atmosphere Learning accounted for 23.54% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon; (3) learning motivation and learning atmosphere together accounted for 47.90% of the results of class X student of SMK Negeri 4 Takengon. So it can be concluded that the motivation to learn and contribute to the learning atmosphere of learning outcomes, the higher the motivation to learn and the better learning environment, then it will get better learning results. Keywords : Motivation, Atmosphere Learning, Learning Outcomes, Associative correlation, Total Sampling.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the relationship of learning motivation and learning environment on learning outcomes subjects Basic Electrical Engineering class X TAV in SMKN 2 Solok. This research is descriptive correlational. The study population of 60 people and the sample totaled 38 students of class X TAV in SMKN 2 Solok. The sampling technique was randomly (simple random sampling). The data obtained from the results of student learning of subject teachers Basic Electrical Engineering class X TAV in SMKN 2 Solok. While data learning motivation and learning environment were collected through a questionnaire using a Likert scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Date were analyzed using statistical methods with the help of Microsoft Excel 2007 software. The results showed : ( 1 ) motivation to learn correlates of 10.54 % on the results of class X student TAV in SMKN 2 Solok : ( 2 ) learning environment correlates of 20.56 % on the results of class X student TAV in SMKN 2 Solok ; ( 3 ) learning motivation and learning environment jointly correlated with 21.03% of the results of class X student TAV in SMKN 2 Solok . So it can be concluded that the learning motivation and learning environment correlated to the learning outcomes , the more optimized learning motivation and learning environment , the learning outcomes will be better anyway .  Keywords : Learning Motivation , Learning environment , Learning Outcomes, Descriptive correlations , simple random sampling.

The purpose of this study is to reveal the contribution of motivation and learning environment to the learning outcomes of subject’s operating systems class XI student of Computer Engineering Network at SMK Negeri 1 Bendahara. This type of research is associative Correlation. The population in this study all students of class XI Computer Network SMK Negeri 1 Bendahara, consists of two classes totaling 64 people. The sampling technique was randomly (simple random sampling). Data obtained from the student learning outcomes subject teachers’ operating system SMK Negeri 1 Bendahara. While the motivation and learning environment of data collected through questionnaires using Linker scale that has been tested for validity and reliability. Data were analyzed using multiple regression method with the help of software Microsoft Excel 2007 and SPSS v.16. The results of analysis showed: (1) Motivation and learning environment together contributed 17.95% to the learning outcomes of class XI student of SMK Negeri 1 Bendahara; (2) Motivation contributed 11.64% to the learning outcomes of class XI student of SMK Negeri 1 Bendahara; (3) Environmental Learning contributed 11.08% to the learning outcomes of class XI student of SMK Negeri 1 Bendahara. So we can conclude that the motivation and learning environment contribute to the learning outcomes, the higher motivation and better learning environment, the learning outcomes will be better. Keywords: Motivation, Environmental Learning, Associative correlation, simple random sampling, multiple regressions.

This study aims to reveal the contribution of learning motivation and competence of the teacher's personality on learning outcomes computer skills and information management SMKN Taman Fajar Peueulak. The hypothesis is: (1) learning motivation and competence of the teacher's personality together contribute significantly to the learning outcomes, (2) learning motivation contribute significantly to the learning outcomes and (3) Competence of teachers‘s personality contribute significantly to the learning outcomes. This research is classified in the study associative correlation. The data study outcome variables is from KKPI teacher and learning motivation and competence of the teacher's personality collected through questionnaires distributed to students by using a Likert scale and  has been tested for validity and reliability. Data is considered to have met the assumptions and requirements analysis; normal distribution of data, linear pattern, the data is homogeneous and there is no multicollinearity problem. The population was all students of class XI Computer Network Engineering in the academic year 2014/2015 with sampling using Taro Yamane formula involving 41 samples from 68 populations of students of class XI Computer Network Engineering of TKJ I and II. The results of data analysis showed: (1) learning motivation contribute to the learning outcomes of 10.17%, (2) competence of teachers personality contribute to the learning outcomes of 17.05%, and (3) learning motivation and competence of the teacher's personality contribute together  to the learning outcomes of 36.00%. The findings of this study is learning motivation  and competence of the teacher's personality are factors that influence student learning outcomes. The purpose of this study is to reveal how much the presence Contributionsmotivation and learning environment on learning outcomes in basic electronicsengineering subjects in class X student engineering audio video Di SMKN 2 Solok.This research is a descriptive correlational. The type of data needed in the researchis the primary data and secondary data. The primary data is data obtained directly fromrespondents regarding Contributions motivation and learning environment, whilesecondary data is student learning outcomes obtained from subject teachers basicelectronics engineering. The population in this study is a Class XI student at SMKN 2Solok TAV as many as 56 students. While the sampling technique of this study is a random(Simple random sampling).Data were analyzed using Microsof Excel and SPSS (Statistical Product andService Solution) version 22.0. From the results, motivation and learning environmentjointly contribute significantly to student learning outcomes SMKN 2 Solok amounted to32.08%, (2) learning motivation contribution significantly to student learning outcomesSMKN 2 Solok amounted to 22.89%, (3) the learning environment contribute significant tostudent learning outcomes SMKN 2 Solok amounted to 23.40%. So it can be concluded thatthe Learning Motivation and Learning Environment Contribution To Student LearningOutcomes in SMKN 2 Solok, the better the motivation to learn and learning environment,the higher the learning outcomes.Keywords: Motivation, Learning Environment, Learning Outcomes.

This research is purposed to reveal scales of student’s learning motivation contribution and pedagogical competence of teachers grade for computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang. The type of this research is descriptive correlation. Populations in this research are 164 students, and samples are amount to 62 students of X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, school of year 2012/2013. Samples are taken by simple random sampling technique. Data were collected by questionnaire and documentation. Data analysis technique in this research is Pearson product moment and multiple-correlation. Results from data analysis claimed that there are contributions from learning motivation and pedagogical competence of teachers grade of computer and information management skills subject at X class SMKN 1 Tilatang Kamang, as follow: (1) student’s learning motivation gives contribution to student’s grade by 21,34%, (2) pedagogical competence of teachers gives contribution to student’s grade by 17,89%, (3) student’s motivation to learn together with pedagogical competence of teachers give contribution to student’s grade by 27,98%. This research suggest that student’s motivation to learn and pedagogical competence of teachers give contribution to student’s grade.

Based on obsevation at the Student of sport in SMP N 1 Bukittinggi City showed the learning outcomes is still low. This is estimated influence by pphysical fitness and learning motivatio. This study aims to know the contribution of physical fitness and learning motivation to learning outcames of student’s Sport in SMP N 1 Bukittinggi City. This reasearch medthod is correlation, to know how big the contribution one variable each other. The population are student of Sport in SMP N 1 BukittinggiCity in the academic year 2014/ 205 with amount 30 student. The sampling technique is total sampling, so the samples are 30 student. Data was collected by physical fitness test instrument Indonesia aged 13 to 15 year and completed questionnaires to measure physical fitnessand learning motivation, and learning outcomes used 2nd data of student’s report in 2015/2016 acamic year. The results showed that: (1) physical fitness had a significant contribution with tcount (3,71) >ttable(1,70) and give contribution for 32,95% to learning outcomes. (2) Learning motivation had a significant contribution with tcount (5,60) > ttable(1,70) and give contribution for 52,85% to the learning outcomes. (3) physical fitness and leaning motivation have significant contribution with F count (42,948) > Ftable (3,35) And countributed together by 76.04% to learning outcomes.

This study aims to identify the learning motivation of class XII IPA students in the physics subject at SMA Negeri 10 Jambi City. The existence of motivation that each student has is the influence of the factors that occur in students, a high learning environment factor will be highly motivated to learn and will also have a good effect on learning outcomes. This type of research is quantitative research using a descriptive approach. The instrument used was a questionnaire or a questionnaire. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 Jambi City. The population of this study were students of class XII IPA 1, XII IPA 2 and XII IPA 3 in SMA Negeri 10 Jambi City. The sampling technique used purposive sampling technique, namely the sampling technique based on research criteria. The method used in this research is descriptive statistics where the research method is aimed at describing the existing phenomena without any engineering or manipulation of the situation. The results of this study indicate that the motivation to learn Physics class XII IPA students have good learning motivation. A good education will be good for the environment around us. Good motivation will have a strong spirit in the learning process.

The researchpopulation numbered is 59 people and sample totaled 37 studentsof class X Computer Engineering and Networks SMK Negeri 8Padang Academic Year 2012/2013.Using Technique of randomsampling ( Simple random sampling ) . and Data collection usingquestionnaires and documentation . Data were analyzed usingPearson product moment correlation and multiple correlation foranalysis . The results of data analysis showed : ( 1 ) learningmotivation to contribute 25.16 % of the learning outcomes ofstudents of SMK Negeri 8 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 ,(2) laboratory facilities accounted for 19.82 % of the learningoutcomes of students of SMK Negeri 8 Champaign AcademicYear 2012/2013 , (3) Learning Motivation and Labor facilitiestogether accounted for 27.84 % of the learning outcomes ofstudents of SMK Negeri 8 Padang Academic Year 2012/2013 . Soit can be concluded that the motivation to learn and laboratoryfacilities contribute to the learning outcomes , the higher thestudents' motivation in the learning process and the betterutilization of laboratory facilities , the learning outcomes will behigher.

The purpose of this study was to determine the correlation between study habits and mathematics learning outcomes, the correlation between learning motivation and mathematics learning outcomes, and the correlation between learning habits and motivation to learn mathematics outcomes during online learning. The total population is 185 students and the sample size is 123 students with the sampling technique using the Slovin formula approach. Hypothesis testing using multiple regression analysis techniques, Pearson Correlation test, F test, and a coefficient of determination of 5%. Learning habits and motivation are measured by a questionnaire that has been declared valid by the validator and has been tested for validity and reliability on 60 respondents outside the research subject. Data collection to measure learning habits and motivation is done by distributing questionnaires, while for student achievement it is obtained from documentation of math scores. The results showed that: there was a positive and significant correlation between study habits and students' mathematics learning outcomes. The correlation between the two is moderately correlated; there is a positive and significant correlation between learning motivation and student outcomes in mathematics. The correlation between the two is strongly correlated; there is a positive and significant correlation between study habits and learning motivation with students' mathematics learning outcomes. The correlation between the two is strongly correlated. The contribution of study habits and learning motivation simultaneously to mathematics learning outcomes is 30.7%, while 69.3% is influenced by other factors not examined by the researchers in this study.

This study aims to study the influence of learning environment, learning motivation and learning independence of the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep. This type of research is ex-post facto research. The sample in this study was class XI IPA 1 and XI IPA 2 with a total of 69 students. The results showed that the partial way is positive and significant influence of learning environment on the learning outcomes about 14%, positive and significant influence learning motivation towards the mathematics learning outcomes about 34% and learning independence had a positive effect and significant to the learning outcomes about 32%. Meanwhile, learning environment, learning motivation and learning independence had positive and significant impacts together on the mathematics learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA of SMAN 9 Pangkep with a coefficient of determination R2 = 0.50 that supports environmental learning, motivation learning and independent learning supports 50% of the learning outcomes of students of class XI IPA at SMAN 9 Pangkep.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian ex-post facto. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas XI IPA 1 dan XI IPA 2 dengan jumlah total 69 siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial lingkungan belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 14%, motivasi belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar matematika sebesar 34% dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar sebesar 32%. Sedangkan secara simultan lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan secara bersama-sama terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep dengan koefisien determinasi R2 = 0,50 yang berarti lingkungan belajar, motivasi belajar dan kemandirian belajar memberi pengaruh sebesar 50% terhadap hasil belajar matematika siswa kelas XI IPA SMAN 9 Pangkep.
