The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of leverage, growth opportunity, firm size and capital intensity on accounting conservatism in the banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) both simultaneously and partially. The banking sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) was selected for the population in this study. The sample selection was carried out using purposive sampling technique and obtained 28 companies with a research period of four years of observation (2016-2019). Meanwhile, the data analysis in this study used multiple regression analysis methods using the SPSS version 22 for windows software application. The results of research conducted in this research indicate that the variable leverage, growth opportunity, firm size and capital intensity simultaneously affect accounting conservatism and firm size variables affect accounting conservatism partially. Meanwhile, other variables such as: leverage, growth opportunity, capital intensity show no effect on accounting conservatism partially. Keywords: Accounting Conservatism; Leverage; Growth Opportunity; Firm Size; Capital Intensity

This study examine the influence of firm size, firm risk, capital intensity, leverage, tax, litigation, ownership structure, and growth opportunity for accounting conservatism.The study population was 129 manufacturing companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange between 2009 and 2011. Based on purposive sampling method, 38 manufaturing companies was selected (or 114 observations). Data was selected from the companies’ financial reports and analysed by using multiple linear regression. This study uncovered that. the firm size, firm risk, capital intensity, leverage, tax, litigation, ownership structure, and growth opportunity have influence for accounting conservatism collectively. But, only firm size, firm risk, capital intensity, ownership structure and growth opportunity affect accounting conservatism individually in the studied companies

This research aims to analyze the effect of financial distress, firm size, leverage, and litigation risk on implementing the accounting conservatism of manufacturing companies in Indonesia. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchanged (IDX) over 2014-2018. Research sample selection used the purposive sampling method. Obtained company data that meet the research criteria as many as 169 companies, so that the total research data is 149 data. The analysis methods in this research are multiple regression analysis. Based on the test results of the research conclude that variables of the board of financial distress, firm size, and litigation risk have no effect on accounting conservatism implemented of manufacturing companies. Meanwhile, the variable of leverage affects the accounting conservatism's implemented by manufacturing companies.  Keywords: Conservatism Accounting. Financial Distress, Firm Size, Leverage, Litigation Risk

This study aims to determine the effect of Current Ratio on stock prices, the effect of Firm Size on stock prices, the effect of Return On Equity on Stock Prices, the effect of Earning Per Share on Stock Prices, and the influence of Current Ratio, Firm Size, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share simultaneously on stock prices in the 5 year period, 2014-2018. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive statistical analysis type. The population in this study amounted to 150 companies. This study uses financial statement data with time series for the last 5 years published from www.idx.co.id. In this study, the sample selection used purposive sampling technique. The sample of this study contained 49 companies in the last 5 years with a total sample quantity of 245 manufacturing companies. The results of this study indicate that partially Current Ratio and Return On Equity have no and insignificant effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies. Partially Firm Size and Earning Per Share have a positive and significant effect on stock prices of manufacturing companies. Meanwhile, the independent variable Current Ratio, Firm Size, Return On Equity, and Earning Per Share simultaneously have a significant effect on the variable stock price of manufacturing companies.

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

This research aimed to investigate the effect of profitability, leverage, capitalintensity, sales growth, and firm size against tax avoidance. Measurement of taxavoidance in this research used effective tax rate (ETR). This research usedmanufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. Thesample selection method used purposive sampling technique and obtained 140sample. The data analysis used was multiple linear regression test. The result ofthe analysis showed that profitability and firm size has no effect on tax avoidance.Meanwhile leverage and capital intensity has significant positive effect on taxavoidance. The result of the test showed that sales growth has a significantnegative effect on tax avoidance.

The purpose of this research is to study the influence of return on assets (ROA), debt to assets ratio (DAR), current ratio (CR), firm size, and dividend payout ratio (DPR) on the firm value measured by PBV, in manufacture companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). The number of samples of the study was 50 samples of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX and sample selection in this research using purposive sampling method, during the research period 2016 to 2018. Samples were analyzed by using the multiple regression method. The results showed that firm size and ROA has significant effects on the firm value. Whilst DPR, CR, and DAR have no significant effects on the firm value. Tujuan penelitian yang disajikan dalam tesis ini ialah untuk menunjukkan hasil empiris mengenai pengaruh dari return on assets (ROA), debt to asset ratio (DAR), current ratio (CR), ukuran perusahaan dan dividend payout ratio (DPR) terhadap nilai perusahaan dimana pengukurannya dilakukan dengan rasio PBV, pada perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang manufaktur yang tercatat di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penelitian ini menggunakan 50 sampel perusahaan manufaktur yang tercatat dalam BEI dan pemilihan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan metode purposive sampling, selama periode penelitian 2016 hingga 2018. Data dianalisis menggunakan model regresi berganda untuk menganalisis kontribusi variabel bebas yang mempengaruhi variabel terikat. Hasil empiris penelitian menjelaskan bahwa ukuran perusahaan dan ROA mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan. DPR, CR dan DAR tidak mempunyai dampak yang signifikan terhadap nilai perusahaan.

Abstract: Hedging is an alternative of risk management that aims to protect the assets of company from losses caused by the risk. This research was aimed to analyze the influence of corporate value, liquidity, leverage, growth opportunity, financial distress and firm size to the hedging decision on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The samples were 24 manufacturing companies which were listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2016-2017 which had been selected by using the purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used logistic regression. The research result showed that corporate value, liquidity and growth opportunity did not give any significant influence to the hedging decision whereas leverage, financial distress and firm size had significant influence to the hedging decision. Hedging adalah alternatif manajemen risiko yang bertujuan untuk melindungi aset perusahaan dari kerugian yang diakibatkan oleh risiko. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh corporate value, liquidity, leverage, growth opportunity, financial distress dan firm size terhadap keputusan hedging pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 24 perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2016-2017 dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi logistik. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel corporate value, liquidity, dan growth opportunity tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan hedging, sedangkan variabel leverage, financial distress dan firm size berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan hedging.

Internet Financial Reporting is the disclosure of company’s financial and non-financial information through the company's official website. The format commonly used includes HTML, PDF, XBRL, audio and video. This study aims to examine the effect of firm size, leverage, listing age, profitability, and liquidity on the Internet Financial Reporting. The population in this study is banking sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) period 2016. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling with SPSS 23, software. The results of this study show that firm size and leverage have an effect on Internet Financial Reporting, but listing age, profitability, and liquidity have no effect on Internet Financial Reporting.

Tax aggressiveness is the act of manipulating profits carried out through tax planning that can be both legal and illegal. Measurement of tax aggressiveness using the comparison formula for tax expense and income (ETR). The purpose of this study is to test whether there is an effect of Capital Intensity, Leverage, Return on Assets, and Company Size on Tax Aggressiveness. This type of research includes quantitative research using secondary data obtained from company financial reports. The population of this study is all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2017-2019. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria of manufacturing companies listed on IDX, the financial reports in rupiah, and manufacturing companies with an ETR value of less than one. The samplehas met the criteria of 249 companies. The data analysis method used is panel data regression using Eviews 9.0. The results showed that Capital Intensity, Leverage,ROA and Firm Size have no effect on Tax Aggressiveness. The result of this study have implications for the Directorate General of Taxes (DGT) to detect the practice of tax aggressiveness by companies.  Keywords: Tax Agressiveness, Capital Intensity, Leverage, ROA,and Firm Size
