This study aimed to identify students' misconceptions on the topic of function. The research used is qualitative research using a descriptive approach. The subjects of this study were class X MIA3 selected by using purple sampling and snowball techniques. The research instrument was a written test using diagnostic test techniques for misconceptions, interviews, and observations. The qualitative data analysis techniques in this research are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing/verification. Based on the research, there are 4 students who experience misconceptions in class X MIA3 on the topic of the functions. Out of 6 indicators of misconceptions, the reasons were caused by a lack of student interest in learning, underestimating the concept of functions so that they think learning the concept of functions is very easy, embarrassed to ask questions when studying, and never repeat lessons at home so that students cannot answer questions given by the teacher.

Violence cannot be separated from the role of humans as the perpetrators. One of the many cultural activities owned by Madurese tribe in Kaliboto Kidul, Jatiroto, Lumajang is carok, a deeply rooted culture that has become a tradition. Inspired by A Latief Wiyata's thoughts, the problem that will be raised in this research is how the role of local ulama to resolve such problem. This study employs qualitative research with a descriptive approach. Its orientation is to understand the meaning of the indications and phenomena that occur in Kaliboto Kidul, Jatiroto, Lumajang. In the process of retrieving data, researchers uses observation, interview and documentation techniques. Data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation and conclusion drawing. The results of the study shows that carok in this area is described as an attempt to kill each other which is committed by men using sharp weapons in the form of celurit. The causing issues are self-esteem harassment, inheritance and revenge actions. Key words: Ulama, Carok, and Criminal Law

This study aimed to see how the implementation of the Hizbul Wathan scouting movement to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu. This type of research is to use qualitative research methods with a descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were the principal, the coach of Hizbul Wathan, the class teacher, students. Data collection is done by interviews, observations, and documentation. While in data analysis, using techniques in a way, namely data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The scouting movement of Hizbul Wathan's development in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu since its inception tends to be stagnant and not optimal. The obstacles that exist make the implementation of the scout movement hizbul wathan less than the maximum to improve the character of student leadership in MI Muhammadiyah 3 Penatarsewu.

<p>Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan kesalahan yang dilakukan siswa dalam menyelesaikan masalah segi empat pada fase konkret, dan fase transisi. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif deskritptif dengan subjek penelitian sebanyak 4 subjek yang diambil berdasarkan purposive sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan tes. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model yang dikembangkan oleh Miles dan Huberman yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan menarik kesimpulan/verifikasi data. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa fase konkret yaitu siswa salah dalam menggambar bangun yang diceritakan soal, salah dalam menentukan rumus dan tidak menuliskan rencana penyelesaian, salah melakukan prosedur penyelesaian dan tidak menggunakan rumus secara semestinya, serta tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali jawaban. Kesalahan yang sering dilakukan siswa fase transisi yaitu siswa salah dalam menggambarkan bangun yang diceritakan dalam soal, salah dalam menuliskan rumus yang perlu digunakan, pada tahap melaksanakan rencana tidak terjadi kesalahan, serta tidak melakukan pemeriksaan kembali jawaban.</p><p> </p><p>This study aims to describe the mistakes made by students in solving rectangular problems in the concrete phase and the transition phase. This study uses descriptive qualitative research with four research subjects taken based on purposive sampling. Data collection techniques using the test. Data analysis techniques using a model developed by Miles and Huberman, namely data reduction, data presentation, and concluding/verification of data. Students often made mistakes. In the concrete phase, students making drawings that are told about problems.  Errors in determining formulas and not writing completion plans, error when doing completion procedures and not using formulas properly, and not re-checking answers. In the transition phase, students who are wrong in describing the shapes told in the problem. Errors in writing the formula that needs to be used, at the stage of carrying out the plan there is no error, and not re-checking the answers.</p>

This study aims to describe the planning, execution, and follow-up of the academic supervision by the principal at SDN 6 Putatsari Grobogan. This research is qualitative. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the groove. The process of collecting data through data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion. The validity of the data using triangulation, triangulation method, and triangulation of researchers. The results of the research, academic supervision 1. Planning in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari produce, a. Preparation of supervision schedule, b. Preparation of Instrument, c. Compile a list of teachers who would be supervised. 2. Implementation of Academic Supervision in SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, supervisor came to the class with the instruments that have been prepared to make observations of learning while noting the incident in accordance with the instrument. 3. Follow-Up Supervision Academic SD Negeri 6 Putatsari, principal with the teachers held discussions break time in the principal’s office, teachers are given the opportunity to express their opinions about the learning process has been implemented. The headmaster shows the results of further observations provide opportunities for teachers to observe and analyze it.

This article aims to determine the extent to which the ability to structure sense in the form of material binding a^2-b^2=(a-b)(a+b). This type of research is qualitative research. The subjects of this study were students of class VII-B MTs ASSALAM Bangilan, amounting to 25 students. However, only six subjects were analyzed based on the ability indicators of structure sense in terms of the same answer patterns. The research instrument consisted of test questions and interview guidelines. Data analysis techniques used in the model of Miles and Huberman include data reduction, data presentation, and concluding. The study results showed that in question number 1, 40% of students could sense structure, and 60% are less familiar with the sense of structure due to each deployment's completion, not using the form a^2-b^2=(a-b)(a+b). In question number 2, 32% of students can structure sense, and 68% are less familiar with the sense of structure due to a^2-b^2=(a-b)(a+b) sensitivity is still low, and the answer pattern describes each appointment. Whereas in question number 3, only 28% can structure sense, and 72% lack familiarity with structure sense because they cannot manipulate structures properly. In conclusion, the ability to structure sense to form a^2-b^2=(a-b)(a+b) students is still low.   Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauhmana kemampuan structure sense pada materi pemangakatan bentuk a^2-b^2=(a-b)(a+b). Jenis penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII-B MTs ASSALAM Bangilan yang berjumlah 25 siswa, akan tetapi hanya diambil 6 subyek yang dianalisis berdasarkan indikator kemampuan structure sense ditinjau dari pola jawaban yang sama. Instrumen penelitian terdiri dari soal tes dan pedoman wawancara. Teknik analisis data menggunakan model Miles dan Huberman meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pada soal no. 1, 40% siswa memiliki kemampuan structure sense dan 60% kurang mengenal structure sense disebabkan dalam penyelsaiannya menjebarkan masing-masing pemangkatan, tidak menggunakan bentuk a^2-b^2=(a-b)(a+b). Pada soal no. 2, 32% siswa memiliki kemampuan structure sense dan 68% kurang mengenal structure sense disebabkan kepekaan struktur pemangkatan a^2-b^2=(a-b)(a+b) masih rendah, dan pola jawabannya menjabarkan masing-masing pemangkatan. Sedangkan pada soal no. 3 hanya 28% yang memiliki kemampuan structure sense dan 72% kurang mengenal structure sensedisebabkan tidak dapat memanipulasi   struktur dengan tepat. Kesimpulannya kemampuan structure sense pemangakata bentuk  a^2-b^2=(a-b)(a+b) siswa masih rendah.

This study aims to analyze the use of Instagram in the marketing of Alkhalif Tempe Chips small and medium business products during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a qualitative research with a descriptive approach. The informants in this study were the owners of Alkhalif Tempe Chips UKM. Data collection techniques used are observation, interview and documentation techniques. The techniques used in data analysis are data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Triangulation is done to explain the validity of the data by using source triangulation. The results showed that the use of Instagram in product marketing for small and medium-sized businesses Alkhalif Tempe Chips included: (1) The use of Instagram by Alkhalif Tempe Chips SMEs in product marketing through Instagram features, namely, Upload photos and videos, Captions, comments, Likes, Instagram Stories, IGTV, Hasthagh, Direct Message; (2) The use of Instagram as a product marketing medium for Alkhalif Tempe Chips SMEs provides benefits in business development, namely being one of the strong drivers for SMEs to continue to develop their business; (3) The problems that occur in marketing Alkhalif Tempe Chips products through Instagram are in terms of managing Instagram media, namely the slow response of buyers because the owner himself manages Instagram. And also buyers who compare prices with other sellers; (4) The income of Alkhalif Tempe Chips UKM in marketing products through Instagram has increased sales by up to 40% with previous sales.

It is still unknown whether the futsal extracurricular management in Jepara regency is the success of the futsal extracurricular. One of them is determined by management and some schools still do not carry out management functions in extracurricular activities. Therefore, this study aims to determine how the management of futsal extracurricular activities in SMA State Jepara Regency. This research uses qualitative research with a descriptive approach, with the research subjects namely coaches, trainers and students. Collecting data using interview, observation and documentation methods. Data analysis using methods that are carried out continuously with data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions. The results of the study are seen from the indicators: (1) Planning is said to have not been programmed properly, seen from the absence of planning in the program being made. Regarding funding, it is not yet detailed in the planning. (2) Organizing is said to be still not competent, seen from the absence of an organizational structure for futsal extracurricular activities. (3) The implementation is said to still experience obstacles in the training process such as the field often collides with other extracurricular activities. The available facilities and infrastructure are inadequate. (4) The supervision is said to have not been maximally carried out because the evaluation is fully left to the trainer. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the extracurricular management of Futsal in SMA State Jepara including planning, organizing, mobilizing and monitoring has not been implemented properly. From the overall suggestion it can be concluded that, to the principal of SMA State in Jepara Regency and the management of the futsal extracurricular that oversees the futsal extracurricular activities of SMA State in Jepara Regency to be able to use the results of this research as input and information in order to improve management performance in order to continue to develop and improve the achievements of futsal extracurricular. Keywords: Management, Extracurricular, Futsal Abstrak Manajemen ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri se – kabupaten Jepara masih belum diketahui, dimana keberhasilan ekstrakurikuler futsal. Salah satunya ditentukan oleh manajemen dan beberapa sekolah masih belum menjalankan fungsi manajemen dalam ekstrakurikuler. Maka dari itu, penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui bagaimana manajemen kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Jepara. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan deskriptif, dengan subjek penelitian ini yaitu Pembina, Pelatih dan siswa. Pengumpulan data menggunakan metode wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Analisis data menggunakan metode yang dilakukan secara terus menerus dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian dilihat dari indikator : (1) Perencanaan dikatakan belum terprogram dengan baik dilihat dari tidak adanya perencanaan dalam program yang dibuat. Mengenai pendanaan belum secara terperinci dalam perencanaan. (2) Pengorganisasian dikatakan masih belum berkompeten dilihat dari tidak adanya struktur organisasi kegiatan ekstrakurikuler futsal. (3) Pelaksanaan dikatakan masih mengalami hambatan dalam proses latihan seperti lapangan sering berbenturan dengan ekstrakurikuler yang lain. Sarana dan prasarana yang tersedia kurang memadai. (4) Pengawasan dikatakan belum maksimal dilakukan karena evaluasi sepenuhnya diserahkan kepada pelatih. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkkan bahwa Manajemen Ektrakurikuler Futsal SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Jepara meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, penggerakan dan pengawasan belum bisa terlaksana dengan baik. Dari saran keseluruhan dapat disimpulkan bahwa, kepada kepala sekolah SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Jepara dan kepengurusan ektrakurikuler futsal  yang menaungi ekstrakurikuler futsal SMA Negeri se- Kabupaten Jepara untuk dapat menggunakan hasil penelitian ini sebagai bahan masukan dan informasi dalam rangka meningkatkan kinerja manajemen agar terus mengembangkan dan meningkatkan prestasi dari ekstrakurikuler futsalnya. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui penerapan kedisiplinan belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan ibadah salat zuhur berjamaah peserta didik di SDN 166 Laburawung Kecamatan Lalabata Kabupaten Soppeng. Penelitian ini termasuk kategori penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan teologis, pedagogis, dan psikologis. Sumber data pada penelitian ini adalah kepala sekolah, para pendidik, tenaga kependidikan, dan peserta didik. Adapun metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah pengamatan, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Teknik pengolahan dan analisis data yang digunakan yaitu reduksi data, penyajian data, dan verifikasi data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan kedisiplinan belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam dalam meningkatkan pelaksanaan ibadah salat zuhur berjamaah peserta didik di SDN 166 Laburawung Kecamatan Lalabata Kabupaten Soppeng cukup baik. Hal tersebut sesuai dengan pengamatan yang dilakukan bahwa peserta didik yang disiplin dalam belajar Pendidikan Agama Islam bisa lebih paham tentang ajaran Islam sehingga dapat mengamalkannya terutama dalam hal pelaksanaan ibadah salat zuhur berjamaah.AbstractThe aim of this research was to determine the implementation of learning discipline of Islamic Religious Education subject in improving the midday prayer together to the students of SDN 166 Laburawung, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency. This research applied qualitative research using theological, pedagogical, and psychological approaches. Data sources of this research were the principal, educators, staffs, and students. Observation, interview, and documentation were used in collecting the data as instruments. Data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. Therefore, the result indicated that the implementation of learning discipline of Islamic Religious Education in improving midday prayer together to the students of SDN 166 Laburawung, Lalabata District, Soppeng Regency was quite good. This finding was in line with the result of observations that the students who were discipline in learning Islamic Religious Education could understand more about the teachings of Islam so that they could apply it especially in terms of the implementation of midday prayer.

This study departs from the rampant phenomenon of people believe and go shaman. Shamans believed to have the ability and expertise to provide suggestions in the process of healing and helping people. The problem in this study is how the experience, skills and expertise shaman in Lamongan in his work treating and helping the client? The purpose of this study was to understand and explore in depth the communication competence magical shaman related to his work in serving and treating clients in Lamongan East Java Province. This study used a phenomenological approach to qualitative research methods The subjects in this study were shamans and existing clients in the area of Lamongan East Java Province. Data sources or selected informants purposively with the terms directly experience the events that are the focus of research, able to recount events that happened, and be willing to research informants. Data collection techniques in this study using the technique of interviewing, observation, and document review. While the data analysis techniques used in this study are three flow activities: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion / verification. The results of this study describes the capabilities and expertise of shaman is suwuk, petungan, penerawangan, and prewangan. Ability and skills possessed shaman on that gave birth a new communication concept is suwuk communication, petungan communication, penerawangan communication, and prewangan communication.

Community participation is the main asset in achieving the government's program goals. This study aims to determine community participation in development at Baringeng Village, Soppeng regency. Therefore, to find out the objectives of this study, the researcher used descriptive qualitative research. The informants in this study were (7 peoples) using data collection techniques that were carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. The data obtained from the research results were processed using data analysis techniques consisting of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that community participation in development at Baringeng village, Soppeng regency was in the high category. This can be viewed from several indicators, including thought participation, energy participation, property participation, skills participation, and social participation.
