The problem in this study is the company's profit which is very important for the company because it is the company's main goal.  The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of the variables of sales growth , cash turnover and liquidity on profitability in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2017-2019. The population in this study amounted to 180 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019. The sampling method used is purposive sampling, with a research sample of 27 companies for 2017-2019, so the research sample data is 81. The data collection technique is to download financial reports from the www.idx.co.id site. The data analysis technique used in this study used multiple regression analysis. The results of the study partially show that sales growth variable has no significant effect on profitability, but the cash turnover and liquidity variables have a partial and significant effect on the company's profitability. Simultaneously sales growth, cash turnover and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on profitability.

This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, financial distress, debt level, and managerial ownership on hedging decisions on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative-causality research. The population of this research is all the go pubic manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 170 companies. The number of samples used was 81 companies, which were taken using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses the logistic regression analysis method. The results of data analysis show that: (1) firm size and managerial ownership variables have a positive and significant effect on hedging decisions and (2) financial distress and debt levels have a negative and insignificant effect on hedging decisions.Keywords:hedging, firm size, financial distress, debt level, managerial ownership

This study aims to examine the variables of the proportion of independent commissioners, leverage, sales growth and profitability that affect companies to carry out tax avoidance. This research was conducted on all manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2014-2017, with a total of 200 samples. Sample selection using probability sampling technique is purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression analysis test. The results showed that the proportion of independent commissioners, sales growth and profitability had no effect on tax avoidance while leverage had an effect on tax avoidance. This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of asset structure, managerial ownership, and income variability on the company's capital structure (DER). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2017- 2019 period. The population in this study were 181 companies, using the purposive sampling method the research sample was obtained as many as 46 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique used in this research is panel data regression analysis technique with Eviews version 11 as a tool. Based on the research results, it is found that the asset structure has no effect on the capital structure. Managerial ownership has a positive and significant effect on capital structure. This study aims to analyze the effect of firm size, sales growth, profitability and leverage on stock returns in food and beverage companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. The sampling method used is purposive sampling method. The number of companies sampled in this study are 11 Food And Beverage companies listed on the IDX in the 2015-2019 period. The data used is secondary data. The data analysis method used in this study is Eviews 9. The results of this study indicate that there is an effect of company size on stock returns in Manufacturing companies in the Food and Beverage sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. There is an effect of Sales Growth (Growth) on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Profitability affects stock returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period. Leverage has an effect on Stock Returns in Food and Beverage Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2015-2019 period.

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial ownership and institutional ownership on dividend policy with free cash flow as a moderating variable. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2015-2019. The sample was selected by means of a purposive sampling method with 42 companies as samples and 210 observations. The analysis technique used in this research is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that the higher the managerial ownership, the higher the dividend policy, especially in companies that have high free cash flow, and the higher the institutional ownership, the higher the dividend policy, especially in companies with high free cash flow. This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of Non Performing Loans (NPL), Loan to Deposit Ratio (LDR), Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR), and credit restructuring policies on the value of banking firms on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The research was conducted by analyzing quarterly financial reports published on the Indonesia Stock Exchange website which contained information on banking financial performance ratios, credit restructuring policies, and company value using the PBV method. The Sampling method uses purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results showed that NPL had a negative and significant effect on firm value, LDR had a positive and significant effect on firm value. CAR has a positive and significant effect on firm value. The Credit Restructuring Policy has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Audit delay is the time required by the auditor to generate audit reports on the performance of a company's financial statements. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about auditor opinion and solvency as a moderator of profitability effect on audit delay. This research was conducted at a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a period of research in 2013-2015. The method of determining the sample in this study using purposive sampling method with a sample of 165 manufacturing companies during the period 2013-2015 that already meet the criteria for determining the sample. Data analysis technique applied in this research is test of absolute difference value. The results showed that Profitability had a significant negative effect on audit delay. Auditor opinion strengthens the negative effect of profitability on audit delay. Solvency weakens the negative effect of profitability on audit delay. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the effect between profitability, size  and liquidity on firm value in consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) from 2014 to 2018. This research was conducted because there are still differences in research results and  there is fluctuation in the value of the company in the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The population used in this study were companies in the consumer goods industry listed on the IDX in the 2014 - 2018 period. While the sample used in this study were 37 companies in the consumer goods industry sector which were selected using the purposive sampling method.  The data analysis technique used is multiple regression analysis in order to determine the relationship between variables.  The results of this study indicate that profitability, size and liquidity simultaneously have an influence on firm value.  Partially profitability has a positive and significant effect on firm value, size has no effect on firm value and liquidity has a negative and significant effect on firm value.

Financial distress is the stage of decreasing the company's financial condition that occurs before the company goes bankrupt. This research is conducted to see the effect of liquidity, leverage, sales growth and company size on financial distress of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The population in this study are all Manufacturing Companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2015-2017. The sample selection is determined by purposive sampling. This research uses logistic regression as the data analysis technique. The results of the this research state that (1) liquidity has a negative and no significant effect on financial distress of manufacturing companies, (2) leverage has a positive and significant effect on  financial distress of manufacturing companies, (3) sales growth has a negative and significant effect on the financial distress of manufacturing companies, (4) company size has a negative and no significant effect on financial distress of manufacturing companies. The suggestion of this research are, (1) for the next researcher, it is recommended to be able to add the period of research and to use other indicators related to the factors that influence financial distress. (2) for the management, it is better to be aware of the company's financial condition. (3) for investors and creditors to be able to seek information in advance about the company's financial condition before deciding to invest and provide loans to a company.Keywords: financial distress, likuiditas, leverage, sales growth, firm size
