The Syntactic Doubling of Relative-interrogative and Indefinite (Temporal, Modal and Quantitative Adverbials) through Corresponding Alterity Adverbials in Present-day Romanian. This study represents a continuation of a previous study (Chircu 2020b); it discusses the distribution of (temporal, modal and quantitative) alterity adverbials which syntactically double semantically equivalent relative-interrogative and indefinite adverbials. The alterity adverbials strengthen the meaning of the relative-interrogative and indefinite adverbials and offer alternative solutions of fulfilling the action expressed by the verb or, in the case of modal adverbials, of satisfying the constraints of a ternary relation. In the identified contexts, it can be observed that the alterity adverbial is used both anaphorically and cataphorically, depending of the choice of the speakers. For this analysis, the author has extracted data from the present-day language (the CoRoLa corpus and Google).

                                Translation of four dimensional axes anywhere within the spatial and temporal boundaries of the universe would require quantitative values from convergence between parameters that reflect these limits. The presence of entanglement and volumetric velocities indicates that the initiating energy for displacement and transposition of axes would be within the upper limit of the rest mass of a single photon which is the same order of magnitude as a macroscopic Hamiltonian of the modified Schrödinger wave function. The representative metaphor is that any local 4-D geometry, rather than displaying restricted movement through Minkowskian space, would instead expand to the total universal space-time volume before re-converging into another location where it would be subject to cause-effect. Within this transient context the contributions from the anisotropic features of entropy and the laws of thermodynamics would be minimal.  The central operation of a fundamental unit of 10-20 J, the hydrogen line frequency, and the Bohr orbital time for ground state electrons would be required for the relocalized manifestation. Similar quantified convergence occurs for the ~1012 parallel states within space per Planck’s time which solve for phase-shift increments where Casimir and magnetic forces intersect.  Experimental support for these interpretations and potential applications is considered. The multiple, convergent solutions of basic universal quantities suggest that translations of spatial axes into adjacent spatial states and the transposition of four dimensional configurations any where and any time within the universe may be accessed but would require alternative perspectives and technologies.

The model of community education in the form of the prophet Muhammad is community education modeled on the ways of education carried out by the prophet Muhammad SAW. Among the models of the prophet Muhammad SAW education. namely the development of Islamic education, curriculum, materials, methods, institutions, guidance during the time of the Prophet Muhammad SAW. Alternative solutions for social life in Indonesia include Indonesian education that must be designed in such a way as to enable students to develop their potential naturally and creatively in an atmosphere of freedom, togetherness, and responsibility. In addition, education must produce graduates who can understand their community with all the factors that can support success or obstacles that cause failure in social life. One alternative that can be done is to develop an education model of the Prophet Muhammad SAW.

Rectal erosions after ventral rectopexy (VR) is an uncommon but challenging adverse event and can be associated with partial migration of the mesh into the intestinal cavity. Re-do surgery is difficult and often provides colostomy and/or anterior rectal resections. However, no alternative solutions are described in the available literature. An 82-year-old woman presented to our hospital for rectal erosion and intraluminal migration of the mesh placed at a 1-year laparoscopic VR. We performed an innovative totally endoscopic approach, using thulium laser and two endoscopes, that led to a successful removal of the mesh. The described mini-invasive technique can be an effective alternative to surgery in tertiary referral centres.

The COVID-19 pandemic has presented significant challenges to services providing emergency care, in both the community and hospital setting. The Physician Response Unit (PRU) is a Community Emergency Medicine model, working closely with community, hospital and pre-hospital services. In response to the pandemic, the PRU has been able to rapidly introduce novel pathways designed to support local emergency departments (EDs) and local emergency patients. The pathways are (1) supporting discharge from acute medical and older people’s services wards into the community; (2) supporting acute oncology services; (3) supporting EDs; (4) supporting palliative care services. Establishing these pathways have facilitated a number of vulnerable patients to access patient-focussed and holistic definitive emergency care. The pathways have also allowed EDs to safely discharge patients to the community, and also mitigate some of the problems associated with trying to maintain isolation for vulnerable patients within the ED. Community Emergency Medicine models are able to reduce ED attendances and hospital admissions, and hence risk of crowding, as well as reducing nosocomial risks for patients who can have high-quality emergency care brought to them. This model may also provide various alternative solutions in the delivery of safe emergency care in the postpandemic healthcare landscape.

Mercury discharge lamps are often used because of their high efficiency; however, the usage of mercury lamps will be restricted or forbidden for safety and environmental purposes. Finding alternative solutions to suppress mercury is of major interest. The aim of this work is to increase the luminous efficacy of a commercial-free mercury flat dielectric barrier discharge lamp (Planilum, St Gobain) in order to reach the necessary conditions for the lamp to be used as a daily lighting source. The lamp is made of two glass plates separated by a gap of 2 mm. The gap is filled by a neon xenon mixture. The external electrodes made of transparent ITO (indium tin oxide) are deposited on the lamp glass plates. The electrical signal applied to the electrodes generates a UV-emitting plasma inside the gap. Phosphors deposited on the glass allow the production of visible light. The original electrode geometry is plane-to-plane; this induces filamentary discharges. We show that changing the plane-to-plane geometry to a coplanar geometry allows the plasma to spread all over the electrode surface, and we can reach twice the efficacy of the lamp (32 lm/W) as compared to the original value. Using this new electrode geometrical configuration and changing the electrical signal from sinusoidal to a pulsed signal greatly improves the visual uniformity of the emitted light all over the lamp. Electrical and optical parametric measurements were performed to study the lamp characteristics. We show that it is possible to develop a free mercury lamp with an efficacy compatible with lighting purposes.

The building information modelling (BIM) methodology supports collaborative works, based on the centralization of all information in a federated BIM model and on an efficient level of interoperability between BIM-based platforms. Concerning the structure design, the interoperability capacity of the most used software presents limitations that must be identified and alternative solutions must be proposed. This study analyzes the process of transfer of structure models between modeling and structure analysis tools. Distinct building cases were performed in order to recognize the type of limitations verified in the transfer processes concerning two-way data flow between several software. The study involves the modeling software ArchiCAD 2020, Revit 2020, and AECOsim 2019 and the structure analyzes tools SAP 2020, Robot 2020, and ETABS 22020. The transfer processes are realized in two ways: using the native data format; using a universal standard data transfer, the Industry Foundation Classes (IFC) format. The level of maturity of BIM in structure design is still relatively low, caused essentially by interoperability problems, but despite the limitations detected, this study shows throughout the development of several building case, that the methodology has clear advantages in the development of the structure project.

In this paper, we propose new definitions of digital Jordan curves and digital Jordan surfaces. We start with introducing and studying closure operators on a given set that are associated with n-ary relations (n > 1 an integer) on this set. Discussed are in particular the closure operators associated with certain n-ary relations on the digital line ℤ. Of these relations, we focus on a ternary one equipping the digital plane ℤ2 and the digital space ℤ3 with the closure operator associated with the direct product of two and three, respectively, copies of this ternary relation. The connectedness provided by the closure operator is shown to be suitable for defining digital curves satisfying a digital Jordan curve theorem and digital surfaces satisfying a digital Jordan surface theorem.
