This research is the extent to which efforts to optimize literacy culture through school libraries during the Covid-19 pandemic carried out by SD N 1 Pageraji Korwilcam Dindik Cilongok, Banyumas district. Data collection methods used in this study include: interviews, observation, and documentation. The data analysis technique is reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Programs in an effort to cultivate a literacy culture are compiled periodically, the daily program that has been implemented is by holding non-lesson book reading activities before learning begins, by sharing literacy corners throughout the school environment. The weekly program includes posting pictures / stories of activities on social media and making scheduled visits to the school library. Monthly program by making observation forms to assess students' progress in literacy. Semester program implemented by giving awards to teachers and students. These programs are implemented with a pattern of cooperation from all elements, namely the principal, teachers, education personnel, which will make the school library utilization program implemented properly.

This research shows that the implementation of Teacher Performance Appraisal in schools has been implemented but has never been followed up by analyzing the results. Analysis is very important for schools to compile a Sustainable Professional Development program for teachers and as a tool for evaluating the implementation of Teacher Performance Appraisals in order to achieve better education quality. From the results of observations and interviews, there were assessors who were not objective, the value of Teacher Performance Appraisal with certified physical evidence was not yet appropriate. The average result of the Subject Teacher Performance Appraisal is 87% (good) and the Counseling Guidance is 88% (good). Average Teacher Performance Appraisal in pedagogic competence subjects 83% (good) and Counseling Guidance 97% (very good), subject teacher personality competence 98% (very good) and Counseling Guidance 100% (very good), social competence of subject teachers lesson 86% (good) and Counseling Guidance 83% (good), as well as the professional competence of subject teachers 83% (good) and Counseling Guidance 79% (good). However, there are several competency indicators for subject teachers whose mastery is 75% (sufficient) and Counseling Guidance 50% (moderate). Even though the results of the Teacher Performance Assessment have been good, the principal needs to control the implementation and reporting so that the results are more credible, can be accounted for, not only for aborting obligations as well as one of the requirements for submitting credit scores for teachers.

Tutoring service program for individual assistance in order to overcome problems in children's learning activities so that there are different styles of children's learning in achieving maximum learning performance. Children's tutoring focuses on improving children's learning, children's independent attitudes, children's growth and development, and children's learning achievement. Improving children's learning requires the cooperation of teachers and parents as a source of communication. This program is the first pathway in the Wadas Kelir Play Group non-formal education unit as a child's learning excellence. The organizer of this tutoring service program is the Wadas Kelir Purwokerto Play Group which has programs, orientation services, information services, coaching and distribution, excellence, and learning assistance. The research objective is to find out the aspects of child development through active, educational, and communicative tutoring services programs. So, the achievement of the implementation of tutoring services is having learning resilience in learning habits, such as accustomed to reading or reading books, art school, appreciation of work, and motivation for children's independence. The research method is descriptive qualitative with the subject; classroom teachers, and children involved in learning activities. The research object of the tutoring service program is in the Wadas Kelir South Purwokerto Play Group. The method is by collecting data in the form of documentation, interviews, and observations. As a result, children are confident, skilled in learning, increased language vocabulary, are independent, can read, and have increased reasoning power. From here, the main key to maximum child development is to program children to learn in a fun learning model.

This study aims to determine the description of the creativity of teaching some English teachers in Yunior High School in Banyumas regency during pandemic covid-19, particularly in using online learning media. The method used in the research is descriptive qualitative. One of online learning challenge is boredom, less motivation, uninteresting learning, many homeworks, and also the students don’t go to school for a long time and they will disturb the learning effectivity. In this case, teachers creativity is primarly needed so teachers can manage online learning to be an interesting class and it will motivate students to study and in turn it will also improve students ’achievement. The results show that from 8 English Yunior High School teachers in Banyumas regency researched, found many various way of teaching online using online media. The creativity that has done is the planning, implementing, dan evaluation in teaching online. There are 3 online media used in planning & implementing, they are Whatsapp group, Google Classroom, and Video Converence (Zoom/Google meet). In addition there are 5 online media used in evaluation, they are Ms. Word, Google Forms, Quizizz, Ms. Forms. And Online Crossword. From this study concluded that English teachers creativity is very good in which each teacher has his/her own creativity adapted with the students’ situation & condition and it becomes the other choice of teaching online model for readers.

This research on Philanthropy for The Financing of Educational Institutions in KB Al Hikmah Purworejo was conducted to find out about how philanthropy financing is carried out in kb AL Hikmah Purworejo. The method used in this article is a type of qualitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques are carried out with observations, interviews and documentation. The analysis techniques carried out are the presentation of data, and draw conclusions. The results of this study show that philanthropy financing is still needed in kb Al Hikmah institutions considering the needs of institutions that have not been able to be fully independent. With the philanthropy by the community also supports learning activities so that kb Al Hikmah institutions remained until now even in pandemic situations. Philanthropic activities financing by the community there are carried out routinely every month such as the addition of teacher salaries, payment of electricity and water accounts. So with the philanthropy financing of this institution is very helpful in the process of learning and improving the quality of early childhood education

Islamic education is a science that teaches people to be better. Humans also need a healthy body to survive. Therefore, it is necessary to study the material on the philosophy of Islamic education in the perspective of physical education. Human beings need knowledge to be able to solve every problem in life. Science that is very closely related to life is the science of Islamic education. Islamic education teaches life in accordance with Islamic values. Leaders in life must have strong physical and health mental to be able the overcome various problems. Efforts in improving physical health can be made by studying physical education. Muslims have long since applied physical education in learning and defending Islam. The religious foundation in physical education based on the Quran and hadith proves that Islamic religious education is interconnected with physical education and complements each other in supporting human life as caliphs on earth.

This study aims to provide a depiction of the ptodrd improvement of paragraph writing skills of grade 1 students at SD Negeri 3 Kemranggon, Susukan Subdistrict, Banjarnegara Regency through learning media in the form of images or photos. The method applied is field research that uses case studies, in which students or students will be observed the development or improvement of their writing skills before and after carrying out learning using image media. Data collection techniques conducted in the form of field observations using instruments that have been created with the aim of observing the learning process that occurs in the classroom using learning media in the form of images or photos. The results of this study showed the existence of power levels with an average value of 56.87% at the beginning increased to 66.43% in the first cycle, and in the second cycle increased again to 80.17%, and the value obtained has exceeded the complete value limit of the average value above 65 (KKM)

During a pandemic, which has an impact on the world of education, which requires distance learning, resulting in the emergence of various problems, including the cultivation of character for students. Therefore it is necessary to have innovation in distance learning that is good and effective, so that it can instill character in students. This paper will provide descriptions related to some of the methods that are carried out, and can be used as a reference for educators in instilling character in students in distance learning during the Corona pandemic that is hitting Indonesia. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. Researchers obtained data from interviews, observations and documentation on 12 teachers at SD NU Master Sokaraja. There are four ways that can be practiced by school educators at the current PJJ period, namely: Integrating character planting in the curriculum, character planting through class management, character building through the choice of methods and the use of learning methods, character building through the literacy movement.

The low ability of students to write sentences in Indonesia language learning is the background of this research. Salted fish learning resources are used to develop students’ writing sentence skills. Salted fish as part of local wisdom is an important given to the education. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the use salted fish learning resources to make sentences in Indonesian language learning. The study was conducted in class III SDN Tambakreja 02 Cilacap with 25 students, consisting of 12 male and 13 female students. Data collection techniques were observation, interview and documentation. The collected data were analyzed using qualitative analysis techniques. The result of the study prove that salted fish learning resources are effective in developing students’ writing abilities. High student enthusiasm, seen from a pleasant atmosphere and student activity in the learning process. The percentage of students who score above KKM is 92% of 25 students.

Indonesian language, has three aspects that need to be considered, namely aspects of knowledge (competence), skills and attitudes. Those three aspects are in succession concerning the four skills, namely listening, speaking, reading, and writing. The research method used in this study is a descriptive quality research method. With the study subject of students and teachers of class V MI Diponegoro 03 Karangklesem District South Purwokerto. The analysis of the data used is a thematic technique of analysis by analyzing the data in the form of field records, recordings, documents and interviews results in depth. The result of this study is that the presence of models in learning essay writing material will help students to think critically. Students will be assisted by observing the model provided, so that students better understand the material being taught. Students not only receive information from teachers, but students can also dig into the information of the model provided
