The question is raised about the study of mosque books of the Tobolsk province of the XIX - early XX centuries, stored in the State Budgetary Institution of the Tyumen region “State Archives of Tobolsk”. It is reported that the documents cover the period from 1830 to 1917 and are the metric books of the Siberian Tatars “on a note on births, about marriage, divorce and death”. The relevance of the study is due to the preservation and study of the literary texts of the indigenous Turkic people of Western Siberia - the Siberian Tatars. A review of the geography and chronology of preserved manuscripts is carried out, the features of the composition of the information contained in mosque books of the Sauskan and Chebourg yurts are considered. The authors emphasize the value of metric books as a source, since some traditional features of Tatar writing of the 18th-19th centuries have been preserved in them, which is associated with generally accepted standards for the design of official business papers. The scientific prospects of the study are considered: the creation of a written corpus of manuscript books of Siberian Tatars; analysis of the unexplored literary texts in the corpus, archaeographic (paleographic description, the study of graphics, spelling and punctuation), linguistic-textological and linguocultural aspects; application of the genealogical approach in describing the anthroponymic of Tobolsk province of the 19th - early 20th centuries on the basis of metric data on births, marriages, divorces and death.

The article examines the history of collecting documentary and cultural heritage since 1917 and the participation of archives, museums and libraries in the creation of the Archival Fund of the country. In the 1920s and 1930s, archival institutions were established through the efforts of outstanding representatives of Russian culture. At the same period, the structure and activities of the museums created earlier in the Russian state in the 18th – 19th centuries were improved. The new museums that had been opened in various regions of Russia received rescued archival funds, collections and occasional papers. It is shown that during this period there was a discussion about the differentiation of the concepts of an “archive”, “library” and a “museum”. The present work reveals the difficulties in the interaction between museums, libraries and archives in the process of saving the cultural heritage of the state and arranging archival documents; the article also discusses the problems and complications in the formation of the State Archival Fund of the USSR. During this period, the development of normative and methodological documents regulating the main areas of work on the description and registration of records received by state repositories contributed to a more efficient use and publication of the documents stored in the state archives. It is noted that museums and libraries had problems connected with the description of the archival documents accepted for storage, with record keeping and the creation of the finding aids for them, as well as with the possibilities of effective use of the papers. The documents of the manuscript departments of museums and libraries have become part of the unified archival heritage of Russia and, together with the state archives, they now provide information resources for conducting various kinds of historical research.

OD SPORU DO KSIĘGOZBIORU, CZYLI O POSEKULARYZACYJNEJ GENEZIE I ROZWOJU IDEI GROMADZENIA LITERATURY FACHOWEJ W DAWNYM ARCHIWUM PAŃSTWOWYM WE WROCŁAWIU STAATSARCHIV BRESLAU DO 1945 ROKUTrudności w utworzeniu biblioteki archiwalnej w pierwszych latach istnienia Archiwum na skutek sporów między archiwistą J.G.G. Büschingiem a dyrektorem Centralnej Biblioteki Śląskiej J.G. Schneiderem. Pierwsze nabytki biblioteczne. Działalność Wilhelma Wattenbacha. Nabytki, organizacja i pomieszczenia biblioteki archiwalnej do 1945 roku.FROM A DISPUTE TO A BOOK COLLECTION, I.E. ON THE POST-SECULARISATION ORIGINS AND DEVELOPMENT OF THE IDEA OF COLLECTING THE SPECIALIST LITERATURE IN THE FORMER STATE ARCHIVES IN WROCŁAW STAATSARCHIV BRESLAU UNTIL 1945Specialist literature collected from the first few decades of the existence of the State Archives in Wrocław was a form of specialist aid, with time becoming a collection complementing archive materials. The idea to compile the first independent collection emerged from a conflict between the first archivist, Johann Gustav Gottlieb Büsching and the director, from 1812, of the Central Silesian Library, located in the same building on the Sand Island, Johann Gottlob Schneider, an advocate of abolishing the existing privilege of free access of archivists to the library. The process of amassing archive literature was developed on a broader scale after Schneider’s death in 1822. Among the first publications acquired by the director of the then Royal Silesian Provincial Archives later State Archives, Gustav Adolf Harald Stenzel, were Johann Sinapius’ Schlesische Curiositäten and Friedrich Vater’s Repertorium der preussischen schlesischen Verfassung. Another source for obtaining specialist literature was regular donations from the Ministry of Internal Affairs. Considerablesupport for the creation of a typical archive library came from the director, from 1852, of thePrussian State Archives, Karl Wilhelm von Lancizolle, author of the first guidelines on collecting archive specialist literature. Soon another director of the Wrocław institution, Wilhelm Wattenbach, compiled a separate catalogue of acquisitions for the library collection. Eventually, the book collection of the former Staatsarchiv Breslau grew to about 30,000 volumes and contained all the most significant Silesian-themed works from the past. This made the Wrocław archive library ranked sixth among the forty libraries functioning in German state archives. However, the collection was lost when the Archives building in Tiergartenstrasse 13 was destroyed in 1945. Efforts to organise again specialist, Polish State Archives in Wrocław from scratch were undertaken already in the first few years after the second world war and have continued to this day.

The events of the Russian Time of Troubles are insufficiently studied due to the destruction of Russian archives during the hard times and in the Moscow fire of 1626. The state archives in the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth were not accumulated. Upon finishing their careers, statesmen took documents to their private collections, which were then shared by the heirs. The search for these documents and their introduction into scholarship have now accelerated due to the digitization of archival materials and their online publishing. A document entitled “Spis przedstawicieli Rosji przysięgających wierność Zygmuntowi III” by Polish archivists has become available on the Platforma Cyfrowa Biblioteki Kórnickiej resource, which lists 26 senior ambassadors from 259 members of the embassy of the Tushino boyars to the Polish king. Until recently, historians have had assumptions about the composition of this embassy on the basis of indirect data from other sources. The document published below, despite the distortion of the names, contains direct references to the members of the Tushino Embassy. The comparison of the data in this document with the information about lands granted to the Tushino boyars and nobles by the king in February — July 1610, available in the Lithuanian Metrica, enables to establish with high accuracy the personalities of the leaders of “the men of Tushino” who swore allegiance to the king of the Polish-Lithuanian Commonwealth Sigismund III Vasa. The embassy in question was an important stage in the formation of the project of installing a foreign prince Vladislav to the Russian throne, which led to the creation of a third center of power in the country.

Following the development of e-literature and the state of research on the subject both in Poland and abroad, the author attempts to outline research perspectives for e-poetics. This discipline, barely over twenty years old, concerns the study of literary texts that are created with the use of digital technologies. Hypertextual works available online and via digital carriers are characterized by intermediality and interactivity, and they differ from printed literature in that computers are indispensable tools for their creation, existence and reception. What are the consequences of this change of medium for literature, its structure, the process of communication with the reader and the interpretative possibilities? How can one describe the relationship between the old and the new form of a literary text? Finally, why is it important to introduce research on electronic literature into academic education?

The term intertextual is generally understood as the inter-relationship of the text with other text. Each text is a mosaic of quotations and every text is absorption and transformation from other texts. Text made of quotation, absorption, and transformation of other texts. As the author writes, the author will take the components of another text as a basis for the creation of his work. All was prepared and given to the adjustment of color, and if necessary, may be added in order to become a complete work. Intertextual approach emphasizes the notion that a literary text is seen as writing or graft insertion in the framework of other literary texts, such as tradition, literary genres, parody, reference or citation.
