What profession to choose? The question is inevitable; the answer is seeking every individual in some stage of his age or social development. The solution of the issue is very importance not only for his personality but generally for society. Professional orientation helps the youth for professional consciousness. Professional orientation is normal continuation of educational work and is considered to be its logical end in some respects. Providing consultancy to individual for professional orientation aims not only assisting to organize his learning process, but assuring confidence towards his future from psychological point of view.

ABSTRACT The 2030 Agenda for Sustainable Development establishes goals to prevent and eliminate all forms of violence against women and girls in Goal 5; In this sense, this research is aimed at revealing this problem in athletes with moderate intellectual disabilities of the Rhythmic Gymnastics team of Santiago de Cuba who are thirteen and fourteen years old, aiming at the application of educational-therapeutic actions for the prevention of acts of violence in athletes. Through the educational work carried out in the training process, it was possible to identify, characterize and transform their behaviors, from the system of educational influences to prevent violence in student-athletes. The study carried out by the authors of the present work had a period of observation and application of activities of 8 months during the training of the team, which together with other scientific methods such as interview and observation allowed to corroborate the problem and apply the objective. The results obtained show changes in the behavior of the athletes from the physical, aesthetic, biological and psychological point of view that are considered the partial conclusions of this pedagogical experience. Keywords: prevention, violence, moderate intellectual disability, educational work, gender.

Gaining English language learning effectively has been discussed all years long. Similarly, Learners have various troubles outcomes in the learning process. Creating a joyful and comfortable situation must be considered by learners. Thus, the implementation of effective learning strategies is certainly necessary for English learners. This descriptive study has two purposes: first, to introduce the classification and characterization of learning strategies such as; memory, cognitive, metacognitive, compensation, social, and affective strategies that are used by learners in the classroom and second, it provides some questionnaires item based on Strategy of Inventory for Language Learning (SILL) version 5.0 that can be used to examine the frequency of students’ learning strategies in the learning process. The summary of this study explains and discusses the researchers’ point of view on the impact of learning outcomes by learning strategies used. Finally, utilizing appropriate learning strategies are certainly beneficial for both teachers and learners to achieve the learning target effectively.

Modern approaches in deep neural networks have a number of issues related to the learning process and computational costs. This article considers the architecture grounded on an alternative approach to the basic unit of the neural network. This approach achieves optimization in the calculations and gives rise to an alternative way to solve the problems of the vanishing and exploding gradient. The main issue of the article is the usage of the deep stacked neo-fuzzy system, which uses a generalized neo-fuzzy neuron to optimize the learning process. This approach is non-standard from a theoretical point of view, so the paper presents the necessary mathematical calculations and describes all the intricacies of using this architecture from a practical point of view. From a theoretical point, the network learning process is fully disclosed. Derived all necessary calculations for the use of the backpropagation algorithm for network training. A feature of the network is the rapid calculation of the derivative for the activation functions of neurons. This is achieved through the use of fuzzy membership functions. The paper shows that the derivative of such function is a constant, and this is a reason for the statement of increasing in the optimization rate in comparison with neural networks which use neurons with more common activation functions (ReLU, sigmoid). The paper highlights the main points that can be improved in further theoretical developments on this topic. In general, these issues are related to the calculation of the activation function. The proposed methods cope with these points and allow approximation using the network, but the authors already have theoretical justifications for improving the speed and approximation properties of the network. The results of the comparison of the proposed network with standard neural network architectures are shown

The concept of evil has been researched since the Medieval era, leading to the conclusion that human beings have the freedom to choose good from bad, or evil from good. The origin of evil based on the religious teachings is Satan, who is described as the Rebel Angel, as explained by Dante in The Divine Comedy (Alighieri, 1957). Satan tempts human beings into sinning, as revenge against God for placing him in Hell. Based on the psychological point of view developed by Sigmund Freud, the source of evil is id which is distinctive (Freud, 1966). Villain motivations are driven by the tendency of the ego to make realistic decisions about meeting the unrealistic and unreasonable desires by the id. The other aspect that motivates villain actions include jealousy, anger and revenge, as indicated in the play. Shakespeare presents the villain character perfectly in his play Othello (1604) through Iago, whose main focus in life is to destroy others “So will I turn her virtue into pitch And out of her own goodness make the net That shall enmesh them all” (Shakespeare, 1993, p. 99). Through his manipulative skills, he makes the other characters trust him “Iago most honest” (Shakespeare, 1993, p. 75) and then fuel conflicts among them. Iago is motivated by anger, revenge and jealousy to commit the evil acts.

This article shows the impact of organizational stress on the human resources from the health system. The research wants to highlight the main stressors factors among the medical staff, physicians, and assistants from Târgoviște Emergency Hospital from Dâmbovița County and to determine if the organizational stress affects the personal life of the employees. Understanding the sources of stress and reducing them has a great impact on job satisfaction and on the relationship patient-physician. Also, the article presents the impact of the COVID-19 on the health care workers from a psychological point of view. Coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) affected global mental health.
