One important strategy in dealing with the development of information technology is the use and enhancement of information system support for agencies or agencies. The alignment of the application of information systems with the needs of the organization as an agency that prioritizes community service in the field of development infrastructure is only able to be answered by paying attention to the integrity factor in its development. The purpose of information system integrity with the actual needs of the organization is to reduce the gap that occurs in the system development process. To reduce the gap, a paradigm is needed in planning, designing, and managing information systems. The paradigm or methodology used in the planning of information systems infrastructure construction infrastructure uses TOGAF-ADM. Stages in the development of information systems by modeling business architecture, data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture in accordance with the TOGAF-ADM framework. The output of this stage will produce a reference (blueprint) by the agency to achieve its strategic objectives.

Vocational High School (SMK) is established to prepare productive and competitive labor. Each SMK has the vision to be the best school that provides the best service to the stakeholders in generating the smart and competitive Indonesian people. The achievement of the mission would be succeeded by building an integrated information system at school. Currently, many SMKs do not have an information system development plan that suits the core business aspect as the primary drivers, such as the organizational issues, human resources, environment, information technology, and application development aspects. Therefore, the design of enterprise architecture model is needed to generate data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and direction of the implementation plan for the school. In this study, the authors designed the enterprise architecture for SMK that can build the achievement of school goals. The method used is Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). With the design of enterprise architecture, the development of information systems in SMK would have an appropriate and effective direction for achieving the goals.

Universities in Indonesia already have academic information systems. This university in developing its academic information system is carried out individually according to conditions and needs. Currently there are no guidelines in providing direction for the planning, development, implementation and service of academic information systems based on information and communication technology in universities. In addition to this, it is based on the planning and development of an academic information system which is what will be planned and developed and how its development guidelines are not yet available. The purpose of this study is to provide guidance in building academic information systems at private universities that can be applied in South Sumatra Province. This goal needs to be done because in general the academic information system business processes and services as well as the need for information in each university have in common namely the acceptance of new students, academic management and academic release. The result of the research is an academic information system architecture as a guideline in planning the development of an academic information system according to the conditions of private universities in South Sumatra Province. This study uses the EAP method with the steps of activities including planning initiation, business modeling and survey of current institutions, systems and technologies, data architecture and application architecture. The results of this study are a guide in building a system in the form of an academic information system architecture that can be applied to private universities in Indonesia especially South Sumatra Province.This study uses the EAP / Enterprise Architecture Planning method with activity steps including planning initiation, business modeling and institutional surveys, current systems and technology, data architecture and application architecture.

With the development of technology today, it is very important for every company to plan and develop a system to support business processes in each company. Achieving the goals of an enterprise faces challenges and changes that require strategies for effective measures and efficient use of resources. One important and increasingly widely used strategy is the use and improvement of information system support for the enterprise. This plan can utilize enterprise architecture planning methodology that produces data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and the direction of its implementation plan for the enterprise.CV Biensi Fesyenindo is engaged in retail garment, with branches throughout Indonesia, covering the areas of Kalimantan, Sulawesai, NTB, NTT, Bali, Java and Sumatra. In their daily activities, they carry out production to distribution processes to meet market and employee needs.The enterprise architecture model used in this study is by using Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP). EAP is a process of defining enterprise architecture that focuses on data architecture, applications and technology in supporting business and plans to implement the architecture, where the EAP method has several stages, starting from planning in planning, business modeling , Current System and Technology (Current System & Technology), Data Architecture (Data Architecture), Application Architecture (Applications Architecture), Technology Architecture (Technology Architecture), Implementation Plans (Implementation Plans).The results of this study are recommendations for information systems for Fesyenindo Biensi CV in the form of enterprise architecture planing blue print planning that is successful in defining 5 main business processes, which consist of application architecture data architecture and for technological architecture to produce technology architecture proposals divided into 5 chapters 110 pages .

Dalam mendukung program pemerintah yaitu Sistem Pemerintahan Berbasis Elektronik (SPBE), Dinas Pariwisata dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Bandung Barat (Disparbud KBB) khususnya pada fungsi Kepegawaian Umum dan Bina Budaya diupayakan dapat menyelaraskan antara layanan bisnis dan layanan teknologi informasi dalam melakukan perubahan dari segi layanan internal maupun publik dalam mengembangkan potensi kebudayaan dan pariwisata untuk meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat Kabupaten Bandung Barat. Enterprise Architecture (EA) menjadi jawaban sebagai pengembangan rancangan dokumentasi blueprint TI. Perancangan EA pada penelitian ini menggunakan kerangka kerja TOGAF ADM untuk memenuhi kebutuhan pengembangan sistem melalui Phase C: Information System Architecture (Data Architecture & Application Architecture). Metode analisis dokumen, wawancara dan observasi dilakukan dalam menunjang pencaharian kebutuhan informasi organisasi selama pengembangan EA. Adapun hasil yang didapatkan berupa solusi integrase proses data dan aplikasi melalui teknologi Government Service Bus (GSB).

Persaingan yang semakin kompetitif dan ketat didalam dunia Pendidikan ini terutama tingkat perguruan tinggi yang dikelola oleh swadaya masayarakat (swasta), mengha-ruskan dan menuntut pihak pengelola untuk terus mengembangkan atau membangun sistem informasi dalam membantu aktivitas bisnis untuk mencapai tujuan dari organisasi dan sebagai layanan bagi stakeholder.Enterprise merupakan sekumpulan organisasi yang memiliki beberapa tujuan/prinsip umum dan atau suatu garisan dasar. Perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu enterprise yang bergerak pada bidang Pendidikan. Meningkatnya kebutuhan terhadap data dan informasi dalam fungsi bisnis yang dijalankan oleh suatu perguruan tinggi merupakan salah satu pendorong pemanfaatan sistem informasi di dalam perguruan tinggi. The design of school information systems enterprise architecture is carried out to find detailed information about school activities based on government regulatory standards. So that the existing information system in the school business is in accordance with the existing standards of the government and there will be no errors in school activities later, a research is carried out that implements TOGAF ADM as a method in building the architecture of school information systems enterprise. Then the results obtained by business architecture include PSB (Acceptance of New Students), PA (Academic Process), PS (Release of Students), MTU (Management of Administration), MSP (Management of Facilities and Infrastructure), LAB (Laboratory), and the acquisition of architecture data, application architecture and technology architecture. So it can be concluded that the TOGAF ADM Method was successfully implemented in the School Information System Architecture and the School Information System Architecture can be used as a guide in the development and development of information systems in terms of data and information management in schools.

<p>Perguruan tinggi swasta di Palembang dalam membangun SIE/sistem informasi eksekutif Nya secara sendiri-sendiri dan belum ada pedoman yang digunakan sebagai acuan, walaupun diketahui proses bisnis sistem informasi akademik di Perguruan Tinggi secara umum adalah sama. Berdasarkan pengamatan belum ada kerangka kerja SIE akademik yang tersedia dan bisa dijadikan sebagai pedoman untuk membangun SIE akademik. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah merancang kerangka kerja SIE akademik dengan memperhatikan berbagai faktor dan permasalahan yang ditemukan, seperti dari kerangka kerja SIE akademik, sistem bagaimana yang akan dibuat dan tatacara pembuatannya. Faktor lain, kerangka SIE akademik  yang akan dibuat harus bersifat dinamis yang bisa dimungkinkan untuk dilakukan perubahan sesuai dengan kondisi dan kebutuhan perguruan tinggi. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode EAP (Enterprise Architecture Planning) untuk menganalisis dan membuat kerangka kerja SIE akademik. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah kerangka kerja sistem dalam bentuk arsitektur data dan  arsitektur aplikasi. Kerangka kerja SIE akademik ini diharapkan dapat digunakan sebagai pedoman dalam perencanaan dan pengembangan SIE akademik  di perguruan tinggi swasta di Palembang.</p><p><em><strong>Abstract</strong></em></p><p><em>Private universities in Palembang are building their own EIS / executive information systems and a guide is not used as a reference, although it is known that the business process of academic information systems in universities is generally the same. Based on the observations, there is no scientific EIS framework and it can be used as a guide to build the academic EIS. The purpose of this research is to design the scientific structure of the EIS, taking into account the various factors and problems encountered. Another factor, the scientific structure of the EIS that will be created, must be dynamic, which can be modified according to the conditions and needs of the university. This study uses the EAP (Enterprise Architecture Planning) methodology to analyze and build an academic EIS framework. The results of this study are system structures in the form of data architecture and application architecture. The scientific framework of the EIS serves as a guide for the planning and development of the academic EIS in the private universities of Palembang.</em></p><p><em><strong><br /></strong></em></p>

Universitas Bina Darma is a university that has a vision to become an international standard university driven by innovations in Information and Communication Technology (ICT). The aim of this research is to support the vision of Universitas Bina Darma by creating an inventory information system for the university-wide implementation. The research uses Enterprise Architecture Planning (EAP) which defines the data architecture, application architecture, technology architecture, and its implementation. EAP consists of four levels, where by the top level is planning initiation, the second level consists of two stages namely business modeling, and current systems and technology, the third level consists of three stages of data architecture, application architecture and technology architecture. Lastly, the bottom level is implementation or migration plans. The results of this research is in the form of the Inventory Information Systems that has several menus, among others: procurement menu, maintenance menu, move transfer menu, space menu, loan space menu, asset menu and request menu. This Inventory Information System facilitates the faster processing of inventory data so as to produce quality report  that is timely available when needed by the leadership, as well as facilitates the supervision of existing inventory.

ABSTRACT<br />Information strategic planning and information technology (SI / IT) are identified as key factors in IT integration and business alignment in organizations. Strategic planning carried out at Primakara STMIK uses the TOGAF framework to produce an enterprise architecture that will be a guideline for the development of information systems and information technology (SI / IT) that is aligned with Primakara's STMIK vision, mission and goals. The environmental analysis is done first, the environmental analysis uses SWOT analysis to get an overview of the strategic plan. Stages to get an overview of enterprise architecture and information system development roadmap include Architecture Vision, Business Architecture, Information System Architecture, which consists of: Data Architecture, and Application Architecture.<br />Keyword :TOGAF, Enterprises Architecture, College<br />ABSTRAK<br />Perencanaan strategis informasi dan teknologi informasi (SI/TI) diidentifikasi sebagai faktor kunci dalam integrasi TI dan keselarasan bisnis pada organisasi. This case study conducted for information system planning by applying EAP methodology on PT. Cherokendo Benua Wisata. EAP is an approach to building a planned information system architecture. Case studies successfully identifed 12 business function and produces enterprise architecture. Architecture consists of data architecture, application architecture, and technology architecture. The Enterprise architecture can be use by company for guideline to develop information system.
