A conference management system (CMS) is becoming most powerful event manager for handling the international conferences. Several web based conference management systems have been developed in the paradigm of open source, which are used by most of the universities and colleges. All the conference management systems were built on web-servers. The organizing process consists of very time consuming and full of paper work for event handling such as Call for papers, submission of papers by authors, review process, registration process of author and general participants. So an easy to use framework of conference management system is needed to cater the need of the non technical people. The developed model is easy to handle and automates the process of the events one after the other without intervention of the editor, reviewer and author for developing ready to publish research papers for any organization.

In 21st century, the world is largely dependent on information technology where accuracy, speed and reliability have a huge impact. Manual pen and paper work is going to be replaced by computerized systems for more efficient functioning. In the present scenario, it is difficult to keep track the admission status of a candidate on the day of admission, as the number of candidates applied for higher education institutes is gradually increasing. The aim of the research work is to develop a web based application for University Admission Management System (UAMS) where we can computerize a part of University Admission process to make the admission process easy, efficient and user-friendly.

Nowadays due to increasing population the communities have also increased several times. Due to this the amount of waste generated has also increased. Proper management systems although available in metropolitan cities are generally missing from towns and villages. Therefore a proper management is required to tackle problems with waste dumping systems in those areas. Out of several available ways we in this project are dealing the above mentioned problem with the help of web based management system which would help in maintain schedule and lodging complaints regarding the waste collection from the houses that belong to these underprivileged communities. This system is developed using React Js and asynchronous scripting with javascript at backend to ensure efficient working of servers and interaction with database. With the help of this project the process of waste collection will monitored and managed very efficiently by the waste management units of the local government in India.

Research background: Authors have explored that there are different idea management system application types that could be used both locally and globally. But there is the question – how organizations can benefit from these systems during COVID19? Purpose of the article: The article aims to clarify how external and mixed web-based idea management systems could be used during COVID19 time for distance idea generation sessions, as well to solve complex problems with different idea generation sources and evaluators Methods: Literature review (data collection: systematically data collection from scientific data bases; data analysis: content analysis). Survey of n>400 enterprises with web-based IMS experience (data collection: survey; data analysis: statistics). Case studies (data collection: web-based idea management system creator secondary data; data analysis: content analysis). Findings & Value added: External and mixed web-based idea management systems are great tools during COVID19 time for distance idea generation sessions as well to solve serious problems with different idea generation sources and evaluators. These tools could be used by private, public organizations, as well by higher education institutions and research institutions as an innovation actor under the Triple Helix Model. By involving all these organizations in the idea management process the innovation potential is increasing.
