Despite the ubiquity of health-related communications via social media, no consensus has emerged what information should be conveyed and how it should be conveyed to avoid creating panic among general population. With lockdowns social media, mass media became as a habit by people for news, information regarding COVID-19 and it is practiced even after lockdown. During the COVID-19 pandemic, mass media, social media and local news has become as the source of a toxic “infodemic” source for public. It contained both solicited and unsolicited advice. No conceptual model exists for examining the roles of media. It is important to rst assess the important mis-information, role of infodemics and prevalent casualness among the public regarding the COVID-19. Till mass vaccination is not commenced it is prudent to emphasize guidelines and practices as per COVID guidelines like social distancing, wearing mask, hand hygiene

The Covid-19 pandemic has caused the biggest humanitarian crisis of the 21st century. In an overpopulated country like Bangladesh, it is even tougher to fight the situation. The government and different stakeholders are relentlessly encouraging people to maintain the necessary health care measures where the mass media is playing the supporting role. The research examines how mass media has been influencing in the behavioral change during this pandemic and played the role of "changing agent". The research is designed on mixed method, including content analysis and survey. This study analyses 191 health awareness-based news from three different print newspapers and two television channels' prime hour bulletins within the timeline of 1st March to 31st March. Also, a survey questionnaire was set with close-ended questions to accumulate people's feedback. Using the "The Behaviorism Theory", this study explains, how all behaviors are acquired through conditioning. Throughout this theoretical lens, this research finds out how media worked as an external stimulus in changing people's behavior pattern. The findings suggest that media had positive impact over its audience which inspired people to practice safety measurements in such crisis.

Community nurses have an important role in the current society. A number of roles are inherent in community nurses, among them, prevention, maintenance, health promotion and recovery of community diseases. The teenagers become one of the target of community nurses, in case of health care development. Among of them, the Narcotics, Psychotropics, and Addictive Substances (NAPZA) abuse and sex are things that need to be followed up. This can be agreed upon the case studies on Kalipucang Village, Tamantirto, Kasihan, Bantul, which show that some adolescents are involved in deviant behavior, such as drinking alcohol, drug abuse, and unexpected pregnancy –as the result of a lack of understanding of these two things. For this reason, the Youth Health Care and Potential Community Movement (GEMA PESTA REMAJA) activity be held. These activities include health screening, health education, formation and training of Youth Healthcare Services or Posyandu Remaja cadres, as well as optimizing the role of these cadres in managing the Posyandu Remaja that formed. The results of this activity showed a significant changes for the teenagers of Kalipucang Village. This can be seen from the increase in the knowledge of adolescents, which is measured through a post-test, about drug and reproductive health that they get from a series of GEMA PESTA REMAJA activities.

In health care usually physical scaling is helping in understanding the cure of a disease.  In abstract scaling, one has to give his or her own feelings that does not have a fixed scale to compare with, but defined, evaluated and used.  Documenting abstract scaling along with physical scaling is gaining its importance to assess a desired outcome achieved or not, which is usually not recorded. In certain circumstances, choice of treatment, therapy is up to the patient. Mathematical equations were established as cost, benefit, utility, effectiveness etc. Policies relating to health care are to increase lifespan of the individual so that losses in productivity or work are minimized. Holistically, in pharmacoeconomics, it is necessary to compile costs and benefits to come to scientific conclusions in selecting a treatment among the choices available and for reimbursements.  The current review article illustrates the various approaches, mathematical models and need of abstract scaling for economical effective therapies.
