Abstract In the selection of basketball players, the determination of the selection index system and the weight of each index is an important prerequisite for whether the selection is scientific or not. Only when the index system is determined and the importance of each index is sorted reasonably can it be guaranteed that the basketball tactics scoring work went smoothly. This research introduces a method of X fuzzy mathematics, called analytic hierarchy process, or AHP for short. The AHP method can be used in regional planning, resource allocation, program selection, policy analysis, conflict analysis, forecast estimation, decision research, etc. The AHP method schematises the thinking process of the human brain analysis program, which can simply, comprehensively, effectively and clearly deal with complex problems restricted by many factors; it is also a quantitative tool that can be used for the measurement of the sports evaluation system.

Chinese expressway construction security situation is grim at present. Based on the index system, determining the importance of every factor on each level by the experts scoring method and 1-9 scale law. A expressway construction security evaluation system is designed and developed using Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the modern computer-aided technology, and finally validated. The results show that this system accurately indicated the safety situation of expressway construction, and realize systematism, standardization and automatization of safety evaluation.

Not only are personal trainers the face of the personal fitness industry, they also generate a significant portion of revenue in this multi-billion dollar business. It is therefore essential to produce the best possible personnel. In order to assist the industry in selecting the best trainers, we developed a preliminary personal trainer evaluation system based on a survey of experts. The analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method was then applied to the system. Of the three major dimensions – achievement, teaching, and service results – achievement results, which include course sales and team achievement, were identified as the most important.

An index system for evaluating the demand side management (DSM) on railway temporary power system is established in this thesis, and the part weight and the whole weight of the index system are calculated by the analytic hierarchy process (AHP). The basic theory of fuzzy evaluation is introduced, and the feasibility of applying it to DSM on railway temporary power system is analyzed. Through the establishment of index system, evaluation and comparison to DSM projects can be carried out horizontal and vertical. Then identify gaps and weaknesses, analyze the causes, guide the consciousness of energy conservation and environmental protection, supervised of electricity in an orderly manner, establish DSM long-term management mechanism.

How to measure the level of intellectual property protection has been the focus of academic and practical circles, however, rigorous empirical evidence remains scant. The influencing factors of intellectual property protection are summarized and analyzed, and the evaluation index system of intellectual property protection at the provincial level is constructed with judicial, administrative, pluralistic, and environmental protections as the first-class indicators. The feasibility and reliability of the index system are tested empirically by using the 2019 data of intellectual property protection in certain provinces and cities in China. The index system can objectively reflect the level of intellectual property protection in provincial regions. The research has certain enlightenment to strengthen the performance appraisal of intellectual property protection and improve the level of intellectual property protection in the region and even in the country.

This paper puts forward the index system of evaluating performance of agritainment supply chain from three attribute domains, i.e. operation domain, hierarchy domain and composition domain, uses entropy technology and analytic hierarchy process to carry on the evaluation of service performance and probes into the application of agritainment supply chain theory in practice. It is quite important on enhancing the competitive power of the whole agritainment supply chain as well as the node enterprises in the agritainment supply chain. Finally, three problems that need further study in this field are pointed out.

Based on the 19 selected representative chemical enterprises in jiangsu province, we investigate the safety risk situation of chemical enterprises from the aspects of personnel technical level, equipment failure, major hazard sources, production process, environment, accident, certification, safety assessment and emergency response capacity. We found the following problems: the most part of staffs education is below undergraduate course; have major hidden dangers at district/county level and above; the vast majority of enterprises of dangerous chemicals maximum action/reaction temperature over dangerous chemicals flash point, etc. The index system of chemical enterprise safety risk state is constructed from six aspects: personnel, equipment, material, method, environment and safety management. The key index system of security risk state warning is put forward from the aspects of personnel, equipment, method, environment and safety management. We use the analytic hierarchy process (AHP) method to determine the chemical enterprise safety risk status indicators weight, and finally determine the state of the chemical enterprise safety risk classification standard.

In recent years, there have been concerns raised about construction industrialization inChina, which have initiated a wave of policy change in both governmental and industrialorganizations in order to change the mode of conventional construction. However, the currentdevelopment level of regional construction industrialization (RCI) in China has not beenwell-characterized. This study screened preliminary index systems in five dimensions: technical,economic, sustainable, enterprise development and development environment. Based on the datagathered from the questionnaire surveys and subsequently analyzed, twenty-two critical evaluationindicators were identified. Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was then employed to determine theweighting of each indicator. The evaluation method of the development level was formulated on thebasis of the evaluation criteria. Jiangsu Province was used as an example in this study, with thedevelopment level of this province being comprehensively examined using a combination of theindex system and evaluation method. The results show that Jiangsu has a relatively high RCIdevelopment level. The data from analysis scores of five dimensions and twenty-two indicatorsshow that the index system is feasible, with evaluation results being consistent with actual practice.These findings provide a good practical reference for making decisions about how best to guide thedevelopment of RCI.

Abstract Coastline is one type of valuable non-renewable resources. From the perspective of economic theory, it can gather population, promote traffic construction, and then improve the level of international trade. The research object of this paper is the coastline resource in Dafeng area. Firstly, we have a brief summary of the existing coastline evaluation literature, then introduce the location and natural attributes of the coastline resources in Dafeng. Following that, the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) model is used to build the economic evaluation index system based on the characteristics of coastline in Dafeng. Specially, this index system consists of 6 factors, and a total of 41 detailed indicators were chosen including water depth, GDP, etc. On this basis, we use the assignment method to quantify the weight of each index, and calculate the comprehensive score of coastline resource by using the YAAHP software. The final conclusion is as follows: The total score of economic evaluation of coastline resource in Dafeng is 0.87. Therefore, the coastline resource in Dafeng will eventually be constructed a unique coastal economic zone, where the implemented port industrial projects will include shipbuilding, logistics, mechanical processing etc.

In the field of accounting in our country, the research of accounting information disclosure in universities has not been paid enough attention. With the deepening of the reform of higher education, the diversification of financing channels of universities has made the financial management of universities more complex. It requires a more robust index system of accounting information disclosure of universities which can show the accounting information truly, timely and completely in the accounting report of universities. This paper summarizes the significance, principles, and methods of the system establishment of accounting information disclosure of universities. On the basis of the work, the index system of accounting information disclosure of universities with four rule layers and sixteen scheme layers is constructed. According to the method of analytic hierarchy process, this paper assigns the weight of each scheme layer and constructs a complete index system of accounting information disclosure of universities.

Large-scale sports stadiums are an important part of China’s sports stadium system and an important material basis and prerequisite for China’s basic public sports service system. This paper aims to establish the evaluation index system by exploring the utilization of large stadiums and gymnasiums under the background of sustainable development and to provide important reference for the construction and utilization of stadiums and gymnasiums in the future. Using literature methods, quantitative statistics, analytic hierarchy process (AHP), and other methods, focusing on sustainable use, this study develops a postgame utilization evaluation system for large stadiums, considering the design, construction, operation, and management of the stadium. This paper identifies 5 first-level indicators, 13 second-level indicators, and 38 third-level indicators, which mainly included five aspects of comprehensive performance, service level, environmental performance, economic performance, and venue maintenance. The AHP method was used to determine the index weight coefficient, thus forming a sustainable use evaluation index system for the large stadiums. Finally, taking Bengbu Sports Center in Anhui province as an example, this paper makes an empirical analysis.
