The Relationship of Management Style and Job Satisfaction among PE TeachersThe present study was conducted with the purpose of determining the relationship between management style of physical education responsibilities with job satisfaction of sport teachers and determination of the relationship between transformational and transactional leadership of physical education authorities with job satisfaction of sport instructors. After recognition of relationships between management style and leadership with job satisfaction, a step is taken towards recognition of effective factors for improvement of organization; therefore, such research is considered as optimized and appropriate solutions for recognition of the management and organization's problems and difficulties, for presenting guidance. This study is based on the opinions of 181 male and female physical education teachers from five districts of the education and instruction department of Esfahan, in which the type of management style of physical education authorities of all five districts of education and instruction of Esfahan and job-satisfaction of the teacher were evaluated through two questionnaires, the confidentiality of which was computed via Cronbach's alpha-coefficient.Results of the study showed that the relationship between management style and leadership of physical education authorities and sport teachers' job-satisfaction with P<0.01 level has been positive and significant. Also, the relationship between transformational and transactional management style of physical education authorities and job-satisfaction of teachers with p<0.01 level has been positive and significant too. Amongst other results of this study with regard to e.g. sex, age, marital status, field of education, educational degree, and previous work-record of P.E teachers and their job-satisfaction, the relationship for those with p<0.01 level has not been significant.

BACKGROUND Physical education teachers often experience stress and job disengagement. OBJECTIVE This study aims to develop a measurement scale of job disengagement among physical education teachers and to present an explanatory model by presenting the mediating role of perceived stress as a major factor in disengagement and job satisfaction, also the relationship between family and work as an indirect effect for this phenomenon. METHODS A total of 268 primary and secondary school physical education teachers, made up of 165 men (54.46%) and 138 women (45.54%) participated voluntarily in our study. The measuring instruments are the work disengagement scale, the Perceived stress scale, the Work-family conflict scale (WFC), the family-work conflict scale (FWC), and the scale of dissatisfaction at work. RESULTS the Arabic language versions of the WFC and the FWC had reasonably adequate psychometric properties which were justified by confirmatory analyzes and by the measurement of reliability, convergent and discriminant validity through the measurement model in SmartPls. Likewise, the structural model established with the SmartPLS software confirmed strong links of the concepts FWC, WFCS, the questionnaire of job satisfaction, the perceived stress with the disengagement of work among teachers of physical education. CONCLUSIONS There is a growing interest in helping teachers cope with the daily pressures of work and family. A positive organizational context is a context with clear values regarding work priorities that constitutes the basis of a feeling of shared responsibility and professional support.Good conditions can act as protective factors reducing work stress and positively influencing personal well-being, work attitudes, work commitment, and professional efficiency. Additional teacher research is needed to examine the relationship between perceived work stress and the role of families, also the extent to which this association can have a significant impact on teachers' commitment to work.

This study examined the relationship between the total number of practice trials and practice trials using correct technique and achievement in a soccer kick-up skill. Eight preservice physical education teachers taught two lessons to 10 fourth-grade students; upon completion of the instructional periods the students were posttested on the soccer skill. Each class was videotaped, and the entire lesson for each day was coded for each student using an event-recording system. Findings indicated moderately high significant relationships between practice using correct technique and student achievement.

The study aims to determine the relationship of PJOK teachers professional competence to the implementation of the 2013 PJOK curriculum in elementary schools in Tambaksari sub-district. This research is a descriptive correlation study, which is the subject of research is all PJOK teachers in Tambaksari sub-district, amounting to 42 teachers. In collecting data using two questionnaires, namely (1) questionnaire to find out the professional competence of PJOK teachers and (2) questionnaire to find out the implementation of the 2013 PJOK curriculum, which was made through Google and distributed through the PJOK teachers working grup (KKG) Tambaksari sub-district. Analysis of the data used is descriptive analysis to determine the percentage of respondents anwers, norm reference assessment (PAN) to determine score criteria, product moment correlation analysis and coefficient of determination. Based on data analysis, obtained the professional competency value of PJOK teachers in Tambaksari district with an average of 40.21 in the classification is quite good, the value of the implementation of the 2013 PJOK curriculum in Tambaksari district with an average of 44.38 in the category is quite good, and correlation coefficient of 0.358 with a significance of 0.020, when compared with r table then r_(count) > r_tabel (0.358 > 0.304) so that it can be concluded that there is a significant relationship between the professional competence of PJOK teachers and implementation of the 2013 PJOK curriculum in elementary schools in Tambaksari sub-disrict. Calculation of the coefficient of determination of 12.82% which means professional competence can affect the implementation of 12.82% and 87.18% influenced by other factors.

The main objective of this study is to examine the relationship between transformational leadership style of managers with organizational commitment and job satisfaction of physical education teachers in Ardabil province. The statistical population consists of all the managers and teachers of physical education in the city of Ardabil schools. Based on Statistical Center of Education Office of Ardabil province, this number equaled 170 in the academic year 2013-2014.  a statistical sample is the same as the statistical population. Data collection tools included multifactor leadership questionnaire of Bsoavoliv, organizational commitment questionnaire of Allen and Meyer and job satisfaction of JDI Buff. Transformational leaders make organizational commitment and job satisfaction increase by a sense of confidence and care about the values and beliefs and also by encouraging the prospecting, the emphasis on the attainable goals, fostering sense of cooperation and finding new ways of doing things.DOI: http://dx.doi.org/10.3126/ijls.v9i4.12678

Vertical axis wind turbine technology has been applied last years, very long after horizontal axis wind turbine technology. Aerodynamic problems of vertical axis wind machines are discussible. An important problem is the determination of the incidence law in the interaction between wind and rotor blades. The focus of the work is to establish equations of the incidence depending on the blade azimuth, and to solve them. From these results, aerodynamic torques and power can be calculated. The incidence angle is a parameter of velocity triangle, and both the factors depend not only on the blade azimuth but also on the ratio of rotational speed and horizontal speed. The built computational program allows theoretically selecting the relationship of geometric parameters of wind turbine in accordance with requirements on power, wind speed and installation conditions.
