This study focussed to obtain empirical evidence of the effect of company growth on corporate value by disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in manufacturing companies especially in the consumer goods sector that listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX). This research was conducted at the consumer goods manufacturing company listed on the IDX. The sample is determined through non probability sampling method with purposive sampling technique. The number of observations obtained in this study is 60 data during the 2015-2017 observation period. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that company growth and CSR disclosure have no effect on firm value. Whereas the disclosure of CSR is able to moderate (strengthen) the influence of company growth on the value of the company. Keywords: Firm value, company growth, CSR disclosure

The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility Disclosure on Corporate Values, then to find out the influence of company age and company size in strengthening the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility disclosure on corporate values.  The population used in this study is Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.  The company in this study was selected using purposive sampling techniques in accordance with the criteria that have been set, and obtained as many as 30 samples of companies. The analysis technique used is moderation regression analysis. The results of the analysis showed that CSR disclosure positively affects the value of the company, then the age of the company and the size of the company can moderate the influence of Corporate Social Responsibility on the value of the company. Firm value is a market-based value that can be observed in accounting through stock prices. One of the factors that influence firm value is Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure. This study aimed to obtain empirical evidence regarding CSR disclosure on firm value by using the moderating variables of profitability and firm size to overcome the inconsistencies of previous studies. The theory used in this research is legitimacy theory and stakeholder theory. This research was conducted at SRI-KEHATI indexed companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2017-2019 financial reporting year. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method; the number obtained was 75 observations. The analysis technique used is pure moderator regression analysis. The results showed that the higher the CSR disclosure, the higher the firm value, especially in companies with high profitability and large company sizes. This study aims to determine the effect of profitability and firm size on firm value through the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR Disclosure). The sample in this study was 105 objects of observation obtained using purposive sampling technique from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The analytical method used is descriptive analysis and path analysis. The results show that profitability has a negative and significant effect on CSR disclosure but is positive and significant on firm value, while firm size has a positive and significant effect on CSR disclosure but is positive and not significant on firm value, while CSR disclosure has a positive and significant effect on firm value and able to mediate the effect of profitability and firm size on firm value.

The research was carried out to find the influence of training material and methods of training toward workability. The study was conducted respectively from an employee of PD BPR Bantul Yogyakarta. The purpose of this research is expected to be useful for stakeholders in seeing CSR disclosure in the company in testing and analyzing its effect on the company's financial performance and with the presence of anti-corruption exposure, whether it will strengthen the impact of CSR disclosure on the company's financial performance. The study population in this study were all mining companies registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018 with a total of 63 companies. The research sample was taken using a random sampling technique that was calculated by the Slovin formula so that 54 samples were obtained for analysis. Linear Regression Analysis and Moderation Regression Analysis were chosen as the analysis technique used in this study. The results show that CSR disclosure does not affect the company's financial performance, and anti-corruption disclosure does not affect the relationship between the two.

<p><em>This study aims to measure and analyze corporate social responsibility and profitability of the value of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Samples which are companies engaged in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2015-2017 period. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling method and obtained 55 companies. The data collected is secondary data with the documentation method through www.idx.com. Testing is done using multiple regression analysis. The analytical tool used to measure hypotheses is SPSS 24. The results of this study are (1) CSR that is positive for the value of the company. (2) Positive profitability towards the value of the company. (3) Profitability moderates the positive influence of CSR on firm value.</em></p>

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of  leverage and  firm size on firm value with profitability as intervening variable on consumer goods industry  in the Indonesian Stock Exchange. The population in this study are companies in the consumer goods industry Indonesian Stock Exchange amounted to 46 companies 2014-2017. Sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so that the final sample that is obtained is 21, a company incorporated in consumer goods industry in Indonesian Stock Exchange 2014-2017. Data analysis technique used in this research is path analysis and Sobel test. The result shows that leverage has significant negative effect on profitability  and firm size has significant positive effect on profitability. Leverage, firm size, and profitability have significant positive effect on firm value. Profitability mediates the effect of leverage on firm value significantly and profitability also mediates the effect of firm size  on firm value significantly.

The company's goal is to implement CSR to have a positive impact on the environment and society as a sense of social responsibility to the environment around the company. Implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) will also increase the value of the company. The value of a company will increase if the company pays attention to the economic, social and environmental or environmental dimensions that exist around the company. This study aims to determine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) disclosure on company value in consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018. The method used in this research is quantitative method. The population in this study were consumer goods industry companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in 2016-2018 totaling 53 companies. The sampling technique uses a purposive sampling method with a sample of 15 companies. Analysis of the data used is simple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that the disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) has a positive and significant effect on firm value with a coefficient of 2169,806 and a significance of 0,000

This study aims to determine the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value with accounting conservatism as a moderating variable. The population of this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2017-2019 as many as 183 companies. The sampling technique used purposive sampling which resulted in 72 manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses regression analysis with SPSS 24. The results of this study indicate that firm size and profitability have a positive and significant effect on firm value. Furthermore, the variable of accounting conservatism is able to moderate the effect of firm size and profitability on firm value in a positive and significant way.

This studi aims to determine the effect of Board of Commissioners, Profitability, Media Exposure, and Foreign Ownership on CSR disclosure. Population used in this study are manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2016-2018, and the samples obtained has 411 observation selected using purposive sampling method in order to obtain samples accordance with the research objectives. Analysis technique used is multiple regression. The result shows that Board of Commissioners, Media Exposure, and Foreign Ownership has a significant positive effect on the Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility. While Profitability dosen not affect the Disclosure of Corporate Social Responsibility.

This study aims to analyze the effect of Profitability and Corporate Governance Structure on dividend policy and its impact on the firm value. The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 146 companies. The research sample as many as 58 companies, the period of 2013 to 2015. Sampling technique used is purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is WrapPLS. The results showed that profitability have a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. Profitability has a negative and significant effect on firm value. Profitability is a negative and insignificant effect on firm value as a mediated dividend policy. The structure of corporate governance is positive and significant effect on dividend policy. Corporate governance structure has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Corporate governance structure has a positive and insignificant effect on firm value as a mediated dividend policy. Dividend policy is a positive and insignificant effect on firm value
