This research uses manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange as research’s objects. The number of samples are 210 with using the purposive sampling method. Data collection is done using documentation. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis. Based on the results of the analysis, it was found that the application of good corporate governance to the company is able to weaken the influence of financial distress on the going concern audit opinion. The implications of the results of the study support the signal theory seen in the results of the financial distress which tends to signal the auditor to give a going-concern audit opinion. The results of the study also support agency theory where the tendency for information asymmetry between agents and principals, especially for companies in experience financial distress.Keywords: Financial distress, good corporate governance, going-concern audit opinion.

Every company that goes public or has already listed on the stock exchange must first be audited financial statements before publishing. Auditors who audit often change, both mandatory and voluntary. The researcher wants to know what causes the company to make auditor changes. This study aims to determine the effect of audit opinion, company size, financial distress and return on assets for auditor switching. This study conducted on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period year 2015-2017. A total of 36 manufacturing companies are used as sample by using the purposive sampling method. Data analysis technique used is logistic regression analysis with SPSS version 25. Auditor switching is measured by the switch of audit partner. The result concluded that audit opinion effect on auditor switching, whereas the company size, financial distress and return on assets have no effect on auditor switching.

ABSTRACT Going concern audit opinion is an audit opinion that given by the auditors when they have doubts about the company's ability to sustain its business. The purpose of this study is to determine the influence of financial distress, company size, and the previous year’s audit opinion on going concern audit opinion. The data used is secondary data of textile and garment sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The sampling method used was purposive sampling method. The samples used were 15 companies in the textile and garment sub-sector with the 2016-2019 research period.  The analysis technique used was the modified Altman method and logistic regression analysis with the help of SPSS version 26. The results of the analysis show that financial distress and the previous year's audit opinion have an effect on going-concern audit opinion. Meanwhile, company size has no effect on going concern audit opinion. And the overall results show that financial distress, company size, and previous year's affect on going concern audit opinion.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial performance and good corporate governance (GCG) on the value of companies in manufacturing companies listed on the stock exchange Indonesia. The type of data used is secondary data in the form of annual report 2016. Population used in this study are all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI). This research uses purposive sampling method with total population of 144 companies and sample of 31 companies. The results show that simultaneously ROA, OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have a positive influence on firm value. While partially ROA  have a positive influence on firm value. While OPM, NPM, KM, and KI have no positive influence on firm value).

This study aims to analyze the influence of firm size, financial distress, debt level, and managerial ownership on hedging decisions on manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This type of research is associative-causality research. The population of this research is all the go pubic manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, which are 170 companies. The number of samples used was 81 companies, which were taken using a purposive sampling method. Data collection techniques use documentation techniques obtained from the annual financial statements of manufacturing companies. The data analysis technique uses the logistic regression analysis method. The results of data analysis show that: (1) firm size and managerial ownership variables have a positive and significant effect on hedging decisions and (2) financial distress and debt levels have a negative and insignificant effect on hedging decisions.Keywords:hedging, firm size, financial distress, debt level, managerial ownership

This study aims to determine the influence of Good Corporate Governance (GCG), Company Size, Liquidity, and Rentability on Financial Distress of companies listed on Corporate Governance Perception Index (CGPI) partially and simultaneously. �The population of this research is companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) and Corporate Governance Perception ranks starting from 2013 to 2016. Based on the criteria above, 59 companies are selected. The sampling of this research is taken by using purposive sampling method from the population with a target of several considerations. The result shows that Good Corporate Governance does not significantly influence Financial Distress, Company Size negatively affects Financial Distress, Liquidity positively affects Financial Distress, and Rentability positively affects Financial Distress.� Good Corporate Governance, Company Size, Liquidity, and Rentability partially influence Financial Distress with coefficient determination is 92,25% while 2,75% is explained by other unobserved variables in outside the model.

This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, company size, and corporate governance on audit delay. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The number of samples taken was 32 companies so that there were 96 observations, with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that financial distress and independent board of commissioners have positive effect on audit delay. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of partial financial distress on the going concern audit opinion, to determine the effect of partial profitability on the going concern audit opinion and to know the moderating ability of profitability on financial distress that affects the going concern audit opinion. This research conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The research sample was obtained using purposive sampling technique. Data collection is done by non-participant observation methods. Data analysis techniques are carried out using the method of binary logistic regression analysis. The test results show that financial distress has an effect on the going concern audit opinion, profitability has no effect on the audit opinion, and profitability weakens the effect of financial distress on the going concern audit opinion. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of companies with family ownership and liquidity on tax aggressiveness which is moderated by corporate governance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016. Corporate governance is proxied using independent commissioners and audit committees. The sample used in this study amounted to 212 selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used are moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that family ownership did not affect the tax aggressiveness, this means that companies with family ownership do not determine the company's actions in conducting tax aggressiveness. Liquidity has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The moderating variable of independent commissioners can moderate the influence of family ownership and liquidity on tax aggressiveness, while the moderating variable of the audit committee can moderate liquidity but cannot moderate family ownership against tax aggressiveness.

AbstractThis research aims to study the effect of good corporate governance on financial distress directly and mediated by financial performance. The study population was a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016. The study sample was determined using the purposive sampling method, which produced 137 companies that met the requirements. The research data uses secondary data in the form of financial statements and annual reports of manufacturing companies obtained through the Indonesia Stock Exchange website. The analytical tool to test the research hypothesis is Analysis of Moment Structures (AMOS). This study is quantitative research to determine the influence of financial distress, debt default, audit tenure against going concern audit opinion. The data collected was secondary data by documentation and literature study. The population of this study is manufactur companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2015 – 2018. The sample of this study is 272 chosen by simple random sampling method. The research used logistic regression analysis method. The results of this study showed that financial distress, debt default and audit tenure has no influence against going concern audit opinion.
