The purpose of this research is aim to obtain empirical evidence about the effect of growth opportunity and leverage on earning response coefficient (ERC). This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sample are selected with purposive sampling method. The number of selected sample are 65 companies. The analysis technique of this research is using multiple linear regression. The result showed that growth opportunity had positive effect on ERC. Whereas leverage had negative effect on ERC. The higher the company's growth rate will increase ERC. While the higher the leverage the company will reduce ERC. The company's financial performance can be used as a tool to measure the overall level of health of a company. One indicator that is often used to measure a company's financial performance is profitability. Profitability is the level of a company's ability to generate profits and measure operational efficiency and the efficiency of the use of its assets. There are several factors that are thought to affect profitability including intellectual capital and leverage. This study aims to determine the effect of intellectual capital and leverage on company profitability. This research was conducted on 11 insurance sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2018. The sampling technique used is non probability sampling with the purpose sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. The final results show that intellectual capital has a positive effect on profitability and leverage has a negative effect on company profitability. This study aims to determine the effect of company size, leverage, and profitability on CSR disclosure. The theory used in this study is stakeholder theory and legitimacy theory. The research sample was 29 manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the period 2015-2017 with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is the Analysis of Multiple Linear Regression. The results showed that (1) the size of the company has a positive effect on CSR disclosure which shows that the greater the size of the company, the CSR disclosure policy will be more widespread. (2) leverage does not affect CSR disclosure which shows that a company's leverage ratio does not affect disclosure CSR, (3) Profitability shows that the greater the company's profitability, the company is obliged to disclose CSRKeywords: CSR, company size, leverage, profitability

This study aims to determine the effect of financial distress, company size, and corporate governance on audit delay. This research was conducted at mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2017. The number of samples taken was 32 companies so that there were 96 observations, with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression. Based on the results of the analysis found that financial distress and independent board of commissioners have positive effect on audit delay. The purpose of this study is to find out how the influence of companies with family ownership and liquidity on tax aggressiveness which is moderated by corporate governance in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2013 to 2016. Corporate governance is proxied using independent commissioners and audit committees. The sample used in this study amounted to 212 selected using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used are moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that family ownership did not affect the tax aggressiveness, this means that companies with family ownership do not determine the company's actions in conducting tax aggressiveness. Liquidity has a significant positive effect on tax aggressiveness. The moderating variable of independent commissioners can moderate the influence of family ownership and liquidity on tax aggressiveness, while the moderating variable of the audit committee can moderate liquidity but cannot moderate family ownership against tax aggressiveness.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of the risk of rupiah exchange rate and growth opportunity on profitability with hedging decisions as moderating variables. The risk of rupiah exchange rate is measured by exchange rate exposure, growth opportunity is measured by comparing MVE and BVE, and hedging decisions are measured by the dummy method, and profitability by net profti margin. The object of research used is manufacturing companies listed on the IDX during 2017-2019 periods. The sample selection used purposive sampling. Data analysis used linear regression analysis technique and MRA. The results showed that the risk of rupiah exchange rate had no effect on profitability, hedging decisions reduced the negative effect of the risk of rupiah exchange rate on profitability, and growth opportunity had a positive effect on profitability. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of business risk, profitability, and asset structure on capital structure. This study takes samples from manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2015-2019 period. The sample used is purposive sampling. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of business risk research have a significant positive effect on the capital structure of Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the IDX in 2015-2019 while profitability has a significant negative effect on the capital structure of Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the IDX, and asset structure has a significant positive effect on the capital structure in Food and Beverage Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2015-2019. Audit delay is the time required by the auditor to generate audit reports on the performance of a company's financial statements. The purpose of this study is to obtain empirical evidence about auditor opinion and solvency as a moderator of profitability effect on audit delay. This research was conducted at a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) with a period of research in 2013-2015. The method of determining the sample in this study using purposive sampling method with a sample of 165 manufacturing companies during the period 2013-2015 that already meet the criteria for determining the sample. Data analysis technique applied in this research is test of absolute difference value. The results showed that Profitability had a significant negative effect on audit delay. Auditor opinion strengthens the negative effect of profitability on audit delay. Solvency weakens the negative effect of profitability on audit delay. The stock price is important for the company because it reflects the value of the company. Stock prices can change because of the influence of various factors, including: inflation, Return on Assets (ROA) and Debt to Equity Ratio (DER). This study aims to determine the effect of inflation, ROA, and DER on stock prices. This research was conducted on companies listed in the LQ-45 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2016-2018. The number of samples used in this study amounted to 34 companies with a purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis in this study indicate that inflation has no effect on stock prices, ROA has a positive effect on stock prices, and DER has a positive effect on stock prices. This research aims to analyze the effects of profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth, and firm size towards capital structure (DER) and the impact on firm value (PBV).This research uses secondary data from yearly financial statement of food and baverages companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2013-2017. The research design uses descriptive quantitative research and causality. Sampling method uses purposive sampling method, with some predetermined criteria, the number of sample is 17 manufacturing companies. The analysis technique used is panel data regression. The research results shows that the profitability (ROA) and firm size partially have negative effect and not significant on capital structure (DER). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative effect and significantly on capital structure (DER). Then the capital structure (DER) partially have positive effect but not significantly influences the firm value (PBV). The profitability (ROA) partially have positive effect and significant on firm value (PBV). The liquidity (CR) and assets growth partially have negative and significant effect on firm value (PBV), and firm size partially have negative and not significant effect on firm value (PBV). Simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size effect on capital structure (DER). On the other side, simultaneously profitability (ROA), liquidity (CR), assets growth and firm size have effect on firm value (PBV).

The purpose of this research is to investigate the effect of audit committee, gender of Commisioners and Directors, role duality, and firm size against extention of sustainability report disclosure. The population of this research comprises companies registered as manufacturing companies which are listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the periods 2015-2017. The technique of determining the sample used is purposive sampling. This research uses a multiple linear regression. This research proves that audit committee, gender of Commissioners and Directors, role duality, and firm size together have an effect against sustainability report disclosure. This research also proves that partially audit committee and firm size have a positive effect against sustainability report disclosure. Meanwhile, gender of Commissioners and Directors doesn’t have positive effect and role duality doesn’t have negative effect against sustainability report disclosure.
